Note: If it is used in the range of -40℃～+70℃, please consult with the manufacturer.

3 Product Overview
The PEDH series isolation switch is developed and designed by Projoy Electric Co., Ltd. using the modular concept. The switch
body is assembled with special modules and new appearance design which reduces the exposed metal parts of the switch
body and improves the safe operation performance; the modular design facilitates the disassembly and combination of the
switch, and is suitable for different use requirements and occasions; It adopts two operation modes: handle operation mecha-
nism and electric energy storage, which is convenient for the reliable operation of the switch.
PEDH series Molded Case DC Switch is suitable for low-voltage DC distribution network with rated working voltage of DC1000V,
DC1500V and rated working current of 160A~500A, which can meet the corresponding rated current of on-load making and
breaking, and can also withstand the overload current in the line in a short time.
PEDH series isolation switch can be used for main power switches, isolation maintenance switches and emergency stop
switches in new energy industries, energy storage systems, photovoltaic systems, electric power, building construction and
petrochemical factories.
1) The product is strictly prohibited to be installed in an environment containing flammable and explosive gases and
humid condensation, and it is strictly prohibited to operate the product with wet hands;
2) During the work of the product, it is strictly forbidden to touch the conductive parts of the product;
3) When installing, maintaining and repairing the product, it is necessary to ensure that the line is shutdown;
4) Do not install in places where gaseous media can corrode metals and damage insulation;
5) In order to avoid dangerous accidents, the installation and fixing of the product must be carried out in strict
accordance with the requirements of the manual.
