•Operating voltage foryourfridge is220-240Vat50Hz.
•Beforestartingtouseyourfridge,pleasecall the nearestauthorizedservice,and get
free helpon theinstallation,operationand usageofyourfridge.
•Mainscordofyourfridge has agroundedplug.Thisplug shouldbeusedwitha
groundedreceptaclethathas a16amperfuseminimum.Ifyou don’t havearecep-
tacleconfirmingwiththis,pleasehaveit done byaqualified electirician.
•Wedonottake theresponsibilityofthedamagesthatoccurdue
toungroundedusage.
•Placeyourfridge inaplace thatitwouldnotbeexposedtodi-
rectsunlight.
•Yourapplianceshouldbeatleast50 cmawayfromstoves,
ovensandheatercores,andshouldbeatleast5cmaway from
electricalovens.
•Itshouldneverbeusedoutdoorsorleftunderthe rain.
•Whenyourfridgeisplacednexttoadeepfreezer,thereshould
be atleast2cmbetween themtopreventhumidityon the outer
surface.
•Donotplaceanythingonyourfridge,andinstall yourfridgeina
suitableplacesothatatleast15cmisavailableonthe upper
side.
•Fitthe plasticwall spacerstothecondenseratthe back ofthe
refrigeratorinordertopreventleaningtothe wall forgoodper-
formance.
•Ifyou willplace yourfridgenexttoyourkitchen cabinets,leavea
space of2cmbetweenthem.
•Installthedistance adjustmentplastic(the part withblackvanes
attherear)byturningit 90°toprevent the condenserfromtouch-
ingthewall.
•Theadjustablefrontlegsshouldstabilizedinanappropriateheighttoallowyour
fridgeoperateinastableand properway.Youcanadjustthelegs byturningthem
clockwise(orintheoppositedirection). Thisshouldbedonebeforeplacingfood in
thefridge.
•Beforeusingyourfridge,wipeall partswithwarmwateraddedwithateaspoonfulof
sodiumbicarbonate,andthenrinsewithclean wateranddry.Placeallpartsafter
cleaning.
BeforeUsingyourFridge
•Whenitisoperatedforthefirsttimeoraftertransportation,keep
yourfridgeintheuprightposition for3hoursand plugiton to
allowefficientoperation.Otherwise,you may damage thecom-
pressor.
•Yourfridgemayhaveasmellwhenitisoperatedforthefirsttime;the smell willfade
awaywhenyourfridgestartstocool.

ThermostatSetting
Larders(coolers)havenot anyfreezercompartment butcancool below5°C.
•Thermostatautomaticallyregulates the insidetemperatureofthe refrigerator
compartment.Byrotatingtheknob fromposition«1»to«5»,coldertemperatures
can be obtained.
•«0»position showsthermostatisclosedandnocoolingisavailable.
•Forshort-termstorageoffood intherefrigeratorcompartment, you cansettheknob
betweenminimumand mediumposition.(1-3)
•Forlong-termstorageoffoodinthe refrigeratorcompartment,youcan setknob to
mediumposition.(3-4)
•Notethat;the ambianttemperature,temperatureofthe freshlystoredfood and
howoftenthedoorisopened,affectsthe temperatureintherefrigeratorcom-
partment. Ifrequired,changethe temperaturesetting.
•Larders(coolers)have notany freezercompartmentbutcanbelow5°C.
•Whenyoufirstswitchontheappliance,forstarting asuitablecooling,the appliance
shouldwork24hourscontinuouslyuntil it coolsdowntosufficienttemperature.
•Inthistimedonot openthedoorso oftenandplacealotoffoodinsidetheappliance.
•Iftheunitisswitchedofforunplugged,youmustallowatleast5minutesbefore
restartingorre-plugged the unitinordernottodamagethecompressor.

•Make suretounplug thefridge beforestarting toclean it.
•Donotwashyourfridgebypouring water.
•You canwipetheinnerand outersideswithasoftcloth
oraspongeusing warmandsoapywater.
•Remove the partsindividuallyandcleanwithsoapywa-
ter.Donotwashinwashingmachine.
•Neveruse flammable,explosiveorcorrosivemateriallike
thinner,gas,acidforcleaning.
•You shouldcleanthe condenser withbroomat least twice
ayearinordertoprovideenergysaving and increase
theproductivity.
•Makesurethatyourfridge isunplugged whilecleaning.

ReplacingTheBulb
Toreplacethe bulbinfreezerandfridgedepartments;
1-Unplugyourfridge.
2-Removethecoverofthe boxfromtheclawsusingascrewdriver.
3-Replacewithabulbofmaximum15 Watts.
4-Installthecover.
5-Wait for5minutes beforere-pluggingandbringthe thermostattoitsoriginalposi-
tion.
Defrosting
•Defrosting occursautomaticallyinrefrigeratorcompartmentduring operation ; the
defrostwateriscollected bytheevaporatingtrayandevoparates automatically.
•Theevaporatingtrayandthedefrostwaterdrainholeshouldbecleanedperiodically
withdefrostdrainplugtopreventthewaterfromcollectingonthebottomofthere-
frigeratorinstead offlowingout.
•You canalsopour½glassofthewatertodrainholetoclean inside.

•Originalpackageandfoammaybekeptforre-transportation(optionally).
•Youshouldfastenyourfridgewiththickpackage,bandsorstrong cordsand follow
theinstructions fortransportationonthe package forre-transportation.
•Removemovableparts(shelves,accessories,vegetablebinsetc.)orfixtheminto
thefridgeagainstshocks using bandsduring re-positioningandtransportation.
•Carryyourfridge intheuprightposition.

Youcanrepositionthedoorsofyourfridge.Contactnearestauthorizedservice for
this.

Ifyourrefrigeratorisnotworking properly,itmaybe aminorproblem,thereforecheck
thefollowing,beforecallingan electriciantosave timeandmoney.

•Thereisnopower,
•Thegeneralswitchinyourhomeisnotdisconnected,
•The thermostatsettingison«0»position,
•Thesocketisnotsufficient. Tocheckthis,pluginanotherappliancethatyouknow
whichisworkingintothe samesocket.

What todoifyourrefrigeratorperformspoorly;
Check that ;
•You have notoverloadedthe appliance ,
•The doorsareclosedperfectly,
•Thereisnoduston the condenser,
•Thereisenoughplaceattherearandsidewalls.
Ifthereisnoise;
Thecoolinggaswhichcirculatesintherefrigeratorcircuitmaymakeaslight
noise(bubblingsound)evenwhenthecompressorisnotrunning.Donotworrythisis
quitenormal.Ifthese soundsaredifferentcheckthat;
•Theapplianceiswell leveled,
•Nothingistouching therear,
•The stuffsonthe appliance arevibrating.

Check that ;
Thedrainholefordefrostwaterisnotclogged(Use defrostdrainplug toclean the
drainhole)
Ifyourfridgeisnotcoolingenough;
Yourfridgeisdesigned tooperateinthe ambienttemperatureintervalsstated inthe
standards,accordingtotheclimateclassstatedintheinformation label. Wedonotrec-
ommendoperatingyourfridge outofstatedtemperaturesvaluelimitsintermsofcooling
effectiveness.

Recommendations
•Inordertoincreasespaceand improvetheappearance,the«coolingsection»is
positionedinsidetheback wall oftherefrigeratorcompartment. Whentheappli-
ance isrunning,thiswall iscoveredwithfrostorwaterdrops,accordingtoweather
thecompressorisrunning ornot.Donotworry.Thisisquitenormal.Theappliance
shouldbedefrostedonlyif an excessivelythicklayerformsonthewall.
•Iftheapplianceisnotused forlongtime(forexampleduring thesummerholidays)set
tethermostatknobto«0»position.Defrostandcleantherefrigeratorleavingthe
dooropentopreventtheformation ofmidewand smell.
