Keep this manual in a safe place for reference later on.
If lending the ProVive to someone, please ensure they have read this manual.
PRECAUTIONS
• Turn off the power after use, and then remove from the body.
• When using, please remove glasses, rings, watches and other metal items.
• This item is only for use at home, please do not use for business purposes.
WARNINGS
• Acupuncture is prohibited.
• Do not use with wet hands.
• Keep the product dry, do not use in the bathroom or humid environments.
• Do not peel or touch the gel when the power is on to avoid over-stimulation.
• Only replace the gel pads when the power is off, please dry hands before using the
product to prevent failure, burns and electric shock.
• Do not store in direct sunlight.
• Do not store in dusty places.
• Do not store at high temperature.
• Do not store at high humidity.

• Do not use this device while driving or operating machinery.
• Do not use this device while sleeping.
• Do not disassemble, install or repair.

Please do not use the device if you have the following conditions.
• Do not use this device if you have a cardiac pacemaker, implanted debrillator, or other
implanted metallic or electronic devices.
• Do not place this device over your neck.
• Do not place this device across your chest.
• Do not use this device during pregnancy.
• Do not use this device on children.
• Do not place this device over the carotid sinus nerves, the front of the neck, or around the
mouth.
• Do not open unit. Opening will void warranty.
• Do not use this device over, or in proximity to, cancerous lesions.
• Do not place device over open wounds, sores, or rashes, or over swollen, red, infected, or
inamed areas or skin eruptions (e.g. phlebitis, thrombosis, varicose veins).
• Do not use this device when in bath or shower.
• Do not use this device in the presence of electromagnetic elds.
• Do not use this device if unit has been damaged.
• Do not use on children or pets.

1. Peel off the blue plastic lm from one side of the enclosed electrode gel pad.
2. Stick the electrode gel pad onto the back side of the control unit.
3. Peel off the transparent plastic lm before use.
(Note: Try to stick the gel pad on as straight as possible, and avoid getting wrinkles or bubbles
underneath. If there are bubbles or wrinkles, squeeze these out.)

Before use, it is recommended to charge the ProVive device with the enclosed USB cable, which
can be connected to a computer or adaptor.
Press the ON / OFF button to start the unit, the LED light will ash once and beep. Press the ON
/ OFF button to turn off the unit, the LED light will ash and beep 3 times.
Press the “+” or “-” button to adjust the intensity, the output intensity has 15 levels, when the
unit is turned on, the intensity is on level 1, LED light will ash and beep once when you adjust
the intensity. The beep will sound twice when it’s on the strongest or lowest intensity.
When the unit is removed from the skin, the LED light and beep will remind you. When this is
placed back on the skin the intensity level will return to 1.

Ensure the body parts you want to use are clean and dry before use, then peel off the surface
of the transparent isolation lm. Place the TENS device onto the treatment areas (such as the
back, shoulders, arms, legs, etc.) and press down rmly to ensure a full and rm contact with
skin. On rst use, start from the lowest intensity, and then gradually increase the intensity.

TIP
• Please replace the battery in time, if the beeping weakens, the current intensity
decreases, or the indicator light color is dimmed, the use of sudden shutdown means
that the battery is lower.
• Turn off the power after use, and remove from the body.
• After use, the product will be afxed to the pad holder and stored in the PVC carry
bag, to prevent the gel getting dirty or dry.
• The electrode gel pads are disposable, they will last for around 30 uses at 20 minutes
per use, this will vary and depend on the frequency of use. Avoid touching the
adhesive area of pads with ngertips, the grease on which will shorten the pad
lifespan. The gel pads should be replaced when they lose their adhesiveness. Keeping
pads clean will extend their lifespan.
• When cleaning, please use a dry cloth, or a damp cloth with a small amount of soapy water.
• Do not allow the control unit to get wet.
• Do not use detergent.
• Do not use sharp objects such as nails or brushes.
• Do not wash in water.
• Do not rub during cleaning.
• Do not stick two pieces of gel together.
• Keep away from direct sunlight and keep ventilated.
• Do not use other chemicals, such as alcohol.
• After use, dip a little water on the ngers, and stroke the surface of the stickers for cleaning.

• Do not allow the gel pad to touch each other,
such as by folding over this product.
• Do not press the gel pads too hard on the pad
holder, it may damage the gel surface.
• Please do not bend the pad holder, this will
cause deformation and can’t then be used
normally.
SAFETY NOTE
• Keep the pad holder clean.
• When storing the product avoid a hot or humid location (such as inside a car), and
away from direct sunlight.
• When not in use, keep in a safe place to avoid tripping on it and getting injured.
• Keep out of the reach of children and store away from pets.
• Please do not place near a re.
TROUBLESHOOTING
• Is there a limit to how often you should use the ProVive?
Do not use in the same place more than once a day.
• Can be used continuously?
Do not exceed 20 minutes on the same body part.
• On which body parts should I not use the ProVive?
Avoid any wounds, inamed or irritated skin. Do not use on the heart, varricose veins,
mouth, genitals or face.
• If the ProVive will not turn on...?
Check if battery is low and needs to be charged.
• My ProVive is continuously beeping when in use, and the intensity will not increase.
Ensure the pads are rmly attached to the skin, and the battery is fully charged.
• Electrode gel pads are not sticky?
The electrode gel pads will lose adhesiveness over use. Please contact the seller for
replacements.
• Stimulation is weak or non-existent?
The battery is low and need to be charged.

valid warranty claims ProVive will, at their discretion, replace / repair / refund
items mutually agreed to be defective.
• We offer a 1 year warranty for our products
• Within 1 year warranty time, we will offer extra free spare parts for broken
products under correct use.
Any damage or defect of any nature occurring from the misuse, abuse of the
product, improper operation or improper storage is not covered. The warranty
starts from the date of arrival of our products.
