Notice
●The printer should be put in dry and clean place.
●Do not touch the screen and plug the power connector when your hands
are with water or oil, to avoid any damage to touch screen or prevent
electric short circuit.
●Users must use our standard power adapter.
●Be careful when you connect the cable into the interface in order to avoid
any damage to any component.
●Before you turn off the printer power, please long press the tablet
ON/OFF button till you see Power-off icon from touch screen, click Power
Off, and then press the printer ON/OFF button to turn off.
●Please don't disassemble the printer without professional support.
●Please keep this manual for reference.
●Please turn off the printer power before cleaning this machine.
●Do not touch print head by your hand and any metal object,avoid scratch
and damage onto print head.roller, gap sensor, surface and touch screen.

1.Printer does not detect the thermal paper
Check the printer sensor if there is too much dust on it, you can
clean it with soft brush. Or you can contact your supplier.
2.Printer can not print clearly.
If all printing area is not clear, please double check if the thermal
paper quality is not good; If only small printing area is not clear,
please clean the print head, there may be dust on it.
3. Can not connect with WiFi。
Long press tablet power button and click "restart", after that
please re-connect Wi-Fi again.
4. Tablet touch screen is not that sensitive.
Please make sure the touch screen is clean enough without dust,
water or oil etc.
