This unit may provide water to containers of all sizes. When
filling a small container or cup, please drop down the drip tray as
directed by the arrow in the first picture. If the container is taller
or bigger in size, place it directly below the faucet to fill water.

Before using the H2O-PRO cooler, we advise you to read this manual
thoroughly. Please follow the instructions to ensure proper operation
and lasting of the machine.

Do not plug the unit in until your H2O-PRO is connected to the
water line. When the tanks begin to fill with water, plug the unit
in. Try pressing the cold and hot water buttons to see if water
comes out.
NOTE: It’s important that the tanks be filled with water before
proceeding with the following procedures!
Turn on the cold power switch on the back to start the chilling
process. The chilling indicator on the control board will go on as
chilling proceeds. When the indicator goes off, chilling is done.
The temperature is set at 4 ~ 10˚C (50˚F).
Turn on the hot power switch on the back to start the heating
process. The heating indicator goes on while heating proceeds.
When the indicator is off, heating is done and hot water is ready
to serve. Hot water will be re-heated automatically when the
temperature is not high enough.
To drink cold or ambient water, please press the cold or ambient
water button.
For hot water, press the hot water button TWICE.
Water will stop flowing when any of the 3 water buttons is
pressed for longer than 60 seconds. Simply release the water
button to reset the automatic shut-off time and press button
again for more water.

The H2O-PRO is equipped with a leakage detection device.
When the leak detector is active;
1. LED light will flash and beep will sound.
2. Unplug the unit. Remove the left side panel.
3. Wipe off water from detection probe and unit with a dry
cloth.
4. Contact Pure n Natural Systems if leaking continues.
When drip tray is full, the unit will make a long beeping sound,
LED light will flash and water will not dispense. Lift the drift tray
back up, and press on the drip collector which will allow it to pop
out (shown A). Take out the drip collector and empty collected
water (shown B). Place it back and the dispenser will provide
water again.

Leave a space no less than 15 cm (5.9”) between the wall and
dispenser.
Keep the unit away from sunlight, heat & wetness.
Be sure to use single outlet socket with correct power voltage.
Plug the power cord direct into the electrical outlet.
1. Locate the nearest cold water source. It’s usually located near
or under a sink.
2. Install an Angle Valve Adapter; 1 end onto the cold water line
and the other end to the kitchen faucet line. The ¼” water
cooler tube line will be connected to the Angle Valve Adapter
by quick connect to the ¼” insert.
3. Run poly-tubing from the water source to the water cooler.
(For example; cut a small hole in the back of the cabinet and
“snake” the waterway inside the wall to the ceiling. Once
above a drop ceiling, it’s easy to run it to the cooler location.)
