2.General instruction
On the basis of all our former models of banknote counter, we designed
and developed this new model.
It concentrates on all the advantages which the former models of
banknote counter adopts and meanwhile develops more other
advantages of its own kind
This model counts at a rate of 1050pcs/min for both PAPER&POLYMER
notes. It includes UV/MG/MT counterfeit detection function; ADD and
BATCH function.
Detect counterfeit banknotes during the counting procedure will save
your time and money during your management accounting operations.
It can be used in banks, shops, supermarkets, movie theaters, hotels,
restaurants; etc. where the money is used. .
We recommend the user to verify the gift box contains all of the items
listed here:

--Read and understand all of the instructions and warnings both on the
machine and manual.
--Follow all warnings and instructions marked on the unit.
--This product should be operated only from the type of the power
source indicated in the user's guide. If you are not sure of the type of
power supply in your location, consult your dealer or local power
company.
--Only use the cable provided with the unit. The use of other cable may
result in electric shock, fire or cause serious damage to the unit.
--Never push objects of any kind into the unit through case slots, since
they may touch dangerous voltage points or shortcut parts, resulting
in a risk of fire or electric shock.
--Unplug this product from the wall outlet and refer servicing to qualified
service personnel under the following conditions:
a. When the power supply cord or plug is damaged or frayed.
b. If the liquid has been spilled into the unit.
c. If the unit has been exposed to rain or water.
d. If the machine has been dropped or the case has been damaged.
e. If the product shows a noticeable change in performance.
--To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not disassemble this product.
Take it to qualified service personnel when service or repair work is
required. Opening or removing covers may expose you to dangerous
voltages or other risks. Incorrect reassembly can cause electric shock
when the appliance is subsequently used.
--Do not use the unit if the power cord is damaged or if the plug socket
contact is loose. Don’t follow these instructions may occur in electric
shock , fire or other hazards.
--When unplugging the power plug, do not pull it by the cord but rather
grip the plug and pull it out, don’t follow those instruction may occur
electric shock, fire or damage to the unit.
Connect the power cord to the machine (power outlet), then plug it to
power source and turn the switch on; the unit will conduct a self-check
by spanning the feeding roller while the MG and/or UV/IR functions will
be automatically turned on by default. The counting display will show“0”
when the unit is ready <the machine is in its normal working condition>.
1>Counting Function
-Once the bills are correctly placed in the hopper, the machine will start
counting automatically (except in the manual counting mode). The
number of counted bills will be shown on the counting display. Moreover,
once the bills are removed from the stacker, the counting display will be
clear and the batch display in turn will show the number of counted bills

-Bills should be correctly placed as indicated in the following steps:
Place the bills between the counting guides as shown in the figure 1,
then push the bills backward to make them lay on the top of the hopper
plate, in the correct counting position as shown in the figure 2.
< NOTE >
added bills will be shown on the co unting screen. Pr ess the“ADD”
button to close the function and clea r the counting display.
3>Batch Function
--The pre set batch functio n can be perfor med by pressing the“BATCH”
button (the BATCH indicator wi ll appear). By default, when pressing
the“BATCH”button, the batch functi on is turn on. The batch numbe r
can be set in amount s between 1and 999 by pressing No.“+”&“-”
butto n. To clear thi s function, pre ss the “BATCH”button until the
indicat or is off.
--Under the batch counting mode, once the hopper is load ed, the
machine will start cou nting and stop when the counted quantity
reaches the preset bat ch one.
--To repeat the batch coun ting operation un der the same pr eset batch
quantit y, just remove the coun ted bill from the stacker. The un it will
batch the next group of bills under the same setting s.
--If you wish to keep batching without removing the preset number,
press the“RESET”button.
--If the counted number does not equal with the preset batch number,
the counter display wi ll show the qua ntity with blinking number.
--When co unting with MG and/or UV detecti on on, the ma chine will
stop automatically when detecting count erfeit currency. This fun ction
can be resumed by re moving the dubiou s bill from the stacker and
pressin g“RESET”button.
2>Addition Function
Addition function can be performed by pre ssing the“ADD” button
(the ADD ind icator will appea r). In this cas e, removing the counted
bills fro m the stack wil l not clear the quantity counted and shown on
the count ing display. The next bills placed in the hopper will be
counted and added to the preceding quanti ty. The total amount of

--The UV function is automat ic ally turned on by default when the
machine is powered up. It can also be sele ct ed or de selected by
pressing the“CF”butt on l oc ated in the function console.
--If the machine detects a count er feit note when counting, it will stop
and emit beeping sound , wh il e th e ba tch display will show the
message“d1”and the UV indi ca to r wi ll blink (alerting the user of the
presence of a dubious bill ). The d ub io us bill will always be the last
one on the stacker. R em ov e th e dubious bill, press“RESET”button
to continue.
--The sensitivit y of UV dete ct ion can be adjusted. Hold“BATCH”
button for 3 seconds, the batch disp la y wi ll show the current
sensitivity leve l“SE 4/120”,then keep press“+”“-”button to
choose the desired sensi ti vity level (range from 0-200). Aft er c ho osing
the level, press“RESET” button to con fi rm /save. Do not change
other unmentione d se tt ings, changing other setting may cause
improper working con di tion.
--The smaller number mea ns t he h ig her sensitivity you set and“0”
means deactivate thi s de te ction function.

--The MG/MT functi on i s au to matically turned on by default when the
mach ine is powe red up. It can al so be selec ted or desele cted by
pres sing the “CF”b utton locat ed in the fun ction conso le.
--If t he machin e de tects a cou nterfei t note when cou nting, it w ill stop
and em it beepin g sound, whil e the batch d isplay will s how the
mess age“d2” and th e MG/MT indic ator will b link (alert ing the use r
the pr esence of a d ubious bill ). The dubi ous bill will a lways be th e last
one on t he stacke r. Remov e th e dubious b ill, pres s“RESET”butto n
to con tinue.
--Th e sensiti vity of MG dete ction can b e adjusted. H old “BATCH” butt on
for 3 se conds unt il t he batch di splay wil l show the curr ent sensi tivity
leve l“SE5/5,”pr ess“+” “-”button to c hoose the d esired
sens itivity l evel (range f rom 0-50) . After ch oosing the le vel, pres s“
RESE T”button to c on firm save . Do not chan ge other unme ntioned
sett ings, cha ng ing other s etting ma y cause impro per worki ng
cond ition.
--Th e bigger nu mber means th e higher se nsitivity y ou set and“0”
mean s deactiv ate this dete ction fun ction.
--Th e UV and MG/M T de tection c an be used at t he same time wh ile
coun ting to mul tiply the cha nces of det ecting a coun terfeit b ill. By
defa ult, the UV a nd M G/MT dete ction fun ctions are au tomatic ally turn
on whe n the unit is p owered up. Th ose funct ions can also b e selecte d
or des elected b y pressing “CF”b uttons.

7.Fake money alarm
Fake money or questionable money
When fake money pass the machine, the
counting will stop and alarm. The function
display will show the error code. The last
note on the stacker normally is the fake
money. The machine counting quantity
number is not included in this note. remove
the fake money. Press“RESET”button,
the machine will start counting again.
8.Error code and solution
The batch display may show some error code when counting,
which means there are some problems with the machine.
Refer to the following diagram to find way to solve it.

9.Hopper adjustment
--When improper feeding of bills occur, adjust the feeding thickness
setting in the hopper by turning the adjustor screw located in the back
of the machine to ensure proper feeding.

Steps:
1. Loosen the protector screw (using a screwdriver) as shown in figure 1
2.Turning clockwise the adjustor screw to tighten the feeding hopper, shown in figure 2.
3.Turning counter clockwise the adjustor screw to loosen the feeding hopper, shown in figure 3.
4.After adjusting the correct level and counting performance is normal, tighten the protector screw (using a screwdriver), shown in figure 4.
When adjusting the bill thickness adjustor screw does not solve the problem of improper bill
feeding, you may need further help by.authorized service center.
Hand-hold a note. Put it inside the counting roller and resistant rubber. (see the picture).
To test the tensile force. Clockwise direction is tighten, counter-clockwise direction is loosing.

10.Counting roller replacement
New roller Old roller
When the counting roller damaged, it will cause counting not fluently or
correct. Open the top cover, loosing the screw of roller axis machine.
Replaced old roller. Then fix the machine inside.
11.Maintenance
-Do not operate the unit in areas with high temperature or high humidity
since it may damage the machine.
-When not using the unit for a long period of time, remove the power plug
from the wall outlet.
-Never operate the unit under strong light.
-Clean the machine frequently after switching off and unplugging of the
machine.
-Do not use this product in areas where it may be exposed to water or
other liquids.
-Unplug this product from the wall outlet before cleaning. Do not use
liquid cleaners or aerosol cleaner. Use a brush or a damp cloth for
cleaning.
