as a high
quality
stand
alone
unitor as part ofthefully
integrated
77 remole
control
system. Threeinputs
are provided

When
connected
as partof the 77 QUADLINKsystemallunits
arelinked
together
bytheQUADLINK
data
buswhich
handles
power,
signaland
control
functions.
Anynumber
ofzz units
can
be
connected
butthethreenormal
inputs
will
stillbeavailablefornonT7range products.
The77integrated
amplifieralso
provides
a low voltagesupplyforcharging
thebatteries
of the 77remotecontrol.
The
optionalTT
intraredremote
control
allows
full
operation
ofallunitsintheTT
system. lt isfullyinteractive
andtransmits
control
commands
and receives
information
backaboutallotherunitsconnectedto
the77
bus.Thisensuresthat
theremote
controlis

updated
when

unconditionally
stable

any
type
ofloudspeaier
cable.
For
optimum
performance
itis
necessary
to
ensure
that
the
resistance
ofthe
cable
is
small
relative
totheloudspeaker
impedance.

loudspeaker
cable
gives
thebest
results.
Each
loudspeaker
should
beconnected
tothe
appropriate
output
terminals
so
thatthe
two
pairs
of
wires
areconnected
in
the
sameway,
to ensure
that
the
speakers
are
correctly
phased.
The
output
terminals
are
colour
coded
tofacilitate
this. should

phasing

thisisfor
about30 seconds,afterthistimeitwillresumenormaloperation

of the problem
investigated.When
overheated,theshutdown
can
befromabout
5seconds,oran
indefinate
period,
dependingonthedegreeofoverheating

amplifier

at
very
highvolume
levelsforextended
periods
make
surethatithasadequate
ventilation.
The loudspeakermanufacturerwill

recommended
amplifier
power
output,
butasthemaximum
safe
power
for
mostloudspeakers
