PREPARATION FOR USE
Unpacking and Setup
* Carefully remove the unit from the display carton and remove all packing material from the unit
itself.
* Remove any descriptive labels that may be found on either the front or top cabinet of the unit.
Do not remove any labels located on either the back or button cabinet of the unit.
Power Sources
Using AC Power
1. Check the Power voltage, as shown on the product Rating label on the unit bottom, corresponds
to you local AC Power Supply. If it does not, consult your dealer or service centre.plate
2. Connect the AC power into Standard household wall outlet.
3. To switch off unit completely, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet to protect your set during heavy thunderstorms.
Batteries (not included)
1. Open the battery compartment and insert six batteries, Alkaline type LR14, UM-2 or C-cells with
the correct polarity as indicated by the ”+” and ”-” symbols inside the compartment.
Batteries contains chemical substances, so they should be disposed of properly. Incorrect use of
batteries can cause electrolyty leakage and will corrode the compartment or cause the batteries to
burst. Therefore:
- Do not mix a differenty types of the batteries, e.g. Alkaline with Carbon-Zinc types. Only use
batteries of the same type.
- When inserting new Batteries, do not try to mix old Batteries with new ones.
- Remove the Batteries if the set is not to be used for a long time.

Standby mode
After the unit is connected to the power source or the battery is inserted, it is
in standby mode; the clock is shown on the display. Press STANDBY button
to switch it on from the standby mode; the radio mode will be activated.
In the standby mode only clock function is available
Clock setting
In the standby mode press PLAY/PAUSE /TIME button on the device, the hour digits will blink;
Press BACK and NEXT buttons to set hours.
Press PLAY/PAUSE/TIME again, the minute digits will blink; press BACK and
NEXT buttons to set minutes. Press the TIME button again to confirm.

Power supply
Battery operation
Open the battery compartment cover. Insert 6 x 1.5V LR14, UM-2 batteries (not include).
Please observe correct battery polarity or the unit will not work.
Close the battery compartment cover.
When the batteries are exhausted, they should be replaced.
Do not recharge or heat the batteries.
Uncharged batteries are not a reason for contacting a repair service.
Disconnect power cord from the socket, when the unit is on battery
supply. Battery power is automatically disconnected when the power cord
is connected to a power socket.
AC operation
Before first plugging the appliance check that voltage indicated on the
rating label corresponds to the mains voltage in your home.
Insert the plug of the power cord into a power supply socket.

Radio operation
USB/SD operation

Press FUNCTION button to enable the radio mode.
Press and hold PLAY/PAUSE/TIME button; the unit will automatically scan the
frequency range and save all available stations in the memory (up to 30).
When the automatic search will be completed, the unit will start broadcasting
the first found station. If you want to stop the search, press PLAY/PAUSE/TIME
button again.
Press repeatedly BACK and NEXT buttons to adjust the current
frequency manually.
. Press MEMORY button once, the memory slot number will be displayed.
. Press PRESET-UP or PRESET-DOWN buttons to select the desired number.
. Press MEMORY button to save that station.
. Press PRESET-UP or PRESET-DOWN buttons to select a saved station.
. Extend the FM antenna for a better signal reception.
Playback
Turn on the device
Insert a USB device into the USB port or SD card into the slot.
The unit will switch to USB/SD mode automatically and the USB/SD icon will show
in the top of the display. Or, if afterwards you selected another mode, press FUNC.
button repeatedly to select USB mode.
Playback of the first track will start automatically. The display will show PLAY icon
in the top and the number of the track.
Press PLAY/PAUSE/TIME button to pause playback. Press the button again
to resume playback. Press STOP button to stop playback; Play icon will disappear
and the display will show the total number of tracks.
Press repeatedly BACK and NEXT buttons to go to previous or next track.
Press and hold BACK or NEXT buttons for fast reverse or fast forward playback;
release the button for normal playback.
Press REPEAT button once (REP icon will be displayed),the current track will be
played repeatedly. Press the button once again(ALL icon will be displayed),all tracks
will be played repeatedly. Press this button again to return to normal playback(ALL
and REP icons are not displayed).
Press EQ to select function as: CLASSIC -> ROCK ->POP ->JAZZ -> FLAT.
General USB/SD notes
According to the USB 1.1/2.0 Standard, usage of a USB device with power Current consumption
exceeding 500mA is not recommended withoutsupplementary power supply.
Failure to use supplementary power for connected USB drives with power consumption exceeding
this value as well as defective USB drives may cause mechanical or thermal changes of elements
of this unit as well as failure of internal elements of the USB port.
Such damages are not warrantee cases.
Warning: usage of external USB drives containing BIN files in the root directory May cause
malfunction of the unit or damage to the software.
This unit is equipped with a USB socket that can accept and play Mp3 files stored on standard USB
flash(2.0 version)/SD cards up to 32 GB. .FAT and FAT32 file system is support by this unit.

AUX jack
AUX PLAY
You can connect the audio output of an external device to this unit, to listen to the sound of that device
through the speakers of this unit.
To connect an external audio device, please use a standard audio cable with 3.5-mm- to-3.5mm
plugs(not included) to connect the headphone out or audio line-out of the external device to the AUX
input socket of this unit.
Press FUNCTION button repeatedly to select AUX mode; AUX icon will be displayed.
Turn on the external device. You can not control playback with the buttons of this unit except adjusting
the volume.
POWER OFF FUNCTION (ERP 2)
When the radio idle on USB/SD/AUX mode over 10 min. The unit will turn
to standby mode automatically.

MAINTENANCE & SAFETY
MAINTENANCE
- Place the the unit on a hard and flat surface
so that the system does not tilt.
- Do not expose the unit, batteries to humidity,
rain, sand or excessive heat caused by
heating equipment or direct sunlight.
- Do not cover the unit. Adequate ventilation
with a minimum gap of 15 cm between the
ventilation holes and surroundings surfaces
is necessary to prevent overheating.
- The mechanical parts of the set contain self-
lubricating bearings and must not be oiled or
lubricated
- To clean the unit, use a soft and dry cloth. Do
not use any cleaning agents containing
alcohol, ammonia, benzene or abrasives as

We have done our best to reduce the packaging and make it easy to separate into 3 materials:
Cardboard, Paper pulp and Expandable Polyethylene.
Your set consists of materials which can be recycled if disassembled by a specialized company.
Please observe the local regulations regarding the disposal of packaging, old batteries and old
equipment.

Should the system exhibit a problem, check the following before seeking service.
