Introduction
Thank you for your choosing the new Quantum View [FULL HD] Windows® Tablet.
This guide serves to enable users to get to know and familiarize themselves with our product. We
have made a brief introduction to the key layout and definitions.

A. Precautions before Use
The Quantum View [FULL HD] is suitable for use in non-tropic areas below 2,000 meters, and the
mark in the nameplate indicates that the product is suitable for use in non-tropic areas.
1. Prevent the Tablet from falling to the ground or being strongly impacted otherwise.
2. Do not use it in any long term environment where the air is too cold, too hot (<35℃), too humid
or with too much dust. Do not expose the Tablet to extended amounts of sunlight.
3.Avoid using it in strong magnetic and strong static environments as much as possible.
4. If any water or other liquid splashes onto the Tablet, dry it off, close it immediately and do not
use it until it dries out.
5. Do not clean the Tablet with any detergent containing chemical elements or other liquid to
avoid causing damage due to corrosion and becoming damp. If cleaning is really necessary, clean
it with a dry soft cloth.
6. We are not responsible for loss or deletion of material inside the machine due to abnormal
software and hardware operation, maintenance or any other accident.
7. Please back up your important material often to avoid loss.
8. Please do not disassemble the Tablet by yourself; otherwise you will void the warranty.
9. This product supports the majority of mainstream brands of 3G DONGLE network cards. The
use cases for a 3G Dongle may be different. It is suggested that you test it to make sure it is
compatible before buying it.
10. Quick Start Guide and the relevant software are subject to be updated at any time. For updated
software version, visit our website www.quantumsuppliers.com. If any anything is found to be
inconsistent with the Quick Start Guide, the material object shall always prevail.
11. Replacing the battery with an incorrect one may cause explosion. Make sure to use only the
original battery.

B. Key Layout and Definitions
1. Power button: Press it down to start or shutdown the touch screen panel. You can also let the
tablet go into sleep-mode through this button or remove it from sleep-mode.
2. Sound-/sound+: Lower/raise volume
3. Back camera: take photos and record videos
4. MIC
5. Power Micro USB port: Charge your Quantum View tablet through the Micro USB port.
6. High Definition Multimedia Slot: This socket can transmit the audio and video signals of the
Quantum View to your TV or Monitor.
7 .Card slot: The built-in storage card reader slot.
8-9. USB Interface x2: You can read the data through USB.
10. Headphones port: This socket can transmit the audio signals of the Quantum View to
loudspeaker or headphone.
11. Loudspeaker: The built-in loudspeaker enables you to hear sound without having to add
additional devices.
12. Removable keyboard base: This interface is magnetic, which is convenient for aligning and
firmly linking the Quantum View to the keyboard.

group provides full size QWERTY key
and best typewriting comfort ability.
3. Touch Tablet: Used to control the
cursor on the Quantum View tablet, with
the same function as a mouse.
4. Base: Folding panels to hold the
Quantum View tablet in place so you
can utilize the tablet as a laptop.

Ⅵ. Introduction to Desktop
1. Windows® 8.1 Start Screen: On the Start Menu, you will see various applications on the
screen. These applications are displayed in the form of “tiles”. When you click on the tiles
you will be guided to another screen, depending on what application you choose to open.
You need to log into your Microsoft account before the Start Menu and the applications can
function completely.

3.Introduction toApp Interface
Besides the applications and programs that are available on the Start Menu, you also have
access to all the applications and programs on the apps menu as seen below:
You can choose how you would like the apps to be displayed by name, by date installed, by
most used or by category.

If you want to add more applications or programs to the Start Menu, please refer to the
picture below:
Lightly press and hold the application tile for about one second and then let it go. Select the
“Pin to Start” option on the bottom of the screen.
On the other hand, if you want to remove a certain application from the Start Menu, please
refer to the picture below:
Lightly press and hold the application tile for about one second and then let it go. Select the
“Unpin from Start” option on the bottom of the screen.

4. Side menu column
Slide to the left from the right side of the screen to open the menu column, including: Start,
Device, Setup, Share, and Search.
Use this option to search for file, applications and programs on the Quantum View tablet.
Use this option to share through social networking websites or e-mails.

Use this option to take you to the Home Screen (Start Menu). From the Start Menu, you can also
use this tile to return to your desktop.
Use this option to manage devices on the Quantum View tablet.
Use this option to access the tablet’s control settings.

5.Dual-ScreenApplication
If you have 2 or more open applications: As shown in “Figure 1” - slide inward from the left side

of the screen, drag, hold and let it go.
As shown in “Figure 2” press the partition line and slide it right and left to resize the display
proportion of the double screens.

Create and/or change your User Accounts and Password
To change your password:
Slide to the left from the right side of the screen to open the “Settings” menu column. Click on the
“Change PC Settings” option on the bottom right. Select “Accounts” on the left and click “Sign-in
options”. Choose your desired password options and settings.
To add a UserAccount:
Slide to the left from the right side of the screen to open the “Settings” menu column. Click on the
“Change PC Settings” option on the bottom right. Select “Accounts” on the left and click “Other
accounts”. Select “Add an account” Follow the steps on the screen.
