General:
2. This kit comes with front & rear table mounting brackets, two six inch extension
tables, and hardware to attach tables to brackets.
3. Tools required for assembly (Not Supplied):
OVERVIEW
The brackets attach to the machine using original housing screws. Brackets
are labeled LF (Left Front), RF (Right Front), LR (Left Rear), RR (Right Rear)
and oriented as shown below in Fig. 1.

STEP 2.
Attach Right Rear Bracket to Machine.
2. Install the RR bracket to the machine using the screw removed from previous step.
Lower the pinch wheel lever.
1. Slide the pinch wheels to the far right. If they have never been moved they can be
very tough to move. Raise the pinch wheel lever and remove the rearward most
housing screw from the side of machine.
The machine housing covers are plastic and the screw thread can easily strip.
Tighten screws just snug, DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
Offset Screwdriver Ratcheting Screwdriver
Note: The rear screws can be difficult to remove as you can only get your finger tips on the
screwdriver. Take care to keep constant pressure against the screw to avoid stripping the head.
A ratcheting screwdriver bit or an offset screwdriver can make removal of these easier.
Right Rear

STEP 3.
Attach Left Rear Bracket to Machine.

Note: The rear screws can be difficult to remove as you can only get your finger tips on the
screwdriver. Take care to keep constant pressure against the screw to avoid stripping the head.
A ratcheting screwdriver bit or an offset screwdriver can make removal of these easier.
Left Rear
2. Install the LR bracket to the machine using the screw removed from previous step.
1. Slide the pinch wheels to the far left. If they have never been moved they can be
very tough to move. Remove the rearward most housing screw from the side of
machine.
The machine housing covers are plastic and the screw thread can easily strip.
Tighten screws just snug, DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.

STEP 4.
Attach Rear Table.
3. Fasten the table on the rear brackets using four 6-32 screws provided. The bracket
threads are aluminum and can easily strip.
Tighten screws just snug, DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
4. Lower the pinch wheel lever back down.
1. Install support rods into the bracket notches. Get one of the tables and proceed
to next step.
2. Remove the masking film from both sides of the table. Raise the pinch wheel
lever and place table on the brackets lining up the mounting holes. Warning label
is top side.
Note: It is normal for the pinch wheel lever handle to rest on the table. This does not
inhibit the lever function and full unlock is still achieved.

STEP 5.
Attach Left Front Bracket to Machine.
The machine housing covers are plastic and the screw thread can easily strip.
Tighten screws just snug, DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
2. Install the LF bracket to the machine using the screw removed from previous step.
Left Front
1. Remove the forward most housing screw from the side of machine.

2. Install the RF bracket to the machine using the screw removed from previous step.

STEP 6.
Attach Right Front Bracket to Machine.
The machine housing covers are plastic and the screw thread can easily strip.
Tighten screws just snug, DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.

STEP 7.
Attach Front Table.
2. Remove the masking film from both sides of the table. Place table on the brackets
lining up the mounting holes. Warning label is top side.
3. Fasten the table on the front brackets using four 6-32 screws provided. The bracket
threads are aluminum and can easily strip.
Tighten screws just snug, DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.

1. Install support rods into the bracket notches. Get one of the tables and proceed
to next step.
That’s it, Congratulations!
Enjoy using your Starcraft Solo with extended mat support.
The extension tables will work for desktop use or mounted on a stand.
If using on a stand and wanting to feed from roller and/or use a catch bin the tables
can be removed by removing the four screws, leave brackets in place.
