tablePC.WithWireless11b/g/n1T2RMiniCardembeddedinside,
asystemcouldprovideusers withtheabilityandflexibilitytocon-
nect up toInternetwirelesslyvia 802.11b/g/n1T2R withspeed
upto150 Mbps.
The Wireless 11b/g/n1T2RMini Card istaking advantage of
leading technologiesfromRalink.It addresses WLAN(Wireless
LocalAreaNetwork)marketsbyprovidingtruesimultaneouscon-
nectivitywhiledeploying IEEE802.11b/g/n1T2R.Alongwiththis
solution,asysteminstalledinasinglecardisabletooffercapabil-
ityofWiFimode.It willbenefitsystemvendors inminiaturization
ofsystemdimensionandBOMcostreduction,aswell asalso

InfrastructureMode: The differencebetween Infrastructure
networkand Ad-hocnetworkisthat theformeroneincludesan
Access Point. InanInfrastructurenetwork, theAccessPointcan
manage thebandwidthtomaximizebandwidthutilization.Addi-
tionally,the AccessPointenablesusers onawireless LANto

HardwareInstallation
1. LocatetheMini slotonthemainboard.Placeyour
Wireless 11b/g/n1T2RMiniCardover theMini
Cardslot(atanangleof 30 degree). Then, gently
insertit intotheslotuntilthegoldenfingerof the
cardgetsfullyinserted.
2. Press downthecard, andtheretainingclips(ontwo
sidesoftheslot) will lock ontothenotches of the
card.
3. Connect theattenna’scabletotheconnectoronthe
card.
The followingdiagramsprovideyouabasicinstallationfor your
Wireless11b/g/n1T2RMini Card.The instructionbelowis
suitablefor most computers withMini Cardslot. For moreinfor-
mationabouttheMinimodule,pleaserefertoyourcomputer’s
manual.

installation.
Please NOTE thatthe Wireless 11b/g/n1T2RMiniCard
shouldbe installed intoyourcomputer beforeinstallingthedriver
andutility.Then, the operating systemwilldetect anewdevice
andstarttoconfigurethenewdevice.Click Cancel heretostart
installationfromtheInstallShieldWizard.

Wizard of yourSoftwareCD.
Insertthe SoftwareCDintoyourCD-ROMdriver,and the
Setupprogramshalllaunchautomatically.
IftheAutorunprogramdidn t launch automatically, click Start
atthetaskbarand select Run....Type E:\setup.exe (where Eis
yourCD-drive) intheOpenbox andclick OK tolaunchtheSetup
programmanually.
