ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
TG-4, TG-6, TG-8
TOOLS NEEDED FOR
ASSEMBLY:
5” BOLT
STEP ONE
Remove all bolts from deck leaving
rubber gasket in place.
STEP TWO
Install left vertical air chamber with
opening for the power pack facing
away from center. Tighten bolts.
STEP THREE
Install right vertical air chamber,
aligning straight edge with edge
of base. Tighten bolts.
9/16” WRENCH

3” BOLT 3/8” BOLT
1/4” BOLT
7/16” WRENCH
(not included)
1/2” WRENCH

STEP FOUR
Install top air chamber. STEP FIVE Secure top air chamber to side air
chambers with 1/4” bolts. Tighten
with 7/16” wrench.
STEP SIX
Attach the stickmen to the
top air chamber.
STEP SEVEN
Using a 9/16” wrench, secure each
stickman with pre-lubricated 3” bolt.
Don’t over tighten. Stickmen should
move freely.
STEP EIGHT
Attach remaining stickmen and
secure all bolts.
STEP NINE
Attach the power pack to
the left air chamber.
STEP TEN
Secure the power pack with
5” bolt. Tighten with
1/2” wrench.
STEP ELEVEN
Thread all accessory valves onto
right air chamber.
STEP TWELVE
Attach all helmet holders to the top
air chamber by pushing in pin.
