STEP FOUR
Install top air chamber. STEP FIVE
Secure top air chamber to
side air chambers with
1/4” bolts. Tighten with
7/16” wrench.
STEP SIX
Attach the stickmen to the
top air chamber.
STEP SEVEN
Using a 9/16” wrench,
secure each stickman with
pre-lubricated 3” bolt.
Don’t over tighten. Stickmen
should move freely.
STEP EIGHT
Attach remaining stickmen
and secure all bolts.
STEP NINE
Attach the power pack to
the left air chamber.
STEP TEN
Secure the power pack
with 5” bolt. Tighten
with 1/2” wrench.
STEP ELEVEN
Plug in temperature probe
on left air chamber. Insert by
aligning the notches on the
plug, push gently until seated.
Turn the collar clockwise
until secure.
STEP TWELVE
Plug the opposite end of
the temperature probe
into the power pack.
STEP THIRTEEN
Plug in the female plug
from the power pack into
the male plug attached
to the air chamber.
STEP FOURTEEN
Thread all accessory
valves onto right
air chamber.
STEP FIFTEEN
Attach all helmet holders
to the top air chamber
by pushing in pin.
