Safety information
Safety Information.
In order to use the pressure meter correctly,
please read the instructions carefully before
use, noting any safety information. It is
recommended that you keep this instruction
manual safe for future reference.
Warning.
A Warning identifies conditions and actions
that pose hazards to the user. To avoid
electrical shock or personal injury,
follow these guidelines.
1. Before using the pressure meter inspect
the plastic case.
2. Do not use the pressure meter if it
appears damaged. Look for cracks or
missing plastic.
3. Do not use the pressure meter if it operates
abnormally. When in doubt, have the
pressure meter serviced/checked by an
approved service engineer.

4. Do not operate the pressure meter around
explosive gas, vapour, or dust.
5. Do not use the pressure meter on or near
live apparatus.
6. Replace the batteries as soon as the battery
indicator appears. This will reduce the
possibility of false readings.
7. Never attempt to open the unit and perform
any repairs as this will automatically void
the warranty.

Maintenance
Maintenance Information.
• The unit may be cleaned using a dry soft cloth,
do not use a wet or abrasive cloth, solvents
or detergents.
• For extra protection always store the instrument
in the case provided when not in use.
Calibration.
To maintain the integrity of measurements,
Wolseley recommends that the pressure meter
is calibrated annually at an approved Calibration
Laboratory.

Measurement
Method
Measurement Process.
1. Power on.
2. Press UNIT button to choose the desired
unit of pressure.
3. Connect the hose to the positive pressure
input interface and the negative pressure
input interface as required.
4. When the hose is open to the surrounding
environment, press the ZERO button for more
than 2 seconds to reset the meter to zero.
5. Connect or place the other end of the input
tube on the object being measured.
Over Range Pressure.
If the pressure measured exceeds the full scale
of the instrument, the display will show Hi or Lo
on the LCD screen. If this occurs the pressure
must be reduced to avoid damage to the sensor
in the instrument.
Warning.
The maximum pressure that the instrument can
withstand is 10psi. The pressure sensor will be
damaged if the pressure exceeds this value.

Method
Differential Pressure Measurement.
When measuring the differential pressure, press
the DIF button to display the DIF character, and
the difference measurement is performed at
this time.
Zero Adjust.
Press and hold the ZERO button for 2 seconds or
until the display shows all zeroes.
View MAX, MIN and AVG Readings.
Press REC button to view MAX, MIN or AVG
pressure. On pressing the REC button, the timer
will automatically start at 00.00. Use REC button
to scroll through Max, Min, Avg functions. This
will also show the recorded time. Long press
REC button to exit.
NOTE: Min, Max & Avg readings can only be
accessed once REC Button is pressed. Old data
cannot be accessed.

Method
Unit Selection.
The Pressure Meter has 12 Selectable units: psi,
mbar, inH2O, kPa, inHg, mmHg, ozin2, ftH2O,
cmH20, kgcm2, mmH20 and bar. These can be
scrolled through by pressing the UNIT button.
Data Hold.
Press the Hold button to keep the pressure
readings on the screen. The “ ” symbol
appears on the screen. Press the Hold button
again to turn off the hold function
and restore to the measurement status.
Back-light.
Long press Back-light button to turn on back
light. It will automatically be extinguished in 20
seconds, or long press back light button again
to turn off.

Settings
Set Options.
Long press the set button to enter the settings
mode. Long press the set button to exit.
Auto Power Off Setting (P).
Enter the power off setting mode, the pressure
meter will display P-10.
Use the and keys to select the setting
of auto power off time between 5 and 60
minutes, long press or key can increase or
decrease rapidly. When the auto power off time
is less than 5 minutes, the word “OFF” will be
displayed.

Battery Replacement.
In order to avoid inaccurate pressure
readings, always replace the batteries when the
appears on the top right of LCD screen.
Always remove the connection hose before
changing the batteries.
When the instrument is not in use for a long time,
please take out the batteries to prevent damage
caused by leakage.
Please replace the battery by following
these steps:
1. Turn off the instrument.
2. Remove the battery cover by loosening the
screw of the battery cover.
3. Remove old batteries and replace them with 3
new AAA batteries.
4. Replace battery cover and tighten screw.
