1. 安全注意事項
使用本產品時，必須遵守下列安全措施：
1. 仔細閱讀本說明書，不遵循或忽視安全注意事項，有可能導致火災、觸電或個人傷害。
2. 將所有包裝物料全部取出並棄掉，以免兒童當作玩具造成危險。
3. 切勿與其他高功率的電器共用同一插座，以免電力負荷過重。同時，檢查產品的額定電壓是
否與當地的電壓相符。
4. 插頭要完全插入插座內，否則，可能會因接觸不良而導致異常發熱，導致觸電和火災。
5. 定期為電源插頭除塵，否則灰塵堆積或會因潮濕造成絕緣不良，引致火災。
6. 切勿將產品、電源線或插頭浸入水中，或用水直接沖洗電源線或讓其沾濕，以免影響本產品
的安全性能或可能構成觸電危險。使用前，必須確保插頭已充分擦乾，否則有可能造成觸電
及火災。
7. 產品單次最長運作時間為5分鐘。建議連續運作5分鐘後靜止15分鐘，待產品充分冷卻後再次
工作；否則，產品會因為過熱而引致損毀。
8. 切勿自行拆開、修理或改造本產品，否則可能引致火災、觸電或受傷。
9. 切勿在縫隙內插入任何物體，否則可能導致觸電或故障。
10. 使用後或長期不使用時，請拔下插頭，以免因絕緣老化而引致漏電。
11. 切勿用濕手接觸、插上或拔除插頭，否則有可能引致觸電。
12. 本產品可供年齡在8歲或以上的兒童及體質、感覺或智力有障礙人士或缺乏經驗和相關知識
的人士使用，但他們必須曾經接受負責安全人士的監督或指導如何安全地使用本產品和理解
所涉及的危險。
13. 切勿讓小孩在沒有監督指導下單獨使用、清潔及維修保養本產品。將本產品及其電源線放於
小孩不能接觸的地方。可觸摸部件在使用過程中可能會變熱。幼兒應該遠離。
14. 切勿讓兒童以此產品當作玩具玩耍。
15. 切勿在熱源或火源附近的地方使用本產品。
16. 切勿將本產使用於說明書所示以外之用途，否則有可能令產品故障或發生危險。
17. 切勿將手、刮刀或其他器具靠近正在轉動的打蛋棒。
18. 切勿讓頭髮、項鍊或衣繩靠近本產品，否則有可能因捲入導致受傷。
19. 拔出或插入電源插頭時，務必拿住電源插頭，切勿拉扯電源線。

20. 更換配件或接近正在運轉的部件前，須確保電源關閉，並已拔出電源插頭。
21. 由於攪拌翼十分鋒利，倒出食材及清潔攪機時，請避免接觸到攪拌翼，否則可造成損傷。
22. 拔出或插入電源插頭時，應確認轉速開關處於"0"位置。
23. 電源線上不可放置重物。切勿改裝、用力拉扯或扭曲電源線。
24. 切勿在電源線纏結的情況下使用本產品，或將電源線懸掛在桌子、櫥櫃邊緣或讓它接觸發熱
的表面，否則會造成產品及其電源線的損壞。
25. 本產品只供家庭使用或類似環境使用，如商戶內部、辦事處和其他工作環境的員工廚房區
域，切勿在室外使用或用作說明書建議以外的其他用途。如不當使用本產品，或作為（半）商
業用途，維修保養將告無效，本公司將不會承擔任何損壞的維修責任及賠償。
26. 經常檢查主體、電源線和插頭有否損壞，插頭和電源線有否異常發熱。如有損壞，為避免危
險，應立即停止使用，並聯絡信興電器服務中心有限公司進行檢查及維修。切勿擅自改裝本
產品或使用非生產商提供的零件進行維修，否則可造成危險及令保修服務無效。
27. 安裝、拆卸或清潔打蛋器時，必先拔除電源，以免有觸電危險。
28. 當產品機身或零件出現故障，或不能正常操作，切勿自行使用或更換其他非生產商授權的零
件或配件，以免發生危險，否則維修保養無效。
29. 遵從安全守則及避免釀成意外，如需要維修本產品，請攜同本產品、保修卡（印在包裝盒上，
必須剪下保留）、發票或換領收據到信興電器服務中心有限公司，地址印於本說明書的背頁
或致電熱線查詢：2406 5666。
2 清潔及儲存
每次使用後，必須及時清洗以備下次使用。
1. 清潔主體前，必須先拔掉電源插頭，待產品冷卻才能進行清潔。
2. 主機的清潔：切勿用水直接沖洗機身將打蛋器浸於水內。如要清潔機身表面，可用柔軟濕布
擦拭。若機身表面污漬太多，可用沾有少量中性清潔劑的軟布擦拭，然後再以濕布抹淨。
3. 打蛋棒的清潔：按卸除按鈕將打蛋棒卸下，可使用軟毛刷或沾上中性清潔劑的海綿進行沖
洗，切勿使用去污粉或硬性潔具（如鋼絲刷）擦拭。
4. 切勿使用任何具腐蝕性或有毒的清潔劑清潔本產品。
5. 待清洗及產品完全冷卻後，可將產品放入紙箱，然後儲存於乾燥的環境中。儲存時，切勿將
電源線纏繞主機四周或壓住電源線，避免造成電源線損壞。

5. 使用前
5.1 組裝配件
1. 確保插頭已從電源插座拔出，且轉速開關處於"0"位置。
2. 將打蛋棒插入機身下方的插孔內，對正方向並插入直至聽到"喀嚓"一聲，表示已安裝穩妥。
5.2 準備容器及材料
準備容器及材料時注意以下事項：
1. 使用較深的容器，以免材料於打蛋時四濺
2. 避免使用塑膠或鋁製容器，因這類容器很容易變形或造成刮傷
3. 材料份量不得高於打蛋棒攪拌翼部份。

6. 使用方法
1. 確保轉速開關處於"0"位置，然後接上電源。
2. 將打蛋棒輕放到容器底部。（當材料份量較少時，傾斜容器可讓攪拌效果更好。）
3. 推動轉速開關啟動打蛋器；用戶可根據用途調節轉速，共有1-5段可供轉速選擇。（第1段為慢
速，第5段為最高速）
警告：攪拌食物過程中切勿按壓卸除按鈕，否則轉動中的打蛋棒會飛出造成危險。
4. 當達到攪拌效果後，將轉速開關推回"0"的位置，待打蛋棒停止旋轉後提起打蛋器。
注意：打蛋棒仍在轉動時，切勿將其提起，以免材料飛濺。
5. 完成後拔掉電源插頭然後按卸除按鈕卸下打蛋棒。
*** 注意！切勿連續操作本產品超過5分鐘。運作5分鐘後待產品靜止15分鐘以讓產品充分冷
卻後方可再啟動運作；否則，產品會因為過熱而引致損毀。

7. 故障排除
使用時，如發現產品操作上有問題，在維修前請先對照下表進行檢查及處理。

小後再使用

如按照以上處理方法╱操作仍然無法恢復正常使用或出現以下異常情況或故障，即時截斷電源，
聯絡信興電器服務中心有限公司（電話：2406 5666）進行檢查及維修，並將故障情況告知信興電
器服務中心有限公司。切勿自行拆卸及修理產品，避免產生意外及對產品造成損害。
1. 電源線或電源插頭異常發熱。
2. 稍微屈曲電源線，產品即時出現斷續通電的情況。
3. 產品異常發熱、釋出燒焦味道或冒煙。
4. 當接觸產品的外殼，有感覺到觸電情況。
5. 有部分時間無法自行斷電。
8. 特別聲明
1. 本資料上所有內容經過核對，如有任何印刷及內容上的誤解，本公司將保留解釋權。
2. 本產品若有技術改進，會編進新版說明書中，恕不另行通知；產品外觀、顏色如有改動，則
以製造商生產資料為準。
3. 如本資料之中英文版本有差異時，應以中文版為準。

9. 售後服務
1. 由購買收據起之一年保修期內，經信興電器服務中心有限公司之服務人員證實產品故障屬正
常使用發生者，本公司將提供免費維修或更換零件服務。經更換之任何損壞零件，將屬本公
司所有。保修範圍不包括修理或更換損耗性零件或配件（包括打蛋棒、蛋黃分隔器及專用儲
物盒等）。如使用不當，或作（半）商業用途，或未依照使用，保修服務將無效，本公司將不
會承擔任何損壞的維修及賠償。
2. 用戶必須於維修時出示購買╱換購及蓋有銷售點╱換購中心印章的保修證（印在包裝盒，必
須剪下保留），如有任何疑問，請致電信興電器服務中心有限公司熱線查詢：24065666。

1. Importance Safeguards
When using the appliance, make sure to follow the safety precautions
below:
1. Read the following safety precautions carefully when using the
appliance. Failure or negligence in observing these precautions
could cause fire, electrical shock or personal injury.
2. Remove and discard all packaging materials of the appliance. Make
sure children do not play with them to avoid any danger.
3. Do not plug in the same power socket with other high-wattage
appliances to avoid overloading. Also, check whether the rated
voltage on the appliance is the same as the local voltage.
4. Insert the power plug firmly. Otherwise, abnormal heating of the
plug may cause electric shock and fire.
5. Clean the power plug regularly, otherwise the dust may accumulate
on the power plug or cause a fire due to poor insulation due to
moisture.
6. Do not immerse the main unit, power cord or plug into water or
let them wet as it will affect its safety performance. Make sure the
plug is dried before use.
7. Do not run the hand mixer continuously more than 5 minutes in
once. It is recommended to re-operate the hand mixer at least
15 minutes after once operation is done, until the hand mixer is
sufficiently cool down. Otherwise, the appliance will be damaged
because of overheating.
8. Do not disassemble, repair or modify this product by yourself,
otherwise it may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
9. Do not insert any objects into the vent or the gaps, otherwise it
may cause electric shock or malfunction.
10. When not in use for a while or after usage, unplug the appliance
from the socket to prevent electric shock due to insulation aging.
11. Do not touch, plug in or unplug the plug with wet hands, otherwise
it may cause electric shock.
12. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above
and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities
or lack of experience and knowledge, if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe
way and understand the hazards involved.

13. Using, cleaning and maintenance shall not be made by children
without supervision. Put the appliance and its power cord in a place
not reachable by children. Accessible parts may become hot during
use. Young children should be kept away.
14. Make sure children not to play with this product as a toy.
15. Do not use this product near a heat or fire source.
16. Do not use the appliance for any purpose other than those described
in these instructions.
17. Do not put your hands, scrapers or other implements close to the
spinning beaters.
18. Do not get hair, necklace or string of clothes close to the appliance.
It may cause injury due to entrainment.
19. Make sure to hold the power plug when unplugging the power
plug. Never pull on the power cord.
20. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing
attachment or approaching parts that move in use.
21. The beater wings are very sharp, avoid physical contact during
emptying and cleaning the appliance, you can seriously injure.
22. Make sure to slide the switch on the “0” position before plugging
and unplugging.
23. Do not place heavy objects on the power cord. Do not modify, pull
or twist the power cord forcibly.
24. Do not use the product when the power cord is tangled, or hang the
power cord on the edge of a table or cabinet or let it touch a hot surface,
otherwise it will cause damage to the product and power cord.
25. The appliance is intended to be used in household or similar
applications such as staff kitchen in shops, offices and other working
environments; by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type
environments. Do not use it outdoors and in any purpose or method
which is not stated in the manual. (Misuse may cause potential
injury and product damage.) If the appliance used improperly, for
commercial (or semi-commercial) use, warranty becomes invalid and
our company will refuse any liability and repairing charge for the
damage caused.
26. Always check if the main unit, power cord and plug are damaged
or abnormally hot. To avoid hazards, stop using the appliance
immediately and contact Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Limited
for checking and repairing if any part is damaged. Do not attempt
to refit the appliance by yourself or replace any unauthorized parts
other than the supplier; otherwise, it can cause hazards and the
warranty will become invalid.

27. Always disconnect the hand mixer from power supply if it is left
unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
28. To prevent hazards occur, when the appliance or parts were
malfunction, do not replace with any parts or accessories which
is produced without authorization. Otherwise, the maintenance
guarantee will become invalid.
29. Follow the safety precaution/instruction to prevent accidents from
happening, contact Shun Hing Electric Service Center Limited. when
repair is needed (address is printed on the back cover of the manual
or call 2406 5666 for inquiry), make sure to show warranty card
(printed on the gift box, and must be saved it for future reference),
invoice/redemption voucher during repairing.
2. Cleaning and storage
After using the appliance, clean it in time for next usage.
1. Make sure the appliance is unplugged and let the product cool
down before cleaning.
2. Main unit cleaning: Do not rinse or immerse the main unit directly
with water. To clean the surface, wipe it with a soft damp cloth.
If the surface of the body is stained too much, wipe it with a soft
cloth moistened with small amount of mild detergent, and then
wipe it off with a damp cloth.
3. Egg beaters cleaning: press the eject button to release the egg
beater. You can rinse the beaters with soft brush or a sponge
moistened with mild detergent. Do not use decontamination
powder or hard sanitary ware (such as a wire brush) to wipe.
4. Never use poisonous or corrosive detergent to clean the appliance.
5. After washing and cooling the product completely, put the
appliance back to box and store it in a dry place. Do not wrap the
power cord around the main unit or press the power cord while
storing, it helps to avoid damage of power cord.

5. Before Use
5.1 Assembling
1. Make sure the appliance is unplugged before use, and the On/Off switch is on the “0” position.
2. Insert the beaters into the main unit, until you hear the click sound.
5.2 Preparation
Please be reminded while preparing ingredients and bowl:
1. Use a deep bowl to avoid ingredients splashing out.
2. Avoid using plastic or aluminum bowl as they get scratched easily.
3. The amount of ingredients not higher than beater wings.

6. Operation Instruction
1. Make sure the On/Off switch is on the “0” position before plug.
2. Insert the beaters into the bowl gently. (When the ingredients are small quantity, you may tilting
the bowl for easier stirring.)
3. Turn on the hand mixer by sliding the On/Off switch. User should adjust the spinning speed due
to different purpose, there are 5 speeds selection in total. (From the lowest spinning speed 1 to
highest spinning speed 5)
WARNING: Do not press the release button during operation, otherwise the beaters might eject
out and cause dangerous.
4. When the whipping is done, slide the On/Off switch to “0” position and then pull up the hand
mixer.
CAUTION: Do not raise the beaters when they are still spinning to avoid splash.
5. Unplug the power plug and then press the eject button to release beaters.
*** CAUTION! Do not run the hand mixer continuously over 5 minutes. Let the appliance rest and
cool down for 15 minutes after a 5 minutes operation, otherwise the appliance might be damaged
due to overheat.
7. Trouble Shooting
During operations, if any error occurred, please check the following table before call for service.
Symptoms Checking points Remedy
Beaters suddenly

If the above remedies/solutions cannot fix the problem OR below conditions occurred, unplug the appliance
immediately and report to Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Ltd. at 2406 5666 for checking and repairing.
To avoid any danger and damage to the appliance, do not disassemble or repair the appliance by yourself.
1. If the power cord and power plug is heating abnormally.
2. If the electricity flows discontinuously when the power cord is slightly bended.
3. If the appliance is abnormally hot, emitting burnt smell and smoke.
4. If you get electrically shocked when touching the appliance.
5. If the appliance sometimes could not switch off automatically.

8. Special Avowal
1. The content in the manual has been checked. Our company reserves the hermeneutic power to
any printing errors or misunderstanding on the content.
2. If there are technical improvements on the appliance, the operation manual will be updated in
new version without prior notice. The product appearance and specification are subject to the
manufacturer information.
3. In case there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English versions and Chinese versions of
the terms, the Chinese versions shall prevail.

9. After Sales Service
1. For any defect, in the judgement of technician from Shun Hing Electric Service Centre Limited, cause
under normal use, our company is responsible for repairing and replacing any parts of the said
electrical appliance free of charge within one year guarantee period commencing from the date of
purchase. Any defective part which has been replaced shall become our property. Warranty service
does not cover the repair or replacement of consumable parts. If appliance is used improperly, for
commercial or semi-commercial use, or not following the instructions in the operation manual,
the warranty becomes invalid and our company will refuse any liability and repairing cost for the
damage caused.
2. User must present the official invoice/redemption voucher and the warranty card (Printed on the
gift box, and must be saved it for future reference) with the chop from sales point/redemption
center for maintenance. For enquiries, call Shun Hing Electric Service Center Limited hotline at 2406
5666.
