Einleitung
Die CONNECT Box Pro ist die Basis- und Steuereinheit des CONNECT Netzwerkes. Die
CONNECT Box Pro baut das Stammnetz auf, ermöglicht die Anbindung an das Internet und
somit den Zugriff von überall dort, wo Sie es möchten.
Um die CONNECT Box Pro nutzen zu können, müssen Sie diese zunächst über unsere App
mit dem Netzwerk verbinden. Dort nden Sie auch weitere Anweisungen zur Bedienung.
Zum App-Download gelangen Sie entweder durch Einscannen des QR-Codes auf der
Rückseite dieser Anleitung oder durch die Suche nach „ratiotec CONNECT“ im Google Play
Store.

Sicherheitshinweise
Vor der Inbetriebnahme bitte alle Komponenten auf Beschädigungen prüfen und nur mit-
gelieferte Komponenten verwenden.
Technische Daten:
Versorgung: DC 12V / 5A
Unterstützt bis 1024 CONNECT Endgeräte
Bis zu 100m in Gebäuden
Bis zu 200m im Freien
Inbetriebnahme
Schrauben Sie die zwei mitgelieferten Antennen auf der Rückseite der CONNECT Box
Pro an. Verbinden Sie das mitgelieferte Netzteil mit dem Anschluss der CONNECT Box
Pro und dann den Schutzkontaktstecker mit einer 230V Steckdose. Nun verbinden Sie die
CONNECT Box Pro mit einem Netzwerkkabel an der Schnittstelle LAN 1 mit dem Netzwerk.
Nach einer Minute ist die CONNECT Box Pro betriebsbereit. Um auf die Box zugreifen zu
können, öffnen Sie bitte folgenden Link in Ihrem Browser: http://connectbox.local. Sollte
der Aufruf nicht erfolgreich sein, ermitteln Sie bitte die IP-Adresse des Gerätes mit dem
Hostnamen connectbox manuell.
Hinweis: Es wird empfohlen, das HTTPS-Protokoll zu verwenden. Dies kann in der Anmelde-
maske ausgewählt werden.
Melden Sie sich bitte mit folgenden Anmeldedaten an:
Benutzer: admin
Passwort: admin
Hinweis: Bitte ändern Sie die Zugangsdaten umgehend nach der Anmeldung unter dem
Menüpunkt „Benutzer“.
Die Änderung von Passwörtern kann über einen Administrator Benutzer über folgendes
Menü vorgenommen werden: Benutzer > Bearbeiten > Passwort ändern

Introduction
The CONNECT Box Pro is the base and control unit of the CONNECT network. The CON-
NECT Box Pro sets up the master network, enables connection to the internet and thus
access from anywhere you want.
In order to use the CONNECT Box Pro, you must rst connect it to the network via our app.
There you will also nd further instructions for operation. To download the app, either scan
the QR code on the back of this manual or search for „ratiotec CONNECT“ in the Google
Play Store.

Safety instructions
Before commissioning, please check all components for damage and only use components
supplied.
Technical data:
Supply: DC 12V / 5A
Supports up to 1024 CONNECT terminals
Up to 100m in buildings
Up to 200m outdoors
Initial operation
Screw the two supplied antennas onto the back of the CONNECT Box Pro. Connect the
supplied power supply to the CONNECT Box Pro and the grounding plug to a 230V socket.
Now connect the CONNECT Box Pro to the network using a network cable at interface LAN
1. After only one minute the CONNECT Box Pro is ready for operation. To access the box,
please open the following link in your browser: http://connectbox.local. If the call is not
successful, please determine the IP address of the device with the host name connectbox
manually.
Note: It is recommended to use the HTTPS-protocol. This can be selected in the login mask.
Please log in with the following login data:
User: admin
Password: admin
Note: Please change the access data immediately after registration under the
menu item „users“.
Passwords can be changed by an administrator user using the following menu:
Users > Edit > Change password

Introduzione
La CONNECT Box Pro è l‘unità base e di controllo della rete CONNECT. La CONNECT Box
Pro stabilisce la rete principale, consente la connessione a Internet e quindi l‘accesso da
qualsiasi luogo.
Per poter utilizzare CONNECT Box Pro, devi prima collegarlo alla rete usando la nostra app.
Lì troverai anche ulteriori istruzioni per l‘uso. Puoi scaricare l‘app scansionando il codice QR
sul retro di questo manuale o cercando „ratiotec CONNECT“ nel Google Play Store.

Istruzioni di sicurezza
Prima della messa in servizio, vericare che tutti i componenti non siano danneggiati e utiliz-
zare solo i componenti forniti.
Speciche tecniche:
Alimentazione: DC 12V / 5A
Supporta no a 1024 dispositivi CONNECT con un raggio no a 100m all’interno dei edici
E no a 200 m in campo aperto.
Installazione
Avvitare le due antenne fornite sul retro della scatola CONNECT. Collegare l’alimentatore in
dotazione al connettore del CONNECT Box Pro e alla spina ad una presa da 230 V. Ora col-
lega la CONNECT Box Pro con un cavo di rete all’interfaccia LAN 1 alla rete. La CONNECT
Box Pro è pronta per l’uso dopo un minuto. Per poter accedere Box, apri il seguente link
nel tuo browser: http: //connectbox.local. Se la chiamata non ha esito positivo, determinare
manualmente l’indirizzo IP del dispositivo con il nome host connectbox.
Nota: Si consiglia di utilizzare il protocollo HTTPS. Questo può essere selezionato nella
maschera di login.
Effettua il login con i seguenti dettagli di accesso:
Utente: admin
Password: admin
Nota: Modicare i dati di accesso immediatamente dopo la registrazione nella voce di
menu “Utente”.
Le password possono essere modicate da un utente amministratore tramite il seguente
menu: Utente> Modica> Cambia password
