Anschließen der CONNECT Box
1. Verbinden Sie den mitgelieferten Mesh USB-Stick mit der CONNECT Box.
2. Schließen Sie die CONNECT Box mit dem beiliegenden Netzkabel an die Spannungs-
versorgung an. Die CONNECT Box startet automatisch.
3. Wenn Sie die CONNECT Box in Ihr Netzwerk einbinden möchten, verbinden Sie diese
mit dem beiliegenden Netzwerkkabel.

Montage der People Counter
Sie haben vier Varianten, die People Counter zu montieren. Welche die bessere ist, ist
abhängig von Ihren örtlichen Gegebenheiten. Dabei müssen Sie beachten, dass die People
Counter (Sender und Empfänger) direkt aufeinander ausgerichtet sind. Die Varianten kön-
nen auch miteinander kombiniert werden.
1. Befestigung durch Verschrauben der Bodenplatte an die Wand.
2. Befestigung durch Kleben der Bodenplatte auf einen glatten Untergrund (siehe Bedie-
nungsanleitung „CONNECT Bodenplatten“).
3. Befestigung über das Winkel-Set (siehe Bedienungsanleitung „CONNECT Winkel Set
Montage“).
4. Befestigung über das Kugelhalterungsset (siehe Bedienungsanleitung „CONNECT
Kugelhalterung Set Montage“).
Bitte beachten Sie bei der Montage eine Höhe von 1,25 -1,35 m und eine maximale Reichwei-
te von 3 m vom Sender bis zum Empfänger.

Der Sender und der Empfänger müssen direkt aufeinander ausgerichtet sein.
Empfänger Sender
Wichtig: Jeder Empfänger ist mit einem Pfeil markiert. Dieser
gibt die Laufrichtung der Kunden beim Betreten des Ladens
an. Eine korrekte Montage ist wichtig, um Verzähler zu ver-
meiden.
Nach der Montage setzen Sie nun die beigefügten (blauen) Batterien ein und verschrauben
die People Counter auf der von Ihnen montierten Abdeckung.

Verkabelung von Tablet, Powerbank und Chargie-Stick
Über den Tag können Sie die Powerbank vom Strom entfernen.
Wichtig: Bei Stromversorgung des Tablets durch die Powerbank achten Sie bitte darauf, so-
wohl die Powerbank als auch das Tablet über Nacht zu laden, um einen reibungslosen Betrieb
der gesamten Installation über den Tag hinweg zu gewährleisten.
Montage des Tabletaufstellers
1. Montieren Sie den Tabletaufsteller gemäß der ihm beiliegenden Bedienungsanleitung
„CONNECT Tabletaufsteller“.
2. Setzen Sie das CONNECT Tablet in die dafür vorgesehene Halterung ein und schlie-
ßen Sie, sofern gewünscht, das Schloss ab. Falls das Tablet über den Tag mit der
Powerbank versorgt werden soll, legen Sie diese hinter das Tablet in die dafür vorge-
sehene Vertiefung.

4. Um Einstellungen vorzunehmen, wählen
Sie auf dem Tablet‚„ratiotec CONNECT“.
5. Melden Sie sich mit dem Benutzernamen admin und
Passwort admin an. Die Anmeldedaten sind bereits
hinterlegt. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, das Passwort zeitnah
zu ändern.
6. Wählen Sie die App „smarterwaiting“:
7. Klicken Sie auf „Eingangsmanager“. Im Eingangsmanager
können Sie nun Einstellungen wie Ihre max. Filialkapazität
ändern oder auch manuell nachregeln. Der Report zeigt
Ihnen Ihre Kundenbesuche gra sch an.
8. Um wieder auf das Kunden-Display zu gelangen,
starten Sie die auf dem Desktop be ndliche
„Fully Kiosk Browser“ App.
Testen des Systems
1. Achten Sie darauf, dass eine gute WLAN Verbindung zwischen dem Tablet und dem
Netzwerk besteht.
2. Starten Sie das Tablet. Alle notwendigen Apps öffnen automatisch.
3. Sie gelangen direkt auf das Kundendisplay. Laufen Sie zwischen beiden Sensoren
durch. Sie sollten nun sehen, dass die Personenanzahl im unteren Bereich des Bild-
schirms zu- oder abnimmt. Wenn dies der Fall ist, funktioniert Ihr System.
Wichtig: Sollten Sie in den Eingangsbereich
hineinlaufen und die Anzahl der noch erlaubten
Personen erhöht sich, müssen Sie den Empfänger
(2 LEDs) um 180 Grad drehen.

Connecting the CONNECT Box
1. Connect the supplied Mesh USB stick to the CONNECT Box.
2. Connect the CONNECT Box to the power supply with the enclosed mains cable. The
CONNECT Box starts automatically.
3. If you want to integrate the CONNECT Box into your network, connect it with the
enclosed network cable.

Mounting the People Counters
You have four options for mounting the People Counter. Which one is better depends on
your local conditions. You must ensure that the people counters (transmitter and receiver)
are directly aligned with each other. The variants can also be combined with each other.
1. Fastening by screwing the base plate to the wall.
2. Fastening by gluing the base plate to a smooth surface (see user manual
„CONNECT base plates“).
3. Fastening via the angle set (see user manual „CONNECT angle set assembly“).
4. Mounting via the ball bracket set (see user manual „CONNECT ball bracket
set mounting“).
When mounting, please observe a height of 1.25 -1.35 m and a maximum range of 3 m from
the transmitter to the receiver.

The transmitter and the receiver must be directly aligned.
Receiver Transmitter
Important: Each receiver is marked with an arrow. This
indicates the direction in which the direction of customers
entering the shop. Correct installation is important to avoid
wrong counting.
After assembly, insert the enclosed (blue) batteries and screw the People Counter onto the
cover you have mounted.

Wiring the tablet, powerbank and Chargie stick
You can remove the powerbank from the power supply during the day.
Important: When powering the tablet through the powerbank, please make sure to charge
both the powerbank and the tablet overnight to ensure smooth operation of the entire instal-
lation throughout the day.
Mounting the tablet stand
1. Mount the tablet stand in accordance with the „CONNECT tablet stand“ operating
instructions enclosed with it.
2. Place the CONNECT tablet in the holder provided and lock the lock, if desired. If the
tablet is to be powered by the powerbank during the day, place it behind the tablet in
the recess provided.

Testing the system
1. Make sure that there is a good Wi-Fi connection between the tablet and the network.
2. Start the tablet. All necessary apps open automatically.
3. You go directly to the customer display. Walk between the two sensors. You should
now see that the number of people at the bottom of the screen is increasing or
decreasing. If this is the case, your system is working.
Important: If you run into the entrance area and the
number of people still allowed increases, you must
turn the receiver (2 LEDs) 180 degrees.
4. To make settings, select „ratiotec CONNECT“ on the
tablet.
5. Log in with the user name admin and password admin.
The login data is already stored. We recommend that
you change the password as soon as possible.
6. Select the app „smarterwaiting“:
7. Click on „Entrance Manager“. In the entrance manager
you can now change settings such as your max. branch
capacity or adjust them manually. The report shows you
your customer visits graphically.
8. To return to the customer display, launch the Fully Kiosk
Browser app located on the desktop.

Connessione del CONNECT Box
1. Collegare la chiavetta USB Mesh fornita alla CONNECT Box.

Montaggio dei sensori conta persone
Hai quattro opzioni per montare i sensori conta persone. L’installazione migliore dipende
dalle condizioni locali. È necessario assicurarsi che i sensori conta persone (trasmettitore e
ricevitore) siano direttamente allineati tra loro. Le varianti possono anche essere combinate
tra loro.
1. Fissando avvitando la piastra di base al muro.

Durante il montaggio, osservare un‘altezza di 1,25 -1,35 m e un spazio massimo di 3 m dal
trasmettitore al ricevitore.

Il trasmettitore e il ricevitore devono essere allineati direttamente.
Ricevitore Transmettitore
Importante: ogni ricevitore è contrassegnato con una freccia.
Ciò indica la direzione in cui direzione dei clienti che entrano
nel negozio. La corretta installazione è importante per evitare
un conteggio errato.
Dopo il montaggio, inserire le batterie incluse di colore (blu) e solo questo tipo anche per

Cablaggio del tablet, powerbank e Chargie stick
È possibile rimuovere il powerbank dall‘alimentatore durante il giorno.
Importante: quando si alimenta il tablet attraverso il powerbank, assicurarsi di caricare sia il
powerbank che il tablet durante la notte per garantire un funzionamento regolare dell‘intera
installazione durante il giorno.
Montaggio del supporto per tablet
1. Montare il supporto del tablet in conformità con le istruzioni per l‘uso „CONNECT
tablet stand“ ad esso racchiuse.
2. Posizionare il tablet CONNECT nel supporto fornito e bloccare la serratura, se lo si
desidera. Se la tablet deve essere alimentata dal powerbank durante il giorno, posizio-
narla nello spazio dietro il tablet.

Test del sistema
1. Assicurati che ci sia una buona connessione Wi-Fi tra il tablet e la rete.
2. Avviare il tablet. Tutte le app necessarie si aprono automaticamente.
3. Vai direttamente al display del cliente. Cammina tra i due sensori. Ora dovresti
vedere che il numero di persone nella parte inferiore dello schermo sta aumentando
o diminuendo. In tal caso, il sistema funziona.
Importante: se esci dal ingresso e il numero di
persone aumentano, devi ruotare il ricevitore
(2 LED) di 180 gradi.
4. Per modi care le impostazioni, selezionare
„ratiotec CONNECT“ sul tablet.
5. Accedere con user nome “admin” e utente “admin”
come password. I dati di accesso sono già memorizzati.
Si consiglia di modi care la password il prima possibile.
6. Seleziona l‘app „smarterwaiting“:
7. Clicca su „Entrance Manager“. Nel gestore d‘ingresso
è ora possibile modi care impostazioni come la capacità
massima del punto vendita o regolarle manualmente.
Il report mostra gra camente il fl usso dei clienti.
8. Per tornare alla visualizzazione per il cliente, avviare l‘app
Browser completamente kiosk situata sul desktop.
