Before Starting1Use basic precautions when using the product to prevent physical or monetary damages to the user or others, such as the warnings listed below.
Failure to comply could result in death or serious injury.WARNING:Safety Precautions
Do not expose the eyes of the user or an animal to the light from the UV lamp (ultraviolet rays). Direct exposure of the eyes or skin to ultraviolet light could cause eye and skin damage. Consult a doctor if you have any concerns.
Do not vacuum thumb tacks, sharp objects or liquids. This could result in electric shock or the product breaking.
Keep the intake port and vacuum brush far from your whole body, including your hair, clothes, fingers or eyes to avoid injury or damage to the product.
Do not modify, disassemble or repair the product to avoid injury, fire or electric shock, etc. Do not disassemble the battery or power adapter.Do not apply heat to the battery or put it in flames. The battery is designed exclusively for this product and cannot be used with other home appliances or for other uses. Removing the battery while the device is on may cause it to break. If the battery leaks, be careful not to let it contact your skin or eyes. Do not jolt the battery.To protect the motor and battery, the product may not work at temperatures below 41ºF or above 113ºF.When attaching the battery to the device, check its orientation and secure it firmly until you hear a click. Be careful not to drop the battery when removing or placing it. This could damage the product or cause injury.Do not drop or recline the product. This could damage the product or cause injury.Do not step or lean on the product. This could damage the product or cause injury.Carry the product by its handle. Not doing so could damage the product or cause injury.Only use attachments (such as the battery and power adapter) designed specifically for the product.This product is intended for indoor use. Do not use it in direct sunlight or where it can get wet from rain. This could damage the product or cause discoloration.Do not pick up large amounts of fine dust, such as flour.This could damage the product. Do not kick the product. This could damage the product.For extended durations of nonuse, unplug the power adapter, remove the battery from the charging cable, and put it aside.The battery will automatically discharge when it is not being charged.Charge the battery before storing it. Storing the battery with a low charge for long periods of time will cause its performance to decline.

Always turn the product off before cleaning the product. When cleaning the product, do not wet the device or use volatile substances such as benzene, thinners or alcohol.
Do not use alkaline detergents, acidic industrial detergents, fragrance
or acetic acid for the washable attachments.Keep the product in shade for long-term storage. Direct sunlight can cause deformation and discoloration.Do not wash the brush. It can cause discoloration or deformation.Clean the UV lamp regularly. UV transmittance may decline without proper cleaning.
Replace the fabric filter and HEPA filter if the suction force consistently declines or if
the device overheats.
Only use accessories that are designed for this product to avoid poor performance, electric shock or damages. ˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙
Maintenance
Only use the product for the purposes described in the manual. Do not use the product for anything other than household uses
(for example, do not turn the product over to force use of the UV lamp).
This product should be used under the instructions or supervision of
a person who can guarantee safe usage.
If you experience a product defect or failure, stop using it immediately.
Call the store of purchase or the Customer Support Center and ask for an inspection.
Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes
or matches. This could damage the product or cause injury.
Do not use the product during pest control fumigation (smoke-type). The chemicals could accumulate inside of the device and blow out of
the outtake port and be harmful to your health. After fumigation, ventilate the space well before using the device.Do not touch the UV lamp during or immediately after use to avoid burns.

Do not use wet hands when plugging or unplugging the power adapter.
Only use one plug in outlets with ratings of over 15 A and AC 100V.This could result in fire or electric shock. Do not use with other devices.
Do not use loose outlets, damaged power adapters or charging cables.
Do not plug the power adapter into power strips. Do not spray water on the power adapter or soak it in water.
Do not damage the power adapter (such as by manipulation, excessive
bending, pulling, twisting, pinching or placement under heavy objects).
When unplugging the power adapter, pull it by the plug rather than the cord.
Wipe dust off of the power adapter regularly.Unplug the power adapter from the outlet if the product will not be used for an extended time.
Product isn't used while plugged in from
the outlet, such as when moving,inspecting or doing maintenance on it.
For a longer battery life, do not charge immediately after use. Wait a few minutes for the battery to cool down.
˙˙Turn the power off immediately if there is smoke or an unusual sound or smell coming from the device or battery. Call the Customer Support Center (866-872-9267). This product uses a lithium ion battery. These batteries are valuable resources that can be recycled after use. Please do not discard them, and inquire with your municipality about how to recycle them. ※ Rules of collection may differ by municipality.

Emptying the dust boxReference
Turn the cover of the dust box downward and press the cover button.Discard the contents of the dust box and close the cover.Empty the dust box before the MAX indicator line is reached.Do not turn the device on while the dust box's cover is open.
Operation
The device will start by pressing the power button.You can change modes with the mode button.The device will stop by pressing the power button.
The heads and brush will turn on automatically when the power button
is pressed.Do not touch the brush while the device is on.Do not use for any purpose other than cleaning.
Do not touch the UV lamp during or immediately after use.It may cause skin burn.
Do not shine the UV lamp (UV ray) directly at the eyes of people and pets.Do not push the heads hard and h it it against a wall or drop it, whichcould damage the heads and UV lamp or scratch your floor.
Proper use of the UV Sanitizing Head on beddingThe Low Mode is recommended.Try vacuuming at least once a week.Slowly vacuum horizontally from end to end.
Carefully vacuum areas that directly contact the skin and other areas
of concern.Press the UV Sanitizing Head firmly against the bedding and slide itslowly.The act of pressing and pulling produce the same results, so move itforward and back slowly.Cleaning the headsDebris on the brush will decrease the product's performance so clean itregularly.
When the brushes are worn or damaged, replace them with a new brush.
Turning the product on without securing the brush to the Head s couldcause injuries or damages.Do not wash the brush and UV lamp.The silver ball in the UV lamp is needed to light the UV lamp and thesound of the ball rolling does not indicate a malfunction of the product.
Be careful not to break the UV lamp when cleaning it, this may cause an injury.
Cleaning the dust box setWash the filter at least once a month.Remove any dust or dirt on the filter after every use.Always clean the dust box set after use.
Check the filters according to the guidelines and wash it to sustain its performance.
Washable partsThe dust box, metal filter, fabric filter and HEPA filter,and HEPA filter case are washable and should be cleaned regularly.Use the following guidelines.Washing the metal filter

Wash the fabric filter and HEPA filter. Shake off any excess water and keep in a well-ventilated and sunny area until it is completely dry (for at least 24 hours).1.

Shake off any excess water and keep in a well-ventilated and shaded area until it is completely dry (for at least 24 hours).Washing the fabric filter and HEPA filterChecking for blockageIf there is a sudden decrease in the suction force or there are unusualsounds coming from the product, follow the instructions in #5 on page3 to check for blockages.
Exhaust does not escape the discharge port when the intake port is clogged.
Check to see if exhaust air is coming out of the exhaust port.Unplug the product from the power adapter to avoid burn or injuries.Do not press the power button while the power adapter is plugged in.Do not turn the product on while you are looking for blockages.Be careful of sharp objects when removing blockages.
The warranty does not cover product failures that are caused by foreign objects.
In MAX mode, the device will stop automatically if there is a blockage atthe heads of the device.Remove the blockage before restarting it.1. Remove the dust box set and check the device's attachment area.2. Examine the inside of the extension pipe.3. Remove the brush from the heads and examine it.

Charging the batteryThe battery can be charged separately.Charge it on a flat surface or a stable location.
Plug the power adapter into the battery plug and see if the charging light turns on.
The power lamp will blink a green light when the battery is low during use.
Attaching and removing the batterySecure the battery to the product until you hear a click sound.Before removing the battery, turn the power off and remove thepower adapter.Leaning
The product can be leaned against a table or chair with the Power MotorHead placed on a flat floor.
Put the product on a flat surface after turning it off.Make sure there are no fragile objects nearby before leaning thedevice against something.
To prevent the product from falling over, do not place it on carpet,cushion mats, a soft floor, an uneven or slanted floor, or a surface that isnot flat.
Do not use this product in any of the following locations:Somewhere unsteady.Around heating devices.A place where oil or flammable gas is present or may be spilled. A place where there may be pet urine or feces.Around lit cigarettes or flammable substances.Hot and humid places or somewhere the product could get wet(i.e., near a bath tub). Somewhere close to where there are sprays, gasoline or thinners.Somewhere reachable by infants or children.Somewhere there is corrosive gas or scrap metal.Warranty TermsCustomer Support CenterThank you for your purchase of a Raycop product.This product has gone through our stringent quality control processand inspections before being shipped. In the unlikely event that the
product malfunctions during normal use due to manufacturing reasons,
the product will be repaired at no cost for up to two years.

Free repairs will be provided for applicable defects during the warranty period.

Warranty details
The manufacturer's warranty is valid from the date of purchase or delivery.
All replaced parts will become Raycop's property.
The warranty period will not be extended upon the repair or replacement
