InstallingtheCamera(Transmitter)///
1. UnpacktheCamera
2. Decideon wall ordeskmounting theCamera. If wall mounting, thereisausefulguideon the
backcoveroftheinstructions, and therechargeablebatterypackshouldnotbeusedthen.
If cradlemounted, usetheVelcrointhepackagetomountthecameraon thecradle.Anyway,
theCameraheadcanberotatableforidealorrequiredposition.
3. Tousethecamerapoweradapter, connectpowerjacktotheinputon thebackofthe
Camerabase. MakesuretheCameraispositionedno morethan5 feetfromanACpoweroutlet.

4. You canadjustthesensitivityforthesound alertfeaturebyadjusting theSOUND TRIGGER
knob found on thesideoftheCamera.
5. TheCamera(Transmitter) installation isnowcomplete.
NightVision///
TheCameraincludesIRLEDs, whichallowsviewing up to5 feetinthedarkautomativelywhen
usedwiththeadapter.Adjustthe brightness”knob maygetbetterdisplayfordarkness use.
NightLight///
Thefriendlydesignation isthebutton fornightlightwhichislocatedon thetop ofthecamera.
Whenpress thebutton, thetop ofthecamerawill belightened.Thesoftlightavoidsdazzling
baby'seyesinthedark.

MainOperation
1. If usetherechargeablebatterybase(see therightpicture), Plug theLCDMonitorACpower
supplyintothepowerjackinthebatteryrecess ofthebatterybase. If not(see theleftpicture),
Plug theLCDMonitorACpowersupplyintothepowerjackinthebatteryrecess oftheLCD
2. Turnon theLCDMonitorbypressing thefrontpanelpowerbutton.
3. Choosethechanneltomatchthecameraand you cansee theimagefromcamera.
OptimizingtheWirelessCameraSystem///
* The2.4 GHzvideosignalpasseseasilythrough yourhome’sinteriorwalls, butthesignalmay
bereflectedbypowerwiresorplumbing insidethewall.
* SoundLevel canbeadjustedusing thevolumecontrolbutton on thepaneloftheMonitor.

*Adjust Brightness asrequiredusing +/-button on therightsideoftheLCDMonitor.
* TheSensitivity ofSoundTrigger canbeadjustedbyBabyCamera’sTRIGGERLEVELknob.
* Themostcommon source ofinterference aremicrowaveovens,WiFiproducts.Trytoavoid
mounting theLCDMonitornearamicrowaveovenorothersource ofRFinterference suchas
cordless phones,WiFiproducts.
* Toavoidtheinterference fromcamera, werecommend you setyourWiFiatchannel10.
Multi-cameraOperation///
TheWireless BabyCareColorCameraSystem(CMS2724L)isdesignedtoworkwithup to
3 Cameras.AdditionalCameraaresoldseparately.
IMPORTANT:
Whenusing morethanoneCamera, makesureeachCameraisassignedtoaspecificchannel
byadjusting thecorresponding DIPswitchdown.
AccordinglytheDIPswitchlocatedon thebottomoftheLCDMonitorshouldbe
adjustedtoreflectthechannelinuse.
Sound-TriggerCameras///
ThebabyCamerahasthe SoundTriggerFeature.WhenaCameradetectssound, anaudio
alertsoundson theLCDMonitor(Theaudioalertisadjustable).TheSensitivityoftheSound
TriggercanbeadjustedbytheBabyCamera’sTRIGGERLEVELknob on sideoftheCamera
head.
OperatingModes///
Thesystemcanbesettooperateinoneof3 modes: SCAN, AUTO or MANUAL.
Thedesiredoperating modecanbeselectedusing thebuttonson thefrontpaneloftheLCD
Monitor.
SCAN
Pressing the SCAN button placesthesysteminScanmode.TheLCDMonitorscreenblanks
intoastandbymodewhilethesystemcontinuouslyscansactiveCameras. If aCameradetects
sound abovethepresetsound triggerlevel, theLCDMonitordisplaystheCamerapictureand
thebeeperwill sound. Fourminutesafterthelastdetection, thescreenreturnstostandbymode
and theLCDMonitorresumesscanning. Pressing the MANUAL or AUTO button will cancel
thismode.

AUTO
Pressing the AUTO buttonplacesthesysteminAutomode.Inthismode,thesystem
automaticallyrotatesthrough all activeCameras.WhenaCameradetectssoundabovethepreset
level, theLCDMonitorwill displaythepicturefromtheCameraforafewseconds, andthebeeper
will sound.Toavoidsearchingthechannelsthatdonothavecameras/transmittersassignedto
them,setthedipswitches(locatedonthebottomoftheLCDMonitor) forthosecorresponding
channelstothe OFF position.
Thedwell/cycletime(timetakentoswitchbetweencameras)ispresettofoursecondsandcanbe
adjustedbetween2-30 seconds.Toadjustthedwell/cycletime,press boththeAUTOand
MANUALbuttonssimultaneously. EachflashoftheLEDincreasesthedwell timebyonesecond.
MANUAL
ToselectaspecificCameratoLCDMonitor,press the MANUAL button.TheLCDMonitorwill
switchtoadifferentCameraeachtimethe MANUAL buttonispressed.Toavoidsearching
channelsthatdonothaveCamerasassignedtothem,setthedipswitches(locatedontheback
paneloftheLCDMonitor) forthosecorresponding channelstothe OFF position.
MonitorFunctions///
POWER
Press toturntheMonitoron/off.
ALARMVOLUME
The ALARMVOLUME oftheLCDMonitorcanbeadjustedbytuning theAlarmVolumetuner
on thesideoftheLCDMonitor.
VOLUME
You mayadjusttheSound Levelbypressing +”or -”on theVolumebutton.
BRIGHTNESS
You canpress "+" or"-" on therightsideoftheLCDMonitortoadjustthebrightness ofthe
pictureifnecessary.
