Assembled View:
Attach Shelf (E) and Back Panel (F) to Left Frame (A) with Phillips Screw (2).
Attach Cross Bar (C) to Left Frame (A) with Allen Bolt (1).

Attach Shelf (E) and Back Panel (F) to Right Frame (B) with Phillips Screw (2).
Attach Cross Bar (C) to Right Frame (B) with Allen Bolt (1).

Fully tighten all bolts and screws from steps 1 thru 3.

Spring Washer (6) and Washer (7) as shown into Left Frame (A) and Right Frame (B).
Fully tighten Casters.
