Push-to-Connect Refrigerant Fittings
Description
PRO-Fit Quick Connect push-to-connect refrigerant fittings quickly connect copper
and aluminum linesetsfor mini-split and unitary HVAC units. With no flaring orbrazing
involved, refrigerant lines can be securely and safely connected by PRO-Fit Quick Connect
in various environments.
The unique, leak-proof double O-rings sealing design creates a permanent high-pressure
gas seal that prevents connection leaks caused by galling, vibration, pulsation and
extreme temperature changes.

Instructions
TOCONNECTFITTING:
1. Cut the tube.
2. Deburr.
3. Useprep tool (sold separately) to determine depth.
4. Mark insertion depth.
5. Push into fitting.
6. Double check on the fitting through window.
TODISCONNECT FITTING:
The refrigeration system must be isolated or pumped down before disconnecting. Press the release with disconnect clip to remove tubing. Make
sure that the fitting and tube are free from defects. The fitting and tubing should be free ofdamage, foreign object and marks on the outside
diameter. Do not insert fingers in the grip ring inside the fitting.

Limited Warranty Certificate
1. LimitedWarranty
This Limited Warranty is a pass-through warranty from the manufacturer of the product, Essen Tech Co., LTD (“Manufacturer”) to RectorSeal, LLC (“RectorSeal”)
and on to you. Manufacturer warrants that, subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Certificate, the product subject to this sale will be of good quality
and workmanship and free of defects for a period of five (5) years after the date you purchase the products. This LimitedWarranty does not apply to changesto
the product or variations ofcolor (fading),shade or texture ofthe product due to age or fair and ordinarywear and tear.
The foregoing Limited Warranty will be voided under thefollowing conditions or circumstances:
(a)
the product has not been stored, used, installed or maintained in accordance with Manufacturer’s specifications, instructions, operating and maintenance
instructions or in compliance with the use or proper purpose intended by Manufacturer;
(b) the product defect has been caused by negligence, abuse, misuse, unauthorized alteration, repair, tampering, reconstruction or maintenance (including
modification of labels or packaging) or the use of sub-standard consumables or non-approved recommended refrigerants;
(c)
the product defect has been caused by abnormally corrosive conditions, high temperatures, open flame, fire, accidents, entry by vermin or insects or acts
of God, including without limitation, storms, cyclones, floods, earthquakes and other natural disasters;
(d) the product defect or the relevant loss or damage wascaused by good(s) or material(s) that are not manufactured or supplied by Manufacturer;
(e)
the product or any part of the product has been used or combined with good(s) or other material(s), or has been replaced with a part not supplied or ap-
proved by Manufacturer;
(f) the products were installed in multi-family or commercial applications;
(g) the product was not sold to you by RectorSeal’s authorized distributors;
(h) you were capable of preventing the damage or further damage, but did not do so; or
(i) neither Manufacturer nor RectorSeal were provided reasonable access to the product to physically inspect it, perform testing and/or obtain samples after
you filed a warranty claim.
2.
YourExclusive Remedy
This Limited Warranty solely covers replacement of that portion of the product proven to be defective due to a manufacturing defect. You are responsible for
any labor costs associated with replacing the defective part. If replacement product is not available, Manufacturer may provide a product of a similar grade.
Replacement of a product does not re-start the warranty period. Neither Manufacturer nor RectorSeal will be liable under any circumstances for consequential,
incidental, special or punitive damages or losses (including without limitation loss of profits or losses flowing from delays or interruption to business), however,
caused (including through negligence), which you may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with your use of the product.
EXCEPTFORTHELIMITEDWARRANTYSETFORTHHEREIN,NEITHERMANUFACTURER NORRECTORSEALMAKESANYWARRANTYWHATSOEVERWITHRESPECTTO
THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING (A) WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY; OR (B) WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR APARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,BY LAW,
COURSEOFDEALING,COURSEOFPERFORMANCE,USAGEOFTRADEOROTHERWISE.
3.
Arbitration
(a)
ARBITRATIONCLAUSE.IMPORTANT.PLEASEREVIEWTHIS ARBITRATIONCLAUSE.ITAFFECTSYOURLEGALRIGHTS.
(b) Parties: This arbitration clause affects your rights against Manufacturer, RectorSeal and any of their respective affiliates or employees or agents, succes-
sors, or assigns, all of whom together are referred to below as “we” or “us” for ease of reference.
(c)
ARBITRATION REQUIREMENT: EXCEPT AS STATED BELOW, ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND ANY OF US SHALL BE DECIDED BY NEUTRAL, BINDING ARBITRATION
RATHER THAN IN COURT OR BY JURY TRIAL. “Dispute” will be given the broadest possible meaning allowable by law, and includes any dispute, claim, or contro-
versy arising from or relating to your purchase of the product, any warranty upon the product, or the product’s condition. It also includes determination of the
scope or applicability of this Arbitration Clause. This arbitration requirement applies to claims incontract and tort, pursuant to statute, or otherwise.
(d) CLASS-ARBITRATION WAIVER: ARBITRATION IS HANDLED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. IF A DISPUTE IS ARBITRATED, YOU AND WE EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO
PARTICIPATE AS A CLASS REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS MEMBER ON ANY CLASS CLAIM YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST US OR WE AGAINST YOU, OR AS A PRIVATE ATTORNEY
GENERAL OR IN ANY OTHER REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY. YOU AND WE ALSO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO CLASS ARBITRATION OR ANY CONSOLIDATION OF INDIVIDUAL ARBI-
TRATIONS.

Discovery and Other Rights: Discovery and rights to appeal in arbitration are generally more limited than in a lawsuit. This applies to both you and us.
Other rights that you orwe would have in court may not be available inarbitration.
(f) Costs of the Arbitration: Each party is responsible for its own attorney, expert, and other fees unless applicable law requires otherwise. Manufacturer will
pay yourshare of the fees charged by the arbitration organizationand arbitrator(s) beyond the first $200. Where permissible by law, you may be required to
reimburse Manufacturer for the fees of the arbitration organization and arbitrator(s) in whole or in part by decision of the arbitrator(s) at the discretion of the
arbitrator(s).
4.
Filing aClaim
Any claim under this Limited Warranty must be notified to RectorSeal in writing within 30 days following the discovery of the alleged defect accompanied with
(a) proof of purchase including date of purchase; (b)the date andsite of installation; and (c) a description of the alleged defect. You must send yourclaims to:
