INFORMATION

�Outdoor use only. D O NOT use grill indoors or in an enclosed or non-ventilated area.

�Keep a fire extinguisher near this product at all times.

�Household use only. DO NOT operate this grill for other than its intended use.

�Some parts of this grill have been pre-oiled at the factory. Please burn off the oils before

cooking

�Do not wear loose clothing when using grill or allow hair to come in contact with grill.

�Never use grill on a wooden surface or other flammable surfaces. Use grill only on a hard,

stable surface that can support the grill

�Keep 10 feet of clearance between grill and any combustible materials when grill is in use

(including, but not limited to bushes, shrubs, trees, leaves, grass, wooden decks or fences,

buildings, etc.).

�Keep grill away from gasoline and/or other flammable liquids, flammable gases, flammable

vapors, or areas where these may be present. Do not store or use grill in these areas.

�In windy conditions, place in an outdoor area that is sheltered from wind.

�Keep out of reach of children and pets , store out of reach of children when not in use .

�When moving or lifting grill, use caution to avoid back strains or injuries.

�Do not try to move or reposition grill while it is in use.

�Don ’ t place goods over 10kgs/22lbs on each side shelf.

�Do not use gasoline, kerosene, or alcohol to light charcoal. Using any of these products (or

similar products) could cause a flare up, flash fire, or explosion. Severe bodily injury could

be result.

�If using lighter fluid to start fire, leave the roll top hood open until briquettes are ashed over

and lighter fluid has burned off. Closing hood too soon could cause fumes from the lighter

fluid to accumulate inside the grill. This could cause a flare up or explosion when the hood

is opened.

�Do not add lighter fluid to warm or hot coals.

.Attach the firebox side

panels ( M ) to the firebox back

panel (K) and f ire b ox f ront

Panel D oor (L) using four M6 x 12

bolts (BB) and M6 nuts (AA).

Do not completely tighten until

after Step 2.

.Turn the firebox assembly upside down.

Attach the left front leg ( u ) and right front

leg (v) to the firebox , attach the right

front Leg ( A4 ) and right back leg(A5)

using M6 x 12 bolts (BB) for each corner.

Only hand tighten until all bolts are in,

then tighten with a Phillips screwdriver.

legs using 4 M6 x 12 bolts (BB) and

.Turn the grill assembly upright and

attach the charcoal door locking level

( A10 ), charcoal door handle base ( A9 )

and charcoal door handle ( A8 ) to the

charcoal door attached to the firebox

front panel ( L ) using M6 nut (AA),

flat washer ( HH ) and lock washer ( II ).

Be sure that the handle and locking

lever are in the correct positions

(handle pointing down, level pointing

up) before fully tightening.

support ( T ) to the transmission

shaft (R) using axle pin (JJ)

and cotter pin ( LL ). Attach the

left transmission support (S) to

the other side of the

transmission shaft in the same

way.

to the firebox back panel (K)

using M6 x 40 bolts ( EE ),

flat washers ( HH ) and

lock washers ( II ).

.Insert the handle bar grip ( A7 )

through the hole in the right

transmission support ( T ) and into

the hole on the right side of the

firebox front panel ( L ). Attach the

handle bar grip (H2) and the right

transmission support ( S ) to the

firebox front panel (T) using 2 M6 x

12 bolts (BB). Attach the left

transmission support (S) to the left

side of the firebox front panel (T)

using M6 x 12 bolts (BB). Lock the

bar of the transmission shaft (R)

onto the hooks of the left and right

transmission supports (S and T ) .

( F ) to the hood ( C ) using M6 nuts (AA)

and M6 x 12 bolts (BB). . Attach the

chimney lid ( E ) to the chimney ( F ) using

1spring ( GG ) and M8 nut ( FF ).

( KK ) through the holes on the upper

may need to slightly lift up the hood

cotter pins ( LL ) into the ends of the

hinge pins ( KK ).
