SC1/D är en enstegs signalomvandlare som omvandlar en 0...10V DC signal till
en reläväxling med inställbara till- och frånslagspunkter. SC1/D kan ställas för
positiv eller negativ logik, d.v.s. tillslag vid stigande inspänning eller tillslag vid
fallande spänning.
Installation
SC1/D skall monteras på DIN-skena i apparatskåp eller separat kapsling.

OUTPUT Val av positiv eller negativ logik
Uppstart
Kontrollera att all kablering är korrekt utfört.
Välj med skjutomkopplaren OUTPUT positiv eller negativ logik. Läge POS ger
tillslag vid den spänning som ställs in på HIGH och frånslag vid den spänning
som ställs in på LOW. Läge NEG ger tillslag vid den spänning som ställs in på
LOW och frånslag vid den spänning som ställs in på HIGH.
Ställ in HIGH och LOW på övre och undre ingångsspänning för reläfunktion.
OBS: HIGH måste alltid ligga högre än LOW. Differensen mellan HIGH och
LOW skall, för stabil funktion, inte sättas mindre än 0.1V.
LVD, lågspänningsdirektivet
Produkten uppfyller kraven i det europeiska lågspänningsdirektivet (LVD)
2006/95/EG genom produktstandard EN 60669-1 och EN 60669-2-1.
EMC emissions- och immunitetsstandard

SC1/D is a one-stage signal converter which converts a 0...10V DC input
signal to a change-over relay function with adjustable switching points.
SC1/D can be set for direct or reverse action, i.e. relay activation on rising
input voltage or relay activation on falling input voltage.
Installation
SC1/D is designed for DIN-rail mount in a cabinet or separate enclosure.

Start-up
Check that all wiring is correctly performed. With the OUTPUT slide-switch,
choose positive or negative logic. POS will give relay activation at the volt-
age set on the HIGH knob and deactivation at the voltage set on the LOW
knob. NEG will give relay activation at the voltage set on the LOW knob
and deactivation at the voltage set on the HIGH knob. Set HIGH and LOW
to the desired upper and lower relay switching voltages. N.B. HIGH must
always be set to a higher value than LOW. For stable function the difference
between HIGH and LOW must not be less than 0.1V.
Low Voltage Directive (LVD) standards
This product conforms to the requirements of the European Low Voltage
Directive (LVD) 2006/95/EC through product standards EN 60669-1 and
EN 60669-2-1.
EMC emissions & immunity standards

ANWEISUNG INSTRUCTION
Der SC1/D ist ein einstuger Signalwandler welcher ein 0...10V DC Ein-
gangssignal in ein 2-Punkt Ausgangssignal mit einstellbarem Umschaltpunkt
umwandelt. Der SC1/D kann für direkte oder indirekte Aktivierung konguriert
werden. z.B.: Relaisaktivrg. bei steigendem oder fallendem Eingangssignal.
Einbau
Der SC1/D ist zur Hutschienenmontage im Schaltschrank oder Ähnlichem
geeignet.

Erststart
Überprüfen Sie die Verdrahtung. Wählen Sie mit dem Schalter OUTPUT die
positive oder negative Logik. POS ergibt eine Relaisaktivierung an der ein-
gestellten Spannung am HIGH Poti und Deaktiverung am Wert des LOW Poti.
NEG ergibt eine Relaisaktivierung an der ein-gestellten Spannung am LOW
Poti und Deaktiverung am Wert des HIGH Poti. Stellen Sie HIGH und LOW auf
die gewünschten Umschalt-punkte ein. BEACHTE: HIGH muß immer auf einen
höheren Wert als LOW gestellt werden. Für eine stabile Funktion darf die Dif-
ferenz zw. HIGH und LOW nicht kleiner als 0,1V sein.

Dieses Produkt entspricht den Anforderungen der Niederspannungsrichtlinie

Le régulateur SC1/D est un régulateur qui transforme un signal d’entrée
0…10V en un contact sec inverseur pour une valeur réglable. Il peut fonc-
tionner en mode direct ou indirect cad: le relais est activé en élévation de
signal ou en diminution de signal.
Installation
Placer le régulateur sur un rail DIN dans une armoire.

HIGH: Basculement haut réglable de 0 à 10V.
LOW: Basculement bas réglable de 0 à 10V.
OUTPUT: Choix du fonctionnement logique positif ou négatif.
Démarrage
Vérier que les raccordements électriques sont réalisés correctement.
A l’aide du sélecteur OUTPUT choisissez le type de fonctionnement désiré :
POS : Le relais sera activé à la valeur réglée sur le bouton HIGH et désac-
tivé à la valeur réglée sur le bouton LOW. NEG : Le relais sera activé à la
valeur réglée sur le bouton LOW et désactivé à la valeur réglée sur le bou-
ton HIGH.Choisissez les valeurs hautes et basse pour l’activation du relais
N.B. : Le potentiomètre HIGH doit toujours etre réglé sur une valeur supé-
rieure choisie sur le potentiomètre LOW. Pour un fonctionnement stable du
relais, l’écart entre les deux valeurs choisies doit être supérieure à 0.1V.
Directive basse tension (BT)
Ce produit répond aux exigences de la directive 2006/95/CE du Parle-
ment européen et du Conseil (BT) au travers de la conformité aux normes
EN 60669-1 et EN 60669-2-1. Il porte le marquage CE.
