VW MK5 GOLF/GTI
1. Install the aluminum ball onto the metal bracket as shown using the supplied screw.
2. Pry the trim panel up from the top of the dash with a plastic trim removal tool. ( Photo 1)
3. Locate the Torx T20 screw at the very front of the panel and remove it. (Photo 2)
4. Carefully pull the front of the panel towards you while lifting up. (Photo 3)
5. Locate the two Torx T20 screws holding the vent trim and remove them. (Photo 4)
6. There are 3 clips on the forward part of the vent panel. Use your trim tool and release these clips. (Photo 5)
7. Pull the trim panel up to remove the vent panel. (photo 6)
8. Remove the two Torx T20 screws from the top of the radio trim. (Photo 7)
9. Starting at the top of one side, gently pull the trim panel forward. Slide your trim removal tool between the panel
and dash and gently pry the panel away from the dash. (Photo 8)
10. Remove the two Torx T20 screws from the side of the radio and slide your trim tool between the radio and the dash foam.
Insert the Exact-Fit phone mount between the trim tool and the dash foam. Tighten the two Torx T20 screws. (Photo 9)
11. Reinstall all the plastic trim and screws in reverse order of dissasembly.
10. Attach the phone to your mount.
11. Enjoy your new Rennline product.
