OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Unscrew the bolted cap on “ozone output”
connect with the equipped corrosion resistance hose .
Then screw the bolted cap back, lead the hose to the place where ozone is needed.
Attention: Make sure the ozone output hose is smooth, without knots. Do not direct the ozone output directly towards people.
2. Connect power.
3. Turn on “power switch” (The power supply and ozone indicator lights up).
4. Set the “timer” according to need time. Rotate clockwise to set the time from 0 to 30 minutes. When the time is up,
the machine will stop working automatically. Rotating anticlockwise to ON will make the machine will work continuously.
Shutting the power o will stop the machine.
5. Adjust the “ozone output” according to the needed of ozone production. The equipment is set to maximum output
before delivery, customers can adjust the ozone output according to their needs. For example, the machine with 3 g ozone
output is set to 100% output before delivery. Customers can rotate the knob anticlockwise to adjust the ozone output to 20%

6
1. The machine uses its own air source before delivery. In addition to operating the machine in accordance with the “general
instructions”, you also need to turn on the air source switch . Connect as in this picture: .
If you need to use external air source (oxygen generator or oxygen tanks),as the picture shown, connect the
silicone tube with the oxygen generator or oxygen tanks, and turn othe air source switch.
2. If an external air source is used, the oxygen flow cannot be interrupted or stopped when the machine is in normal operation.
Use the oxygen pressure reduction valve when using oxygen tanks. It is forbidden to use the industrial pressure reducing
valve for high pressure as a result of 18Mpa oxygen pressure. In order to avoid cases of oxygen cylinder explosion, a test
instrument should be installed in the oxygen supply pipe to test the alarm system.
Note: see other operating methods in the related “general instructions” section.
ZTW MANUAL
1.ZTW series of external gas source type. Gas supply should be clean, dry air or oxygen.

reduction valve. It is forbidden to use the industrial pressure reducing valve for high pressure as a result of the 18Mpa oxygen
pressure. In order to avoid cases of oxygen cylinder explosion, a test instrument should be installed in the oxygen supply tube
to test the alarm system.
3.Set the working time:
The letters in the middle of timer H/M/S , represent the hour / minute/second respectively.
The longest time you can set is 99h 99m. When the intermediate letter is H, it will show the number of hours on the left, and
the number of minutes on the right; when the letter is M, it will show minutes on the left, and seconds on the right.
Working time is preset 30 minutes out of the box customers can reset the needed working time following the steps described
