Check the package contents before getting started !
First:Install Hydraulic Pump to Base Second:Install Foot Bar to the Assembled
Hydraulic Pump & Base
Step 1:Place the assembled Base & Pump on the floor. Use Allen
Wrench to loosen the screws in the crossbar (as shown). Insert Foot
Bar into the holes in the crossbar. (May require to slightly squeeze the
ends of Foot Bar towards each other, and need some maneuvering
for the bar ends to go into place. )
Step 2:Tighten the set screws to firmly hold the Foot Bar in place.

Step 1:Insert the threaded bolts on the pump bottom into the
holes in the base top. Tighten the 4 locking nuts onto the
threaded bolts. (Easier when set on one side, supported by a
sturdy object.)

Third:Install Handrests to Seat Plate
Right Handrest １ＰＣ Left Handrest １ＰＣ
Step 1:Remove the 8 pre-fixed bolts on the seat plate.
Step 2:Install the left handrest and right handrest to the seat plate by
the 8 bolts removed from the seat plate.

Fourth:Install Backrest to the Seat Plate
Step 1:Remove the 2 pre-fixed bolts from the holder.
Step 2:Install the backrest to the handrests by 2 bolts.

Step 1:Insert the headrest into the backrest.
Step 2:Assemble the U-shape reclining cylinder with the backrest
iron by Clevis Pin and Cotter Pin.

Fifth:Install Headrest and Reclining Cylinder

Sixth:Install Seat & Backrest onto Hydraulic
Pump & Base
Step 1:Find the slot in the short slot under the seat This should be
aligned with the black pin on the top of the hydraulic pump.
Step 2:Set the assembled seat & backrest onto the assembled
hydraulic pump & base.
Step 3:Secure with screws.

Eighth:Install Long Connecting Rod
Step 1:Remove the pre-fixed screws.
Step 2:Attach the long connecting rod to the chair.
Seventh:Install Foot Pedal
Step 1:Remove the two pre-installed screws and install the footrest.
Step 2:Install the two foot columns.

Second:Raisethe Chair
1.Step down the Foot Bar repeatedly to raise the chair to the desired
height
First:Lockthe Chair
1.Lift the Foot Bar up to lock the seat in place.

Step 1:Secure the seat plate with 5 automatic screws .

Third:Lower the Chair
1.Step down the Foot Bar to the bottom and hold it to lower
the chair.
1.Push the lever on the side of the chair down/back while the
occupant leans back and make the legrest up . Pull the lever
up/forward to allow the backrest to raise up and make the legrest
Fourth:Recline the Backrest and Legrest
down.
Fifth:Raise and Lower the Headrest
1.Press the button on the chrome plate and pull up to raise, or push
down to lower the headrest.
Sixth:Unlock the Chair
1.Step the Foot Bar down to unlock the seat to allow to rotate freely.

Q:How to maintain the backrest or seat
daily?
Q: How to maintain the hydraulic pump?
A: The PVC leather should be cleaned
regularly. Spray a little of the leather care
solution onto a sponge and then use the
sponge to wipe the leather surfaces
gently.
A: Keep the surfaces of the hydraulic
pump (including the centre shaft) clean.
Sit on and raise/lower the chair
periodically to expel the air inside.
Regularly wipe the hydraulic pump with
anti-rust oil.

A: Please check whether the foot lever is
stepped to the lowest. If it's the lowest but
still has the problem, there could be
something wrong with the pump. You need
to replace it.
Q: What if the chair is difficult to rotate?
Q: How to prevent the chair from leaning
forward?
A: In this case, there may be something
wrong with the installation. Please check
whether the mounting direction of the seat
chassis connector is wrong. The direction
of the slot in the seat chassis connector
should be opposite to that of the footrest
(refer to the detail drawing in STEP6).
When it is confirmed, please make sure
whether the hydraulic pump is properly
inserted into the pump pin.
Q: If the chair keeps tilting and cannot be
righted, what should I do?
A: In this case, there may be air in the
pump. Please sit on the chair and raise it to
the highest, then lower it. Repeat the
above action until it can be used normally.
Q: What should I do when the seat cannot
be lifted or lowered normally?
A: When you sit on the chair and lean all
your weight forward deliberately, the chair
will indeed tilt. So please notice this point:
if both your feet are on the footrest, please
sit back as far as you can; meanwhile,
please ask the barber or someone else to
step the foot lever and set the chair to the
lowest when the guest sitting on the chair
is ready to stand up. (Note: please remind
guests not to stand on the footrest with
both feet, please put one foot on the
ground first.)
