1. Installing TheSIM Card
Remove the batterycover according tothe following diagrambelow.
remove the batteryexposing the SIMcard socket.Push theSIM card metal
cover up torelease the socketand place theSIM card intothe socket(ensure
that the SIMcard contact isfacing down). Coverthe SIM cardmetal cover and
push to the"LOCK" position tolock the SIMcard, and thenput the batteryin
and lock thebattery cover.
Note:
1.The tracker is compatible with 3G SIM cards, however it only uploads through
GPRS using a 2G band. It willnot work on CDMAor 3G (WCDMAor CDMA2000)
networks.
2.Please confirm thePIN code ofthe SIM cardis disabled.
3.Before installing oruninstalling the SIMcard, phease poweroff the tracker.
Before Use
2.Power ON/OFF
When power isOFF,please press the"ON/OFF"button until theGREEN LED
turns ON.
When power isOFF, connect the powerto12V or24V source,the tracker will
power on automatically.
When the poweris ON,press and holdthe "ON/OFF" button until theGREEN
LED flashes to turnthe tracker OFF.
When the batteryvoltage in the tracker is too low, the tracker will power off
automatically.

4. Recharging &Power Supply
Warning: this trackeris powered by9-28VDC, high AC or DC voltage may
damage the unit,so please checkthe power supply first before installation.
For use ina vehicle, itis necessary toconnect the tracker to the car battery
all of thetime, after theback up batteryis full, thebuilt in recharging circuit will
stop recharging. Ifthe tracker isnot moving, thenthe tracker will go into sleep
mode to savepower draining fromthe car battery.

Wiring
Power off thetracker first,press the"ON/OFF" button and don`t release
(remove the batteryand place itin the tracker or connect the power wire to the
car battery) topower automatically.A few seconds later the GREEN LED will
flash 10 timesand turn ONcontinuously, Thenrelease the "ON/OFF"button.
The tracker isnow set todefault configuration.
Notes: After default hasbeen set,all IP/APN/GPRS/TIME ZONE settings are
reverted back todefault,all preset phone numbers are deleted and the
password is changedto123456.All the alarm settings are cancelled,if the
IP/APN/GPRS name& password/TIMEZONEare changed.you need to set
these again bysending an SMS.

8. Working Conditions

The working temperatureis -20 C to 60 C, over thisrange the tracker may
not function correctly.
How To Use
Firstly purchase a 3G or 2G GSM phone SIM card, which needs SMS service and
incoming caller ID
display and GPRSfunction. Please disable the PIN code of
the SIM card,the SIM card phone number is the tracker number and all the
operations (calling andsending SMS) to the tracker has the same number.
After installingthe SIM card in to the tracker,power on the tracker. Send an
SMS to thetracker for setting the APN name and GPRS username & password
first, but forsome mobile service providers it is not necessary to set an APN or
GPRS user name& password, please call your mobile service provider to
confirm these.
Please confirm thetracker can receive the GPS signal and GSM signal
(you should beoutdoors to getGPS signal,the green LED will flash once every
4 seconds meaningthe GSM and GPS are receiving signal). When the tracker
begins to move,the tracker will upload the location to the website (Default IP
is 113.106.89.149,9066,youshould set theIP first ifthe IP ischanged.A notice
will display onthe website ifIP is changed).

Platform username andpassword is the last 6 digit number of the tracker s
ID number,thelabel on the back of the device has the S/N number.this number
is the IDnumber,also user can send an SMS"ID*password"(tracker default
password is 123456)to the tracker to check the ID number. the user can
change the passwordand user information (such as the car number plate and
phone number),you cannot change the username, login to the website to see
the current locationon Google maps,also user can display the history tracking
in the specifieddate and time.
For mobile phoneuse visit the website:www.999gps.mobi with the vehicle
name and checkthe password (defined in terminal management),the last
location information&location
map will displayon your mobilephone.

6. Antenna
The Antennaof GSM andGPS are built in to the tracker.
Please position thetracker away from metals,as this may reduce the GSM
and GPS signal.
7. Shock SensorControl GPS ON/OFF & Power Saving
This tracker hasa built inshock sensor,default is SHOCKCONTROL mode.
When the trackerbegins to move the tracker will turn on GPS and upload the
location automatically,when the trackerstops moving 2 minutes, the tracker
will turn offGPS & GPRSautomatically (Stop uploading location).

Change User Information:
Click the menu"other"onthe top ofthe page,there willbe a pull-down menu.
click the"user Info"button,therewill be amenu as follows:
Every tracker hasa unique username and password,the user nameis the
last 6 digitnumber of thetracker.For examplethe tracker IDis:CW0810C1234
5678901 then theuser name onthe platform ofthe tracker is: 678901. The
platform password forthis user namealso is :678901.Please send an SMS
ID*123456 to tracker tocheck the trackerID.
The user canchange the password and user information (Such as a car
number plate, orphone number), butyou can notchange the user name.

Changing the car number plate display and phone number:
The "user name"and "upper department"can not be changed. The Expire
date, Telephone, Number perpage, real nameand address is not necessary
to change.The "customizedSkis" you can change to Green, Blue or Orange. If
you need touse local maps, you need to select E-map which is TAB MAP ,
otherwise it isnot necessary to change. Google Map is " GOOGLRE map "
please do notchange this selection, otherwise the map will not display
correctly. TheInitial Interface is initial Google map please do not change
this selection, otherwisethe map will not display correctly. Centre Longitude
and centre latitudeis the map center location when you login, you can input
the longitude andlatitude of your local centre location. Then every timeyou
login it willdisplay the map of your local location.
Afterlogging in to the platform,the upper left windowwill display the number
plate.Please see the firstpicture,you can changethe car number plate and car
phone number thatdisplays in the upper left window. You cannot changethe
department that displaysin the upper left window, Click the menu"Basic Data"
on the top menu,there will be apull-down menu,click the"TerminalManagement",
there will bea menu asthe above second picture.

Platform Tracking Page:
Afterlogging in to the platform the latest location of all the tracker will display
on the map.Every 2 minutes the display will update the new location of all the
tracker, ifthe tracker is moving then the icon of the tracker is GREEN. If the
tracker has stoppedmoving then the icon of the tracker is BLUE,if the tracker
is alarming,then iconof the tracker is RED.The icon type (Car, truck,bus etc.)
of the trackeryou can change in the "Terminal management". Thispage can
be used ifthere is morethan one tracker.
Click the leftbutton of the mouse once on any car number plate display in
the upper left window,the latest location ofthe car will display on the map.
This can beused to check the latest car location,also the latest status of the
tracker will displaybelow "Vehicle list" in the bottom right window, click the
right button ofthe mouse once on any car number plate in the upper left
window.There willbe a popup menu,and then move the mouse and click the
left button ofthe mouse to operate the instructions,such as"real time tracking",
"vehicle state", trackingplayback" etc.
The"TerminalID"and"Department"can not bechanged;the"Vehicle name"
is the namedisplayed on the table of the"Car number plate" in the upper left
window. Itis also the name of thewww.999gps.mobi loginname.The "On-car
phone" is thephone display on the table of the "Car phone" in the upper left
window; the "carowner" is the owner display on the table of the "Owner name"
,
in the downright window; the"owner phone"is the owner s phone number and
this phone willnot be displayedon the screen. It is used as a service center to
,
contact the carowner;the"Protocol type"is"701 Protocol",(Pleasedon t change
this selection). The"Icon type" isthe tracker icon display on the map window,
you can select"Car,Bus,Truck" etc;The others isnot necessary tochange.
Changing The Userpassword:
Click on themenu "other" on the top of the page,there will be a pull-down
menu. Click the"Modify Password", option, there will be another menu.
Inputting the oldpassword and new password is ok.The user name can not be
changed by theuser.

Display TrackingHistory: Move themouse over the car number plate, click
the right mousebutton to displaya pop upa menu. Clickthe "Track playback"
button,there will bea menu tolet you selectthe date andtime(Please note the
time period cannot be longerthan 24hours).
Select date andtime, then click"Confirm", the tracking will be loaded on to
the computer.
Click"OK",click the "Trackplayback" menu with.there will be another track
display back menu,clickthe "Play"menu withleft button,the trackingwill begin
to display onthe map.

Real Time Tracking:
Click the rightmouse button todisplay a pop up a menu, then click the
"Real time tracking"button.This will track the selected car in real time.And the
information will beupdated every 30 seconds.
Over Area Alarm (Geo-Fence Alarm):
This function isset on the platform,after logging in to the website.click the
"Regional fence" menuin the bottom right window, search and select your car
first and clickthe"Add fence"menu to add afence to the tracker. First select a
tracker first andthen use theleft button of the mouse to define the area and
right button ofthe mouse toend the definition.
Youcan select inor out ofan area alarm, the alarm information will display
on the alarmlist.Click the menu of "Remove Fence" or "Clear Fence" which
will cancel theover area alarm.

Over Speed Alarm:
This function isset on theplatform,after logging in to the website.click the
"Command profile"menu inthe bottom left window. A menu will pop up,search
and select yourcar first then enable the"Set over speed alarm"menu.you can
define the speedof the over speed alarm,stop alarm etc,after defining the
speed alarm,the alarminformation will display on the alarm list.you can check
and output thealarm list.
Click the menuof the"set over speed alarm"to make the selection disabled.
Login in tothe platform,click the"Listenin"menu in the bottom left window.A
menu will popup,search and selectyour car first,and then input the number of
telephone that youwill use. the "License Password" is the "verify password"
defined in the"Terminal management"menu and click "Send" the instructions
will be sentto the trackerby the platform, then the tracker will call the number
that you justinput in.when the phone rings,pick up the call, then you can listen
to the microphonein the tracker. The driverwill not knowyou are listening.
Also youcan Send SMS "MONITOR *123456" tothe tracker to listen from
the microphone aroundthe tracker, "MONITOR" is acommand, "123456" is
password. The trackerwill call back,pickup the call and listen in.
Listening To The Microphone

Cut oil power(remote turn off car engine)
Login in tothe platform, click the Cut oil power menu in the bottom left
window.A menuwill pop up,searchand select your car first,enable the "close
circuit" or "CloseOil Supply", and input the "Verify Password" definedin the
"TerminalManagement" menu andclick send. Theinstructions will be sent to
the tracker bythe platform, and this will cut the relay connection and the car
engine will beturned off.The sameoperation,click the "Cutoil power" menu in
the bottom leftwindow.
Amenu will popup,enable the"open circuit" or"open Oil Supply" and input
the "VerifyPassword" defined in the "terminal Management" menu, and click
"Send". The instructionswill be sentto the tracker by the platform, and this
will make thecut relay backto the connection state, and then the car engine
will be turnedon.
Also you can send SMS"STOPENGINE*123456"to tracker,"STOPENGINE"is
a command,"123456"is password,the carengine will beturned off immediately.
the tracker willsend back the information "Car Engine turn off" ifthe password
is not right,the tracker will send back information Wrong Password .
Note: Turning offthe engine isvery dangerous when the car is moving, this
will make thecar difficult tocontrol and maybe cause an accident. It is
,
recommended to connectthe relay cut the start motor wire, ensure the car s
engine can notbe started again.
Arelay is neededto be installed in order to turn off thecar engine, also a
diode is necessaryto protect the tracker driving wire.

The tracker IDis printed onthe label of the tracker,the S/N number on the
label is alsothe ID number. If the label is missing, send an SMS"ID*123456"
to tracker,inwhich,"ID" is the fixed command and "123456"is the password.

01",in which,"CW0800C12345678901"is the ID and every trackercorresponds
to the onlynumber. Thisnumber is usedto differentiate thetracking uploaded
to the websitefrom others.
The last 6digit number ofthe tracker ID is the user name and password of
the tracker onthe platform,for example the tracker ID is:CW0800C123456789
01,and then the user name on the platform of this tracker is:67890.the platform
password for thisuser name also is 678901, the user can then login to the
platform for changingthe password.
Setting The TimeZone:
The data &time of thetracker uploaded to the website is GMT time (addor
minus a fixeddigit is your local time), you can send a SMS to the tracker to
change your uploadtime from GMTto your local time automatically.Send
SMS "TIMEZONE*123456*XXX" tothe tracker, in which, "TIMEZONE" is the
fixed command,"123456" isthe password and XXX is the time zone of your
local time. Itis from -12 to +12, for example: New York is -05,Paris is +01.
Having successfully beenset, there will be a SMS TIME ZONE XXX .
Use mobile phonevisit website:www.999gps.mobi with the vehicle name
and check password(defined in the Terminalmanagement).The last location
information & locationmap will be displayed on your mobile phone,using your
mobile phone cannot display trackinghistory.
Displaying Location By Mobile Phone:

Note: please confirm yourlocal time zone, and if the time zone is not set, the
tracker will uploadtracking with GMTtime.
Note: The tracker hasa default IPaddress is: "113.106.89.149,906
6". It isnot necessary to set again, unless our IP addresshas been changed
or your settinghas been changed, If the IPis changed, it will be displayed on
the website.
Note: Some mobile serviceproviders it is not necessary to set a APN or
GPRS username &password, please contact your mobile service provider to
confirm if a APN name is required. It will not connect properly if this is not set.
Note: Before uploading thetracking, the user needs to set IP,APN, GPRS
user name &password (2G GSMnetwork APN, GPRS name & password).
This only needsto be set once, this will be then saved in the tracker. But ifthe
tracker is setback to default, then these setting need be set again.
Set Website ServerIP:
Send SMS "IP*123456*113.106.89.149,9066" to thetracker, in which, "IP"
is the fixedcommand, "123456" is the password and "113.106.89.149,9066"
is the IPaddress of theserver computer of our website. having successfully
been set, therewill be a SMS"IP:113.106.89.149,9066".However,theIP
address may bechanged with the upgrade of our service which will be
mentioned on thewebsite.
Set APN name:
For some mobile service providers, theAPN namemust be setto get
through the internetby GPRS. Send SMS APN*123456*apn name to the
tracker, inwhich, APN is the fixed command. 123456 is the password
and apn name is theAPN name ofa mobile service provider. Having
successfully been made,there will be a SMS APN: apnname .
Set GPRS UserName & Password:
Send SMS "USERNAME*123456*username*password"to the tracker,
"USERNAME" is acommand, "123456 " is the password of the tracker;
,
"username" is themobile service providers GPRS user name."Password " is
the mobile companyGPRS password,if the operation is successful then the
tracker will sendback the information.
Username: username, Password:password , please callthe mobile
service provider toget the GPRS username and password, some mobile
service providers donot need the GPRS username and password. If the
password is notright then the tracker will send back information Wrong
Password
Add/ Delete /Checkpreset number:
The preset phonenumber is usedto send alarm information by SMS, or
use mobile phoneto locate thetracker without platform. If the preset phone
number is notset, then the alarm information can not send to the user by SMS
(battery low,SOS, etc).
1. Add presetphone number by SMS
Send SMS ADDPHONE*123456*A*number (Not including thequotation
marks , Number meansthe telephone number you want preset) to tracker
is OK,"ADDPHONE"is acommand;"123456"is password;"A"is preset number
location,every tracker has3 preset phone number locations,A and B,and C.so

you can preset3phone numbers.If the add operation is successful,the tracker
will send backthe information"Add PresetPhone OK",if the password is not
right,the tracker willsend back information"WrongPassword".
2. Delete presetphone number by SMS
Send SMS "DELETEPHONE*123456*A"to the tracker, "DELETEPHONE"
is a command;"23456"ispassword;"A"is preset phone number location,there
are 3 locations"A" and "B" and "C" ; if the delete operation is successful, the
tracker will sendback the information"Delete Preset Phone OK",if the password
is not right,the tracker willsend back information"Wrong Password".
3. Check presetphone number bySMS
Send SMS "CHECKPHONE*123456"to tracker,"CHECKPHONE" is a
command; "123456" ispassword; if theoperation is successful,the tracker
will send back the information"Preset Phone A:13322990998;B:13316868198;
C:13322990033. the phone numberis just anexample. If thepassword is not
right, the trackerwill send backinformation or Wrong Password .
Change /Check Password
1. Change trackerpassword
Send SMS "CHANGEPASSWORD*123456*888888" to tracker, "CHANGE
PASSWORD" isa command; "123456"is old password;"888888" is new
password; if theoperation is success,the tracker willsend the information
"New Password: 888888"to every presetphone number.Ifthe password isnot
right,the tracker willsend back information"Wrong Password".
2. Check trackerpassword
Send SMS "CHECKPASSWORD"to the tracker, "CHECKPASSWORD"is a
command, if theoperation is successful,the tracker willsend back the
information " Password:888888" ; " 888888 " is an example.
Locate the trackerby calling thetracker(Platform is not necessary):
1. Using thepreset phone tocall the tracker, after ringing3 times,
the tracker willhang up thecall automatically andlocate
immediately, 10seconds later,the tracker willsend back the
SMS location information(map web sitelink) of currentlocation
to the caller. User canuse mobile phone to click the website link,
and the locationon map willdisplay on themobile phone(the
phone SIM cardneed enable theGPRS function). Ifthe tracker
has not presetnumber, anyphone call cantrigger the trackerto
locate immediately.If the trackerhas preset number, then only
preset phone callcan trigger thetracker to locateimmediately.
2. Basic Locationinformation including MapWebsite Link, Battery

Send a SMStrigger locate by map link (Platform is not necessary)
Send SMS"LINKLOCATE*123456"tothe tracker,"LINKLOCATE" is a
command,"123456"is password;the trackerwill locate immediately and send
back the locationinformation (map website internet link) of current location to
the caller.usesmart phone to click the website link to visit internet, and the
location will displayon the map on your phone (the smart phone SIM card
need enable theGPRS function), ifthe password is not right, the operation
will not proceedand the tracker will send back information "Wrong Password"
Enable Shock &Move Alarm (Canbe used ascar alarm):
Send SMS"SHOCKALARM*123456"to tracker,"SHOCKALARM" is a
command,"123456" is password,the tracker will send back the information
Set ShockAlarm OK to indicate theoperation is success, if the password
is not right,the operation will not proceed and the tracker will send back
information "Wrong Password"after enable shockalarm,the system will
check shock sensor,if the shocksensor is trigger,the tracker willsend alarm
and location informationby SMS to who set the alarm, and also send the
alarm information tothe website server,and later every2 minutes thetracker
will send alarminformation by SMSif the tracker keep moving. 3 times alarm
later, shockalarm will stop, user can send SMS to enable the shock alarm
again, this functionwill not turn on GPS continuously, it will turn on GPS only
when the shockalarm is trigger,so it willnot reduce batterypower.the

Low Battery Alarm:
When the trackerbattery voltage is low, the GREEN LED of the tracker will
flash 3 or4 times,and then the tracker will automatically send battery low
information to thefirst preset phone number. the battery life can last about 1-
2 days accordingthe different usingcondition. (For example GPS and GSM
signal is poorit will reducethe battery time, and keep moving and uploading
will also makethe battery timereduce to less 1 day.)
Cancel All AlarmSetting
Cancel all thealarm setting:send SMS"CANCELALARM*123456"to tracker,
"CANCELALARM" is acommand, "123456" is password, the tracker will send
back information"AllAlarm Cancel",and cancel all the shock alarm setting in
the tracker.if the password is not right, the tracker will send back information
"Wrong Password".
Auto Re-power Onand Reset Tracker
Auto poweroff and poweron and Cancelall the alarm setting: Send SMS
RESET*123456 to tracker, RESET is
a command,"123456"is password,Thetracker will power off and then
power on automatically, this willtake a few minutes, and then cancel all the
alarm setting inthe tracker, including shock alarm, over area alarm, over
speed alarm, keeponline(change to shock control), stop working(change to
start working), etc.the tracker will send back information Reset Tracker , if
the password isnot right,the tracker will send back information"Wrong
Password".

SOS Emergency
Press the SOS button for 6seconds, the LEDwill flash quickly and then
the LED willturn OFF. Release thebutton and the tracker will send SOS help
information to all3 preset phones.HELP ! !!
If the trackerreceive the HELPinformation, please note that the SOS
button must bepressed, please callthe driver to confirm with the user is safe
or not orcall the police.The SOS functionneed installing the external SOS
button, install theexternal SOS buttonin a hidden place that driver can press
the button, connectone wire ofthe SOS button to GND (car body), another
wire of theSOS button totracker SOS wire,
1.The default passwordis 123456, you can change the password. 2.All the
SMS information isin English word,"*" is the star key, is not includingin the
SMS information,it isjust used toindicate the information.
Please confirm thatthe SIM cardPIN code has been disabled (meaning if the
SIM card isused on a mobile phone is not necessary toinput any password).
otherwise the trackercan not findGSM network, theGreen LED will stay ON .
The tracker is compatible with 3G SIM cards, however it only uploads through

The antenna ofGSM and GPSis built in to the tracker, please notethat the
install location ofthe tracker mustcan receive the GPS signal. Normally
positioned at theback of theseat or arm rest box or under the back window.
Please keep thetracker away frommetals or magnetic components.
The tracker builtin high capacity Li battery,recharge one time can use
about 1-2 days(standby mode), also you can connect the tracker to the car
battery all thetime, this cankeep the tracker has power supply continuously,
and the chargingcircuit will control the recharging.
The GPS need10-200 seconds to locate the position, when the GSM signal
is weak orthe network isvery busy ,the SMS maybe delay to send by the GSM
network, this isnormal.
The tracking dataon our server will be kept for 3-6 months, the old data will
be deleted.

adapter is RED,if the LEDis GREEN means the charging is finished, the

After poweringon the trackerand the GREENLED is on, if the tracker does
not ring andrespond please check that the SIM card has been installed
properly, theSIM card PINcode is disable, and the SIM card has enough
charge, and themobile phone can work well in that place. If the tracker works
well the GreenLED will flashonce every 4seconds.
If the trackercan not uploadthe location to the website, please confirm the
SIM card hasGPRS function, andhas set the APN or GPRS username &
password (call themobile service provider to confirm it is necessary to set
these or not).if the trackerdoes not move,the tracker will not upload tracking.
If the trackercan not sendback information by SMS, please confirm the SIM
card has IDcaller display function and SMS service function. Please read the
SMS information ofthe tracker andcheck the instruction& password is right or
not.
When calling thetracker it continuously rings without hanging up, please
check the trackerhas set thepreset phone number, use thepreset phone or
delete the presetphone number or set the tracker back to default. Can not
login the platform:use SMS tocheck the IDof the tracker. if youare going in a
under ground park,some tracking will be lost. TheGSM and GPS module will
take a fewminutes to receivesignal and re-locate, some tracking maybe lost,
this is normal.
