pump,and movement sensorto extend batterylife.anSOS/panic button isalso
supplied which cansend an SMSto the pre-programmedmobile phones.the
built-in rechargeable Li-ionbattery will keepthe device functioningfor up to4
days when poweris disconnected, whichcould help youlocate the vehicle
should it havebeen stolen andabandoned.
There is noinstallation or on-goingtracking charges. You only payfor the
GSM SIM cardand service.

1. Installing TheSIM Card
Remove the batterycover according tothe following diagrambelow.
remove the batteryexposing the SIMcard socket.Push theSIM card metal
cover up torelease the socketand place theSIM card intothe socket(ensure
that the SIMcard contact isfacing down). Coverthe SIM cardmetal cover and
push to the"LOCK" position tolock the SIMcard, and thenput the batteryin
and lock thebattery cover.
Note:
1.The tracker is compatible with 3G SIM cards, however it only uploads through
GPRS using a 2G band. It willnot work on CDMAor 3G (WCDMAor CDMA2000)
networks.
2.Please confirm thePIN code ofthe SIM cardis disabled.
3.Before installing oruninstalling the SIMcard, phease poweroff the tracker.
Before Use
2.Power ON/OFF
When power isOFF,please press the"ON/OFF"button until theGREEN LED
turns ON.
When power isOFF, connect the powerto12V or24V source,the tracker will
power on automatically.
When the poweris ON,press and holdthe "ON/OFF" button until theGREEN
LED flashes to turnthe tracker OFF.
When the batteryvoltage in the tracker is too low, the tracker will power off
automatically.

GREEN LED Flashes once :GSM &GPS work correctly
GREEN LED Flashes twice :GSM working correctly,no GPS signal
GREEN LED Flashes three times :GSM & GPS working correctly,battery is low
GREEN LED Flashes four times :GSM working correctly, battery is low and no
GPS signal
GREEN LED ON continuously :GSMsearching networks
GREEN LED OFF continuously :Power off

4. Recharging &Power Supply
Warning: this trackeris powered by9-28VDC, high AC or DC voltage may
damage the unit,so please checkthe power supply first before installation.
For use ina vehicle, itis necessary toconnect the tracker to the car battery
all of thetime, after theback up batteryis full, thebuilt in recharging circuit will
stop recharging. Ifthe tracker isnot moving, thenthe tracker will go into sleep
mode to savepower draining fromthe car battery.

YELLOW-----Cut Relay Driving(Immobilizer Control)

Wiring
Power off thetracker first,press the"ON/OFF" button and don`t release
(remove the batteryand place itin the tracker or connect the power wire to the
car battery) topower automatically.A few seconds later the GREEN LED will
flash 10 timesand turn ONcontinuously, Thenrelease the "ON/OFF"button.
The tracker isnow set todefault configuration.
Notes: After default hasbeen set,all IP/APN/GPRS/TIME ZONE settings are
reverted back todefault,all preset phone numbers are deleted and the
password is changedto123456.All the alarm settings are cancelled,if the
IP/APN/GPRS name& password/TIMEZONEare changed.you need to set
these again bysending an SMS.

The working temperatureis -20 C to 60 C, over thisrange the tracker may
not function correctly.
How To Use
Firstly purchase a 3G or 2G GSM phone SIM card, which needs SMS service and
incoming caller ID
display and GPRSfunction. Please disable the PIN code of
the SIM card,the SIM card phone number is the tracker number and all the
operations (calling andsending SMS) to the tracker has the same number.
After installingthe SIM card in to the tracker,power on the tracker. Send an
SMS to thetracker for setting the APN name and GPRS username & password
first, but forsome mobile service providers it is not necessary to set an APN or
GPRS user name& password, please call your mobile service provider to
confirm these.
Please confirm thetracker can receive the GPS signal and GSM signal
(you should beoutdoors to getGPS signal,the green LED will flash once every
4 seconds meaningthe GSM and GPS are receiving signal). When the tracker
begins to move,the tracker will upload the location to the website (Default IP
is 113.106.89.149,9066,youshould set theIP first ifthe IP ischanged.A notice
will display onthe website ifIP is changed).

Platform username andpassword is the last 6 digit number of the tracker s
ID number,thelabel on the back of the device has the S/N number.this number
is the IDnumber,also user can send an SMS"ID*password"(tracker default
password is 123456)to the tracker to check the ID number. the user can
change the passwordand user information (such as the car number plate and
phone number),you cannot change the username, login to the website to see
the current locationon Google maps,also user can display the history tracking
in the specifieddate and time.
For mobile phoneuse visit the website:www.999gps.mobi with the vehicle
name and checkthe password (defined in terminal management),the last
location information&location
map will displayon your mobilephone.

6. Antenna
The Antennaof GSM andGPS are built in to the tracker.
Please position thetracker away from metals,as this may reduce the GSM
and GPS signal.
7. Shock SensorControl GPS ON/OFF & Power Saving
This tracker hasa built inshock sensor,default is SHOCKCONTROL mode.
When the trackerbegins to move the tracker will turn on GPS and upload the
location automatically,when the trackerstops moving 2 minutes, the tracker
will turn offGPS & GPRSautomatically (Stop uploading location).

Change User Information:
Click the menu"other"onthe top ofthe page,there willbe a pull-down menu.
click the"user Info"button,therewill be amenu as follows:
Every tracker hasa unique username and password,the user nameis the
last 6 digitnumber of thetracker.For examplethe tracker IDis:CW0810C1234
5678901 then theuser name onthe platform ofthe tracker is: 678901. The
platform password forthis user namealso is :678901.Please send an SMS
ID*123456 to tracker tocheck the trackerID.
The user canchange the password and user information (Such as a car
number plate, orphone number), butyou can notchange the user name.

Changing the car number plate display and phone number:
The "user name"and "upper department"can not be changed. The Expire
date, Telephone, Number perpage, real nameand address is not necessary
to change.The "customizedSkis" you can change to Green, Blue or Orange. If
you need touse local maps, you need to select E-map which is TAB MAP ,
otherwise it isnot necessary to change. Google Map is " GOOGLRE map "
please do notchange this selection, otherwise the map will not display
correctly. TheInitial Interface is initial Google map please do not change
this selection, otherwisethe map will not display correctly. Centre Longitude
and centre latitudeis the map center location when you login, you can input
the longitude andlatitude of your local centre location. Then every timeyou
login it willdisplay the map of your local location.
Afterlogging in to the platform,the upper left windowwill display the number
plate.Please see the firstpicture,you can changethe car number plate and car
phone number thatdisplays in the upper left window. You cannot changethe
department that displaysin the upper left window, Click the menu"Basic Data"
on the top menu,there will be apull-down menu,click the"TerminalManagement",
there will bea menu asthe above second picture.

Platform Tracking Page:
Afterlogging in to the platform the latest location of all the tracker will display
on the map.Every 2 minutes the display will update the new location of all the
tracker, ifthe tracker is moving then the icon of the tracker is GREEN. If the
tracker has stoppedmoving then the icon of the tracker is BLUE,if the tracker
is alarming,then iconof the tracker is RED.The icon type (Car, truck,bus etc.)
of the trackeryou can change in the "Terminal management". Thispage can
be used ifthere is morethan one tracker.
Click the leftbutton of the mouse once on any car number plate display in
the upper left window,the latest location ofthe car will display on the map.
This can beused to check the latest car location,also the latest status of the
tracker will displaybelow "Vehicle list" in the bottom right window, click the
right button ofthe mouse once on any car number plate in the upper left
window.There willbe a popup menu,and then move the mouse and click the
left button ofthe mouse to operate the instructions,such as"real time tracking",
"vehicle state", trackingplayback" etc.
The"TerminalID"and"Department"can not bechanged;the"Vehicle name"
is the namedisplayed on the table of the"Car number plate" in the upper left
window. Itis also the name of thewww.999gps.mobi loginname.The "On-car
phone" is thephone display on the table of the "Car phone" in the upper left
window; the "carowner" is the owner display on the table of the "Owner name"
,
in the downright window; the"owner phone"is the owner s phone number and
this phone willnot be displayedon the screen. It is used as a service center to
,
contact the carowner;the"Protocol type"is"701 Protocol",(Pleasedon t change
this selection). The"Icon type" isthe tracker icon display on the map window,
you can select"Car,Bus,Truck" etc;The others isnot necessary tochange.
Changing The Userpassword:
Click on themenu "other" on the top of the page,there will be a pull-down
menu. Click the"Modify Password", option, there will be another menu.
Inputting the oldpassword and new password is ok.The user name can not be
changed by theuser.

Display TrackingHistory: Move themouse over the car number plate, click
the right mousebutton to displaya pop upa menu. Clickthe "Track playback"
button,there will bea menu tolet you selectthe date andtime(Please note the
time period cannot be longerthan 24hours).
Select date andtime, then click"Confirm", the tracking will be loaded on to
the computer.
Click"OK",click the "Trackplayback" menu with.there will be another track
display back menu,clickthe "Play"menu withleft button,the trackingwill begin
to display onthe map.
