corretta manutenzione della Macchina.
L’utilizzatore ha il dovere e la responsabilità di applicarle e seguirle.
Insieme alla descrizione delle caratteristiche, del funzionamento e della manutenzione della Macchina, vengono eviden-
ziati, in particolare, gli aspetti legati alla salvaguardia della sicurezza e dell’ambiente.
Prima dell’utilizzo della Macchina, ed ogniqualvolta necessiti la sua consultazione, è importante leggere il presente Ma-
nuale. Attenersi attentamente alle istruzioni tecniche contenute e seguire scrupolosamente le indicazioni riportate. Per la
sicurezza dell’operatore i dispositivi della Macchina devono essere tenuti sempre efficienti.
Il presente Manuale, parte integrante della Macchina, deve essere conservato in luogo accessibile e noto a tutti gli ope-
ratori, e reso disponibile al personale addetto alle eventuali operazioni di manutenzione e riparazione.
This manual provides all the technical elements necessary for a correct installation and working of the appli-
ances.
The user is responsible for following these instructions.
The aspects concerning the protection of safety and the environment are also pointed out together with the characteris-
tics, workings, installation and maintenance of the machine.
It is important to read this manual carefully before using the product, and whenever the need arises to consult it. Adhere
to the technical instructions provided and follow all the indications scrupulously. For the safety of the operator, the de-
vices of the machine should always be kept in good working order.
This manual, an integral part of the machine, must be kept in an accessible place known to all operators, and made
available to the authorized personnel for any eventual maintenance and repairs.
In dieser Gebrauchsanleitung befinden sich alle notwendigen technischen Elemente für eine korrekte Ver-
wendung, den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb und die sachgerechte Wartung einer Maschine.
Der Benutzer hat die Pflicht und die Verantwortung für die folgenden Anweisungen. Aspekte hinsichtlich des Schutzes
der Sicherheit und der Umwelt werden auch zusammen mit den Eigenschaften, die Arbeitsweise, Installation und War-
tung der Maschine ausgeführt werden. Es ist wichtig, diese Gebrauchsanleitung, bevor Sie das Produkt benutzen, zu
lesen und wenn notwendig es zu konsultieren falls jederzeit möglich ist. Zur Sicherheit des Benutzers, sollten die

01 AVVERTIMENTO
01.01 Principi di sicurezza e consigli per un lavoro sicuro
1. Leggere il presente manuale di istruzioni prima di avviare la macchina ed ogniqualvolta si presenti un
dubbio circa il suo funzionamento. La maggiore sicurezza è nelle Vostre mani. Utilizzando qualsiasi
tipo di macchina si corrono dei rischi: occorre tenerlo presente. Diffondere e rendere noto alle persone
interessate quanto contenuto.
2. Utilizzare la macchina unicamente all'interno di fabbricati.
3. Porre attenzione prima di iniziare qualsiasi lavoro.
4. Lavorare solo con tutte le protezioni previste al proprio posto ed in perfetta efficienza. Evitare di
avvivinare le mani alle parti in movimento.
5. È assolutamente proibito neutralizzare, rimuovere, modificare o rendere comunque inefficienti qualsia-
si dispositivo di sicurezza, protezione o controllo della macchina, ovunque dislocato. Tutti i dispositivi di
protezione e di sicurezza devono essere mantenuti in perfetta condizione e costante efficienza.
6. Prima di mettere in funzione la macchina, assicurarsi la non presenza di persone nelle zone di rischio.
7. Durante il ciclo di lavoro, gli operatori devono mantenersi fuori dalle zone di rischio.
8. Non lasciare la macchina in funzione incustodita.
9. Non lavorare mai materiali differenti, in quantità, conformazione e tipologia, rispetto a quanto previsto
per la macchina in fase di progetto.
10. È fatto assoluto divieto a chiunque di utilizzare la macchina per usi diversi da quelli espressamente
previsti e documentati.
11. Fermare completamente la macchina prima di procedere alla sua pulizia e prima di togliere qualsiasi
protezione per provvedere alla manutenzione.
12. In fase di ricerca o di rimozione di qualsiasi causa di avaria o inconveniente inerente la macchina, a-
dottare tutte le precauzioni idonee a prevenire qualsiasi danno alle persone o alle cose. togliere tensio-
ne elettrica (sezionamento della macchina dalla rete elettrica) prima di accedere alle protezioni.
13. Al termine di qualsiasi intervento che comporti la rimozione o la neutralizzazione di qualunque compo-
nente correlato alla sicurezza (barriere, sensori, protezioni, ecc.), provvedere al ripristino accertandosi
del corretto posizionamento e della efficacia.
14. Non permettere a personale non autorizzato e qualificato di mettere in funzione, regolare o riparare la
macchina. Fare riferimento sempre a questo manuale per le operazioni necessarie.
15. L'impianto di alimentazione elettrica deve essere provvisto di un sistema di sgancio automatico a
monte dell'interruttore generale della macchina e di un idoneo impianto di messa a terra che risponda
a tutti i requisiti delle norme industriali per la prevenzione degli infortuni.
16. Nel caso si debba intervenire sull'interruttore generale o nelle sue vicinanze, togliere tensione alla linea
a cui è allacciato l'interruttore generale. Tutti i controlli e le operazioni di manutenzione che richiedono
la rimozione delle protezioni disicurezza devono essere eseguite da personale tecnico specializzato ed
autorizzato.
17. Prestare la massima attenzione alle targhette presenti sulla macchina ogni volta ci si appresti a
operare sulla stessa o nelle sue vicinanze.
18. È fatto obbligo all'utente di mantenere tutte le targhette leggibili.
19. Nel caso di malfunzionamenti della macchina o danni ai componenti, contattare il responsabile alla
manutenzione, senza procedere con ulteriori interventi di riparazione.
20. Non eseguire mai riparazioni affrettate o incomplete che potrebbero compromettere il buon
funzionamento della macchina.
21. Ogni manomissione da parte dell'utilizzatore solleva la ditta costruttrice da ogni responsabilità e rende
l’utilizzatore stesso unico responsabile verso gli organi competenti per la prevenzione degli infortuni.
22. Queste norme di sicurezza integrano e non sostituiscono le norme di sicurezza in vigore nel luogo
dove la macchina è installata .

01 WARNINGS
01.01 Safety principle e cautions for a safety work
1. Before turning on the machine, and every time a doubt about its workings should arise, every operator
is obliged to carefully read the instructions for use. Remember: using a machine you run a risk. Ensure
that the people concerned know and adhere to the contents of the manual.
2. Use the Machine indoor only.
3. Be careful, before start every work.
4. Work only with all safety and protective devices expected present and efficient. Avoid to draw the
hands near the moving parts.
5. It is absolutely forbidden to neutralise, remove, modify or in any other way render inefficient, any part of
the safety devices, protective devices, or controls of the machine, wherever positioned. All the protec-
tive and safety devices must be kept in perfect condition and working order.
6. Before turning on the machine, be sure that nobody is in the risk area.
7. During work cycle, operator must stand out the risk area.
8. During work cycle, do not leave the machine unattended.
9. Never work different materials, as quantity, quality and type, from how descript at point 02.01.
10. It is absolutely forbidden use the machine differently from how descript at point 02.01.
11. Stop the Machine before cleaning an before removing any safety and protective device for mainte-
nance.
12. During phases of research or removal of any cause of damage or inconvenience concerning the ma-
chine, take all necessary measures to prevent any damage to people or things. remove the electric
tension (separation of the machine from the electric network) before approaching the protective de-
vices.
13. At the end of any intervention that requires the removal or the neutralisation of any component corre-
lated to safety (barriers, sensors, protections, etc.), carry out the putting back into operation, ensuring
the correct position and effectiveness.
14. Do not let unauthorized and unqualified personnel start, set and repair the machine. Refer to this man-
ual for the right operations.
15. The user power-supply main line should be equipped with safety devices by a differential switch, auto-
matically disconnecting, above the Machine, and with an earth installation suitable for accident preven-
tion standard.
16. Control main switches or nearly when the machine is turned off and unplugged. Authorized and quali-
fied personnel only, must execute controls and maintenance activities that need to remove of safety
devices.
17. Pay attention to the indication of the identification plates existing on the machine.
18. All the identification plates, present, must be legible.
19. If machine does not work or components are damaged, contact the maintenance-man, without pro-
ceed in further repairs.
20. Do not repair the machine hastily or incompletely. This can compromise the good work of the machine.
21. Do not tamper the machine. The manufacturer disclaims all responsibility and make the user liable to-
ward accident prevention competent body.
22. These safety principle complete, non substitute, the safety standards and the local and national laws
on force.

01 WARNUNG
1. Befor Sie die Maschine einschalten, lesen Sie jedesmal, oder wenn Zweifel aufweisen diese Ge-
brauchsanleitung. Jeder Benutzer ist verpflichtet, dies sorgfältig zu lesen. Erinnern Sie sich immer,
beim benutzen der Maschine laufen Sie Gefahr aus. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Personal dies Ge-
brauchsanleitung lesen und die Anweisungen befolgen.
2. Benutzen Sie die Maschine nur am Werk (Arbeitsplatz)
3. Seien Sie vorsichtig, bei jederm beginn der Arbeit.
4. Arbeiten Sie nur mit allen vorhandenen Sicherheits-und Schutzeinrichtungen. Vermeiden Sie die Nähe
ihrer Hände an den beweglichen Teilen.
5. Es ist absolut verboten die Maschine die Sicherheitseinrichtung zu verändern oder unwirksam zu ma-
chen. Alle Schutzeinrichtungen sind in einem einwandfreiem Zustand zu halten.
6. Vor dem Einschalten der Maschine darauf achten, dass niemand in der Umgebung sich den Gefahr
ausetzt
7. Während des Arbeitsprozesses, müssen dei Benutzer aus der Gefahrenzone entfernen.
8. Während der Arbeitsprozesses, die Maschine nicht unbeaufsichtigt verlassen

11. Stoppen Sie die Maschie vor dem Reinigen, oder vor dem Entfernen von Sicherheis-und Schutzvor-
richtung
12. Während der Phasen der Forschung oder Entfernung der Ursache der Schäden oder Unannehmlich-
keiten, über die Maschine, alle notwendigen Maßnahmen ergreifen, um Schäden an Personen oder
Sachen zu verhindern. Entfernen Sie die elektrische Spannung (Trennung der Maschine von den ele-
ktrischen Netz), bevor Sie dem Schutzeinrichtungen.
13. Nach Beendigung einer Reparatur, die das Entfernens oder Neutralisierungs eines Bauteils (seonsor,
Schutzvorrichtung, usw..) in Bezug auf die Sicherheit, muss die Maschine wieder einwandfrei ohne Ge-
fahr funktionieren.
14. Lassen Sie keine unqualifiziertes Presonal die Maschine reparieren. Lesen Sie immer die Anleitung in
dieser Gebrauchsanleitung
15. Die Maschine muss mit einer automatischen Freigabe-System ausgestattet werden und mit einer
geeigneten Erdung,dass alle Normen für Industrieprodukte Unfallverhütungsvorschriften entsprechen.
16. Falls Sie am Hautschalter oder in seiner Nähe eingreiffen oder reparieren müssen, dann bitte die
Stromversorgung unterbrechen. Alle Elemente für die Bedienung und Reinigung, enfernen der Sicher-
heitssysteme müssen von qualifiziertem technischen Personal gemacht werden.
17. Achten Sie auf die Angaben die auf dem Typenschild an der Maschine steht
18. Alle vorhandene Typenschilder müssen gut lesbar sein.
19. Wenn die Maschine nicht funktioniert oder die Kompnenten beschädigt sind, melden Sie das dem
technischen Personal
20. Machen Sie niemals übereilte oder unvollständige Reparaturen, die den reibungslosen Betrieb der
Maschine gefährden könnte
21. Jede manipulation durch den Benutzer, übernimmt der Hersteller keine Haftung und macht den Be-
nutzer somit gegenüber der zuständigen Unfallverhütung haftbar.

01 AVERTISSEMENT
1. Avant de passer sur la machine, et chaque fois un doute sur son fonctionnement devrait se poser,
chaque exploitant est tenu de lire attentivement la notice d'utilisation. Rappelez-vous: à l'aide d'une
machine vous exécutez un risque. Veiller à ce que les personnes concernées connaissent et ad-ici
pour le contenu du manuel.
2. Utiliser la machine à l'intérieur seulement.ù
3. Attention, avant de commencer tout travail.
4. Travailler uniquement avec tous les dispositifs de sécurité et de protection devrait présents et effica-
ces. Évitez de tirer les mains près des pièces en mouvement.
5. Il est absolument interdit de neutraliser, supprimer, modifier ou de toute autre inefficaces rendre ma-

15. La puissance en ligne par l'utilisateur principal d'alimentation devraient être équipés de dispositifs de
sécurité par un interrupteur différentiel, déconnecter automatiquement-ment, au-dessus de la machine,

L’Impastatrice Elettrica a Spirale, prodotta nelle versioni “10,20,30,40 e 50”, è progettata per amalga-
mare impasti (mescolare e/o impastare), sia duri che soffici, formati da farina, sali, leviti, grassi e liquidi (ac-
qua, olio, uova, ...), per uso esclusivamente alimentare.
È dotata di motore trifase, o monofase, con testa fissa, e con vasca piantone e spirale in acciaio inox,
anch’esse in posizione fissa: La vasca e la spirale ruotano in senso orario.
La macchina, progettata in accordo alle direttive Europee, è costruita per salvaguardare l'utilizzatore dai rischi
connessi con il suo uso. Per questo motivo, la macchina è dotata di apposite protezioni al fine di evitare i ri-
schi dovuti al contatto con le parti in movimento.

foods use only.
It is a machine equipped with a threephase motor, singlephase, with fixed head, and with fixed bowl, bar and
spiral in stainless steel. The bowl and spiral rotate clockwise.
The machine, designed in accordance with the European regulations, has been manufactured to protect the
user from the risks connected to its use; for this reason, the machine is equipped with special protection de-
vices to avoid risks during contact with the moving parts.

sich im Uhrzeigersinn. Die Maschine ist mit der Übereinstimmung der europäischen Richtlinien entworfen
und hergestellt worden um den Benutzer vor den Risiken im Zusammenhang mit seiner Verwendung zu
schützen, aus diesem Grund ist die Maschine mit besonderen Schutzeinrichtungen ausgestattet, um Risiken
beim Kontakt mit den beweglichen Teilen zu vermeiden.

04.01 Consegna – packaging contents – Lieferung – livraison
All’atto della consegna, allegato alla macchina e considerati parte integrante della fornitura, è presente il Ma-
nuale di Uso e Manutenzione, contenente la Dichiarazione di Conformità del prodotto alle direttive CEE di
competenza. La Macchina perviene pronta all’uso, in un unico imballo di cartone su pedana.
Per sollevare la Macchina è necessario un muletto o un traspallet: inserire le benne del mezzo utilizzato per il
sollevamento sotto il pallet. Se la Macchina viene sollevata tramite corde o cinghie, fare passare le stesse
sotto il pallet.
Avere cura di maneggiare il cartone tenendo sempre verso l’alto la parte indicata sull’imballo stesso.
Controllare al ricevimento l’imballo ed il suo contenuto, per verificare la presenza di danni durante il trasporto.
Segnalare ogni difetto riscontrato sul documento di consegna
On delivery, the Manual for the use and Maintenance containing the Declaration of Conformity of the product
in agreement with the competent EC regulations is included in the packaging and is considered an integral
part of the supply.
The Machine arrives in a single cardboard package ready for use.
To lift the Machine it is necessary to use a forklift or a transpallet: insert the forks under the pallet. To lift the
Machine by ropes or belts, cross them under the pallet.
Take care to handle the box only manually, always keeping it in an upright position as indicated on the box.
On receiving, check the packaging and the machine to verify transport’s damages.
Indicate all defects on the note.

la partie indiquée sur l'emballage lui-même. Cocher pour recevoir le colis et son contenu, vérifiez pour tout

04.04 Collegamenti – connections - Verbindung - relations
Una volta posizionata, collegare la macchina alla rete di alimentazione elettrica, dopo:
•essersi accertato che la tensione e la frequenza della rete di alimentazione elettrica corrispondano a
quella indicata sulla targa;
•essersi accertato che la presa di corrente sia collegata a terra.
•aver provveduto a far montare, da personale specializzato ed abilitato, sul cavo la relativa spina da 16
÷ 32 A, per un cavo a 3 poli (Fase, Neutro e Terra) per le versioni monofase, ed a 5 poli (2 Fasi, Neu-
tro, Terra) per le versioni trifasi.
Il Costruttore prescrive che la linea elettrica di alimentazione della macchina sia dotata, a monte della mac-
china stessa, di protezione tramite interruttore differenziale, coordinato con l’impianto generale di terra, in ac-
cordo alla normativa vigente locale e nazionale.
Controllare che le protezioni della Macchina siano presenti e montate prima di attivare la Macchina.
Controllare, inoltre che la spirale e la vasca ruotino entrambe in senso orario: se così non risulta invertire la
disposizione delle fasi.
Usando per la prima volta la Macchina, pulirla come descritto nell’apposito punto
Once positioned, connect the machine to the electric power supply, after having:
•ensured that the tension and frequency of the power supply correspond to that written on the plate;
•ensured that that socket is connected to earth;
•taken steps to have the proper plug (16 ÷ 32A) to a 3 pole wire (phase, neutral and earth), for mono-
phase versions, or a 5 pole wire (3 phases, neutral and earth), for tri-phases versions, attached by
specialised, capable.
The Manufacturer specifies that the main line should be equipped with safety devices by a differential switch,
co-ordinated with the general earth installation, in conformity with the local and national laws.
Check that the safety devices of the Machine are present and assembled before activating the machine.
Check also that the Whisk (or Spiral) and Bowl (or Pot) rotate clockwise: if this is not the case, invert the
arrangement of the phases.
Using the Machine for the first time, clean it as described in the instructions
