the rhMM1.v+ described by this manual is a machine that can supply a vending machine of hot drinks, it is
physically connected with, to provide the user with selections including non-freeze-dried milk, such as milk, milky
coffee, cappuccino, short white coffee;
attention
this rhMM1.v+
must be necessarily connected with a master machine
without which no function is fulfilled;
if not explicitly ordered with the rhMM1.v+,
the master machine shall be:
- updated with a software that can control the module functions;
the master machine not only supplies the rhMM1.v+ hydraulically and electrically, but it also gives it the
commands activating its operations and sequences for dispensing;
milk is dispensed in the cup station of the master machine by means of a nozzle close to pre-existing ones;
attention
considering the nature of the food product in use, it is recommended to pay great attention to treatment,
preservation and replacement of the milk container, as required;
the operator shall specifically and exclusively ensure that the milk used by the rhMM1.v+ is perfectly complying
with the standards for preserving and dispensing foodstuffs;
all the indications and instructions on how to maintain, clean and sanitise the compartments of the rhMM1.v+
shall be strictly observed and followed by the operator or the person providing the user with the dispensed drinks,
just as it is prescribed by this manual;
the active substances that have significantly properties to reduce the bacterial load, used and certified in specific
preparations for human use, are numerous; among these, the sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and the tartaric acid
(C4H6O6) can be used to sanitize the components in contact with foods of the rhMM1.v+;
it is convenient to find on the market a solution already formulated containing, for example, one of the two active
substances indicated (usually available in aqueous solutions, diluted < 3/4 %) and use as specified in this manual
(dilutions, methods of application, cadences); however, pay attention to the instructions supplied by the
manufacturer of the product in use;
our recommendation is to follow your local branch office of rheavendors/customer service for any
products to use or care to adapt around the operation of this device;
use every precaution when using the sanitizing solution (to protect the eyes, the skin, ..., ventilate the room, store
it properly, storage temperature < 40 ° C , ...)...) and follow each instructions from the manufacturer;
an independent body has assessed and certified the positive effect of the sanitary clean procedures by
using a sanitising solution containing the active substance Citric Acid (CAS: 77-92-9) and Sulfamic Acid
(CAS; 329-14-6); < 2% (two 4 g. tabs each in 500 ml water); while simulating a careless use of
rhMM1.v+, the Body has certified that the performance of what has been described in the chapters:
•09.04. sanitary clean cycle
•11. maintenance
guarantees the perfect microbiological hygiene;

machine):
each selection key contains the variables for programming the
dispensing cycle of the milk from the rhMM1.v+;
when starting to programme any selection key, after the traditional
variables of instant products; you can display:
with keys “4”and “5” it’s possible to change the quantity of fresh
milk that will compose the delivered beverage; with the parameter
set to 0.0, the fresh milk solenoid valve of rhMM1.v+ will not open
and the milk will not be delivered;
fresh milk will delivered with programmed delay;
(value expressed in seconds);
use this parameter to set up the profile you wish to apply to the
selection, on the basis of the parameters established in “09.02.”;
press key “4”and “5”to select among:
- flat hot milk «hot no foam 0»;
- three different hot milk profiles with foam («hot classic
foam», «hot fluffy foam», «hot Barista foam»);
- flat fresh milk «cold no foam 0»;
- three different fresh milk profiles with foam («cold classic
foam», «cold fluffy foam», «cold Barista foam»);
working time of the air solenoid valve that will mix air with the
fresh milk of the rhMM1.v+, defining the amount of milk
foam/cream;
it define the delay between the opening of the milk solenoid valve
and of the air;
Notes: the values of the two variables are generally:
SV air ≤ SV fresh milk;

use this variable to establish the steam temperature you wish to
use (recommended working value: 110-120 °C);
(press key “4”and “5”to set up);
(range of settable values 0 ÷140 °C);
at the end of each dispensing cycle, the rhMM1.v+ starts a
push/sucking action to exhaust the milk circuit replacing with a
small water and steam quantity to avoid any product stagnation;
HDE delay time:
-it establishes that the rhMM1.v+ flushes with water and steam
quantity if the time elapsed after the end of the latest selection is
longer than the one programmed here (in minutes), to ensure
an secured emptying of the circuit;
HDE = Hydro - Dynamic - Emptying
-if enabled, the conductivity sensor carries out a series of checks
on the quality of the milk drink;
•if a value lower than the set parameters is read, the display
shows «check milk presence»;
•if a value slightly higher than the set parameters is read, the
display shows the pre-alarm message «check milk quality» »;
the milk drink is in any case dispensed;
•if a value significantly higher than the set parameters is read,
the milk drink delivery is interrupted, the display shows «check
milk and make cleaning»; a rinse is carried out;
•it is necessary to carry out sanitary cleaning;
if enabled, the conductivity sensor also checks the concentration
of the sanitizing solution; (see OFF chapter 13.)
0 = it disables the conductivity sensor;
1 = it enables the conductivity sensor;
-the conductivity sensor checks for the presence of fresh milk;
-it enables the user to check the waste recovery tank;
if this parameter is enabled when the waste recovery tank is full,
the message “empty the waste tank” is displayed and the fresh
milk selections are disabled;1= enables, 0= no;
-it sets up the air percentage you wish to use for hot milk
selections; three different profiles ("Classic, Fluffy, Barista") are
available; the corresponding profile will be chosen in the recipe
set-up (see 09.01.); (range of settable values 0%÷100% limits
predefined); to ensure right foam its mandatory to be expert in
setting the recipe knowing about all surrounding factors;
- this parameter, referred to the hot milk, enables the user to set
up the milk pump speed (as a percentage); three different
profiles ("Classic, Fluffy, Barista") are available; the
corresponding profile will be chosen in the recipe set-up (see
09.01.); (range of settable values 0%÷100% limits predefined);
to ensure right foam its mandatory to be expert in setting the
recipe knowing about all surrounding factors;
-it sets up the air percentage you wish to use for cold milk
selections; three different profiles ("Classic, Fluffy, Barista") are
available; the corresponding profile will be chosen in the recipe
set-up (see 09.01.); (range of settable values 0%÷100% limits
predefined); to ensure right foam its mandatory to be expert in
