SwitchingtheBacklitONandOFF:
TheinstrumentisprovidedwithuserselectableBacklitformeasurements
inpoorlightconditionsordarkarea.
Bypressing“AUTO/MAN”and“DATA/MIN/MAX”keyssimultaneouslythe
BacklitcanbeswitchedON.
AndbypressingthesamekeyssimultaneouslyBacklitcanbeswitched
OFF.
Althoughthemaindisplayisactivatedimmediatelyafterthemultimeteris
switchedon,thetwosub-displaysmustbeactivatedwiththeMIN/MAXkey.
Thispreventsthecontineousdisplayofanundefinedconditionwhichwas
presentatthestartofmeasurement,e.g.open-circuit,asamaxi-mum
value.
Thethreedigitaldisplays,onemaindisplayandtwosub-displays,showthe
measurementvaluewithcorrectdeci-malpointandsign.Theselectedunit
ofmeasureandthecurrenttypearealsodisplayed.Aminussignappearsin
frontofthenumberforthemeasurementofzero-frequencydirectquantities,
ifthepositivepoleofthemeasuredquantityisappliedtoperpendicular
input.
OL”(overload)isdisplayed,iftheactualvaluefallsbelowthemeasuring
rangelowerlimitforthefollowingmeasuredquantities:VDC,IDC,
VAC,IAC,mAAC,mADC,capacitance,,Hz:309999

themeasuringrangefromthefirstmeasurementvalue,theacoustic
