After Ritello goes through the quality control check at the factory, it is then serial
numbered for the following purposes:
. OWNERSHIP identi�ication
. WARRANTY identi�ication for your distributor
. ASSURANCE of passing quality control and is a genuine Librex product.
All new Ritellos should be sold with a serial number
at the location shown at the accompanying diagram.
If the number is missing, Librex makes no claim as
to the origin, age, or condition of the unit.

FIRE, ELECTRICAL SHOCK OR INJURY

Do not leave appliance when plugged in. Unplug from outlet when not in use and
before servicing.
To reduce the electrical risk, use indoors only.
To avoid electrical risk and to reduce risk of fire, use only Ritello cleaning products
intended for use with this appliance.
To avoid risk of electrical shock, use only the hose supplied with the Ritello for
wet pickup operations. See Ritello owner’s manual. Do not modify the electrified
plug in any way.
The AquaJet contains an electric pump and power cord/tubes. To avoid risk of
electrical shock, DO NOT immerse the electric tubes in water while operating or
cleaning it.
IMPORTANT
The AquaJet tank is designed to use only clean, cold tap water. To avoid damage
to the AquaJet, do not place any of the following into the water tank:
• Hot water or liquids.
• Detergents of any kind, use only Ritello Shampoo.
• Commercially available cleaning liquids or compounds.
Use only AquaJet Concentrate Solution.
Ensure the carpet has thoroughly dried before using the Ritello PowerBrush to vacuum.
Do not use the AquaJet when the clean water tank is empty. This could result in
damage to the pump.

SERVICING OF DOUBLE-INSULATED APPLIANCE
In a double-insulated appliance, two systems of insulation are provided instead of
grounding. No grounding means is provided on a double-insulated appliance,
nor should a means for grounding be added to the appliance. Servicing a
double-insulated appliance requires extreme care and knowledge of the system
and should be done only by qualified Ritello service personnel. Replacement parts
for a double-insulated appliance must be identical to the parts they replace.
A double-insulated appliance is marked with the words “DOUBLE-INSULATION”
or “DOUBLE-INSULATED.” The Symbol (square within a square ) may also
be marked on the appliance. Any servicing other than cleaning should be
performed by an Authorized Ritello Distributor or Service Center.

CAUTION: Do not use the AquaJet on hardwood floors, laminates,
marble, Persian and Oriental rugs or other surfaces that may be
vulnerable to water damage or can be easily scratched.

ASSEMBLING & OPERATING THE AQUAJET p4
Start by attaching
the AquaJet body
onto the AquaJet
Nozzle, press
downward
until the button
lock clicks.
To Fill the Tank,
remove it by
pulling it towards
you first and
then upwards.
Fill the Tank with
Pure Water.
Fill 50ml/16oz.
(few capfuls) of
Ritello Shampoo.
Insert Upper
Wand into the
AquaJet Wand,
press downward
until the button
lock clicks.
Insert the Hose
Pistol into the
Upper Wand.
Turn the
AquaJet Pump
by pressing the
red button ON.
Squeeze the
pistol trigger and
apply solution
to the floor;
roll slowly forward
and backward
across the floor.
To clean hard
surfaces,
attach the
Squeegee/Rubber
piece onto the
AquaJet Nozzle.
When finished
cleaning, empty
and rinse the
water tank.
Allow to dry.

FAST START-UP p5
1. VACUUM THE CARPET THOROUGHLY
a. Use the Ritello and PowerBrush to vacuum the
entire area to be cleaned, making sure there is
no remaining dirt on the surface.
b. Empty and rinse the Main Unit's water basin.
Refill only 1 liter.
2. PREPARE THE AQUAJET
a. Begin with 1 liter of water in the Ritello Main Unit basin. Attach the Ritello and dolly.
Attach the hose and wands.
b. Insert the bottom wand with male end into the opening located on top of the
AquaJet Nozzle. Press downward until button lock clicks.
c. Add few capfuls of Ritello AquaJet Concentrate Solution to the AquaJet reservoir.
d. Fill the remainder of the AquaJet reservoir with cool, clean tap water and secure
the cap tightly.
e. Place the AquaJet tank onto the AquaJet body until you feel it locked into place.
3. SHAMPOO
a. Turn the Pump ON. Then, squeeze the pistol trigger and apply solution to the
carpet using slow forward and backward movements across the floor. Release
the pistol trigger when scrubbing the floor.
4. EXTRACT
a. Turn your Ritello Main Unit ON.
b. Extract the remaining water & soap from the carpet using very slow backward
movements. To remove all soap residues, simply add more water in the AquaJet
tank and rinse the floor, then extract the water.
c. For extra dry carpet, go over the entire area a second time.
d. When finished cleaning, empty and rinse the water basin. Allow to dry.

RINSE THE AQUAJET TANK
Prior to storage, the AquaJet Tank may require rinsing, which may take approximately
30 seconds.
1. Make sure to refill the water tank with pure water only (no soap)
2. Squeeze the handle (pistol) trigger and allow water to rinse and flush away any
Soap residue remaining in its Tank or Tubes
STORAGE & MAINTENANCE
• The clear plastic lens located on the front of the AquaJet Nozzle can be removed
for cleaning between uses.
• To clean water from wands, run Ritello for 30 seconds.
• NEVER store the AquaJet with water or soap in the tank.
• Prior to storing the AquaJet, empty the tank and suck any residual water from it.
• Always turn the Pump “off” when the AquaJet is not in use.

is clogged with soap

• Check if any debris clogging the intake
• Check if hose or wands are clogged
• Make sure the Ritello Main Unit is on full speed
