WARRANTY
Ardisam, Inc. oers a one year warranty for all components of the game cart. These warranties apply to the original owner with a proof of
purchase. These warranties begin on the date of purchase by the rst retail consumer and continue for the period specied above. These
warranties apply to products that are not modied, abused or used in a manner that deviates from the product’s intended usage. Minor
fading in color is normal and is not covered by warranty. Any corrosion of painted surfaces that occurs as a result of paint being removed
or damaged is also not covered by warranty. Ardisam, Inc. oers no other warranty expressed or implied. Products for which warranty work
has been approved must be sent directly to Ardisam, Inc. and performed by Ardisam, Inc. To obtain warranty service and/or replace-
ment instructions, you must obtain prior approval from Ardisam, Inc. before shipping your package to us by calling our customer
service department at 800-345-6007 or by writing to: Ardisam, Inc., P.O. Box 755, 1160 Eighth Avenue, Cumberland, WI 54829 for
a return material authorization number (RMA#). All items must be shipped prepaid. Ardisam, Inc. will, at no charge, repair or replace,
in Ardisam, Inc. sole discretion, any product that satises the conditions stated above. Ardisam, Inc. retains the right to change models,
specications and price without notice.
This equipment has been manufactured under strict quality and safety guidelines. As with any equipment of this type, full understanding
of the instructions and its use is mandatory and imperative for the safety of its user. Ardisam, Inc. is not responsible for any damages or
injuries sustained due to improper use or modication of any of its products, or resulting from any use which deviates from the product’s
intended usage. Ardisam, Inc. is not responsible for any injuries sustained due to failure to read and adhere to the instructions for use. Any

WARNING
Read, understand and follow all assembly, inspection and
maintenance and use instructions provided before each
use. Failure to follow all warnings and instructions could
result in serious injury or death.
If any instructions are not understood or if you are having
a parts issue, call 800-345-6007 before using.
Be aware of pinch points at folding locations. Keep ngers
away from pinch points.
Double check assembly to be certain you have correctly
assembled this product.
For storage -- Reverse setup procedures and fold up to a
compact unit -- same as you received the product in box
except axle should permanently stay in place.
ALWAYS…
• Read and understand all instructions before use, save for
future reference.
• Be careful of pinch points at folding locations.
• Inspect before each & every use to be sure there is no product
damage or loose/missing bolts & hardware.
NEVER…
• Exceed the maximum load capacity of 300 lbs.
• Use on uneven terrain or side hills.
• Allow people to ride on this cart, it is not designed for hauling
people.
• Use excessive speeds while using this product. Excessive /
weight can cause weight shifts which can lead to loss of
control of your cart.
• Use a damaged product.
• Use when intoxicated or using over-the-counter medication
or prescription drugs.
• Use on rocky or obstacle ridden terrain.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
STEP 2
1. Remove the game cart from the box and
unpack the axle and hardware. SEE FIGURE
1.
2. Unfold the frame and remove the wheels
from their storage location. SEE FIGURE 2.

STEP 4
3. Unfold the handle (2) and lock into position
to the rear frame (3) using two 1/4-20 X
2-1/4 IN wing bolts (13) and 1/4-20 wing
nuts (12). SEE FIGURE 3.
Unfold the support braces (1) and secure to
the front frame (4) using two 1/4-20 X 1-1/2
IN wing bolts (8) and 1/4-20 wing nuts (12).
SEE FIGURE 3.
4. Slide the axle (6) through the axle tubes on
the front frame (4) and secure using one
1/4-20 X 1-1/2 IN bolt (14) and 1/4-20 nut
(17). SEE FIGURE 4.

STEP 5
FOLDING INSTRUCTIONS
5. Attach each wheel by sliding a washer (9)
onto the axle, followed by the wheel (5) and
another washer (9). Then secure using the
pins (7). SEE FIGURE 5.
To fold the cart, reverse the assembly steps
but leave the axle attached to the frame
with the washers and pins attached to it.
Place the wheels inside the frame as shown
and fold.
Attach the support braces to the front frame
using the 1/4-20 X 1-1/2 IN wing bolts (8)
and 1/4-20 wing nuts (12). This will prevent
the frame from unfolding during transport.
Attach the 1/4-20 X 2-1/4 IN wing bolts
(13) and 1/4-20 wing nuts (12) to the holes
in the rear frame to prevent losing them
during transport.
