Top tips for your X5 Steam Mop
General use
• Please carefully read the User’s Guide supplied with your product. Only use in line
with the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions
• Consult with the floor or furnishing supplier’s care guidelines before use
• If using on wooden floors, blinds or heat sensitive areas, please ensure the timber is sealed
After use
• Always switch off your H20 Mop X5 after use, using the on/off button before
unplugging its power cord from the mains
• The water tank should be emptied after use and before the mop is put away
• Once the water tank is emptied, switch the mop back on,
select setting 1 until no more steam is emitted from the mop
Descaling
Descale at least once a month using an adequate descaling solution and especially in
hard water areas. Fill up half the water tank with descaling solution and the other half
with tap water. Switch your mop on for a few seconds and switch off. Allow for the
solution to remove the accumulation of limescale and mineral deposits overnight
(6 – 8 hours). Switch the mop back on and allow the entire tank to steam out. Repeat
descaling process if necessary with clean water to eliminate any possible residue.
Troubleshooting
Pad leaves wet streaks Change the pad. When the pad becomes
saturated with water, it will no longer
absorb and therefore leave streaks.

Turn the control down to a lower setting.
Setting 4 is designed to produce a hot spray and steam.

before unplugging its power cord
from the mains. When unplugging the mop
between rooms, it will then need to heat up again.
