Safety Precautions

Checklist and Preparation before WashingClothes
Pleaseread this operation method carefully to avoid troubles with the washing machine
and any damages to clothes.
Check if the first-washed clothes will be decolourised.
After a white towel touched with liquid detergent isused to wash the invisiblecorners of the
clothes, check if the white towel is stained with
clothes' original colour.
As for the scarves and those clothes that easily
get decolorisedamong imported clothes, please
washthemseparatelybeforewashing.
Asforthestainsonsleeves, collarsandpockets,
usetheliquiddetergentandwashitwithbrush
gently. Finallyput them into thewashing machine
to achieve more ideal washing effects.
As for temperature-sensitive clothes, they shall
be washed as required in the labels. Otherwise,
ii may cause colour cl'ang e or distortion.

Keep in Mind:
Never leave clothes sitting inthe washing machine for extended periods of time.This
risks mold and colour spots. Always wash clothes within 24 hours of putting them into
the machine and ensure they are taken out within a similar period of time.
Clothes that cannot be washed by washing machine
The clothes that may get distorted if being immersed in water:
Ties, waistcoats, clothes that need dry cleaning, outer garments etc. may have obvious
shrinkage if being immersed in water; the decolourised clothes such as blended spinning
clothes of artificial fiber etc.

Wrinkle-style clothes, embossed clothes, resin clothesetc. maygetdistorted whenbeing
immersedinwater. Amongcotton and wool materials, theclothesthat geteasilydistorted
arewrinkle-stylesilk, fur products andfurdecorations;
Clothes with decoration, long dress and traditional clothes etc are the products to get
decolou rised easily.
Please do notwash the clotheswithout material labels and washing requirements.
Neverwashtheclothesstained withthechemicalssuchasgasoline, petroleum, benzene,
paintthinnerandalcohol.
Please pay attention with regard to detergents
"Low bubble"detergentorwashingpowder,orwashing powderspecificfordrumwashing
machines shall be selected according to fiber types (cotton, synthetic fiber, soft products
and wool products), colours, washing temperatures, dirty degrees and types. Otherwise,
excessivebubblesmaybegeneratedandoverflowoutofthedrawer.
Bleachesare alkaloid and candamageclothes, soitissuggestedtouseaslittle as
possible.
Powderdetergentscan easilyleavethe residuesintheclothessoastogeneratethebad
smell, sotheyshallbesufficientlyrinsed.
Detergent can not easily get dissolved completely if thereis too much detergent or water
temperature is rather low. It can remain inclothes, pipes and washing machines topollute
the clothes.
Washing shall follow the weight of clothes, dirty degrees, local water hardness as well as
the recommendations from the detergent manufacturers. Please consult the water
company if you are not clear of water hardness.
Notes:
Colour: white and colourful colours shall be identified. All new colourful articles shall be washed
in a separate way.
Size: the articlesof different sizes are washedtogetherto increase the washing effects.
Sensitivity: soft articles shall be washed separately. As for new pure wool textiles, curtains
and silks, the soft washing procedure shall be selected. Check the labelsin all washing
articles.
Theclothesshallbe sortedbeforebeingputinto washing machine. Asforthecurtainswith
hooks, thehooksshallberemovedbeforebeingwashed.
Thedecorationsontheclothesmaydamagethewashingmachine.Asfortheclotheswith
buttonsorembroideries, theyshallbeturnedoverbeforebeingwashed.
Clean up fasteners:
Zipsshall be zippedcloseand buttonsorhooksshallbefixed. Theloosebandorribbon
shallbeboundtogether.

The symbol types of care labels: the clothes to be
washed are classified into cotton, blended fiber, synthetic fiber, silk, wool and artificial fiber.
Clean away dusts, stains and pet hairs from the clothes.
The clothes may be damaged and disturb washingeffectsduringthe frictionbetween
dusts, stains and clothes.
To protect baby skin
Baby articles (baby clothes and towels) including napkinsshall be washed separately.
Ifthey are washed together with the adults'clothes, they maybe infected. Rinsingtimes
shall beincreased toensure the thorough rinsing and cleaning without thedetergent
residues.
Itissuggestedthat thepartsthat areeasilystained suchaswhitesockets, collars
and sleeves etc. shall be hand washed before being put into washing machine to
achievemore ideal washingeffects.
Please usepowderorliquiddetergents. Theresiduesofthe soapcouldremainin the
gapsoftheclothesifsoapisused.

clothes shall be washed separately because they caneasily get stained with theloose
threads of other colors when being washed together.
Please check before washing.
Washing machine shall not wash water-proof materials (ski suits, outside napkin
pads, curtains).
Asforthefiberproductsthatwatercannotgetsoakedeasily intosuchaswater-proof

first time
Before washing clothes for the first time, you should run the washing machine through
a full cycle without anything inside. Following these instructions:

Last, selecttheproperrevolutionspeed.Thehighertherevolutionspeedis, thedrierthe
textilesarespun, buthigherthenoiseswillalsobeincreased.
Thesurfacesofdelicatetextileswillhavewrinklesandtheworkinglifeofwashing
machinewillbeshortened.
PLEASENOTE:toprotecttheclothes,thelowerrevolutionspeedshallbeselectedfordelicatetextiles.
Themainwashingproceduresdependonthetypesoftheclothestobewashedasfollows:

Cotton
Youcanselectthisproceduretowashthedailywashableclothes.Thewashingperiod
isquitelongwithquitestrongwashingintension. Itisrecommendedtowashthedaily
cotton articles, for example: bed sheets, quilt covers, pillowcases, gowns, underwear etc.

Cotton ECO
To increase the washing effects, main additional washing time is increased.
It is recommended to wash the clothes for babies or worn by the persons with allergic skin.

Synthetic
You can select this procedure to wash the quite delicate clothes. The procedure is shorter
comparedwiththatforcottonsandthewashingintensionisquitegentle. Itisrecommended
to wash synthetic articles, for example: shirts, coats, blending. As for curtains and laced
textiles, the procedure "Synthetic " shall be selected. While washing the knitting textiles,
detergent quantity shall be reduced due to its loose string construction and easily forming
bubbles.

Baby Care
Youcanselectthisproceduretowashyourbaby'sclothes, itcanmakethebaby'swear
cleanerandmaketherinseperformancebettertoprotectthebabyskin.

Jeans
This program is specially designed for washing jeans.

Mix
Youcanselectthisprocedurewashthetoughclothes,thatneedmuchmoretimeand
strength. Itisusedforclothesuseddailyandmadefromcotton, suchassheets, pillowcases
bathrobesandunderwear.

Colours
You can choose the program washing brightly coloured clothing, it can protect the bright
colours better .

Drain Only
Separate Drain only Procedure.

Spin Only
Separatespinonlyprocedure.Soapywaterorrinsewatershallbedrainedoutbeforespinning.

Rinse&Spin
Separate Rinse&Spin Procedure.

Wool
You can select this procedure to wash the wooltextiles labeled with "Machine Wash".
Pleaseselecttheproperwashingtemperatureaccordingtothelabelonthearticlestobe
washed. Furthermore, theproperdetergentshallbeselectedforwooltextiles.

Delicate
Youcanselectthisproceduretowashyourdelicateclothes. Itswashingintensionisgentler
and revolution speed is less compared with the procedure "Synthetic". It isrecommended
forthearticlestobewashedsoftly.

Quick
This procedure is suitable for washing few and not very dirty clothes quickly.
-
Sport Wear
You can select this procedure to wash the activewear.

Hand Wash
As for few lightdirtyclothes, the defaulttemperature of washing is cold.

My Cycle
Press Speed Wash 3sec. for my cycle to memory the procedure. The default my cycle is cotton.
The main function can be selected as follows:

Prewash
The Prewash function can get an extra wash before main wash.

Speed Wash
The function can decrease the washing time.
-
Extra Rinse
The laundry will undergo extra rinse once after you select it.
-
Delay
Delayfunctioncanbesetwiththisbutton, thedelayingtimeis0-24H.
Set the Delayfunction:
1.
Select aprogramme;
2.
Pressthe Delaybuttontochoosethetime;
3.
PressStart/Pausetocommencethedelayoperation.
CanceltheDelayfunction: PresstheDelaybuttonuntilthedisplaywillbeOH.IIshouldbe
pressed before starting the program. If the program already started, should press the
On/Offbutton.
Notes: Ifthereisanybreakinthepowersupplywhilethemachineisoperating, aspecial
memorystorestheselectedprogrammeandwhenthepowerisrestarted,pressthe Start/
Pause button and the remaining time willcontinue.

Reload
This operation can be executed during the washing procedure. When the drum of the
washingmachineisstillrollingandthereislargeamountofwaterwithhightemperature
in the drum. The state is unsafe and the door cannot be opened forcefully. To press
"Start/Pause"for 3sec.toreload, andstarttheclothesaddinginthemidwayfunction.

3.Closethedoorwhentheclothes needsare loadedandrepressthe ((Start/Pause)) button.

Child Lock
The child lock is used to stop children adjusting the washing programs during the washing
procedure. Once set, no buttons can be operated except the On/Off button can not work. If
the appliance is turned off and then back on, the child lock stays in place.
Press Extra Rinse and Pre-Wash together 3 seconds during the running procedure, the buzzer
willbeep ,Start/Pausebuttonas well asthe rotaryswitch arelocked. Press the two buttons for
3secondssimultaneously,thebuzzerwillsoundandthelockwill release. The child lock does
not turn off after the washing program has finished, but if the power is interrupted, the child
lock will be disabled.

Turning off the Buzzer
Thisisanadditional buzzerfunctiononyourappliance.Afterdeactivatingthebuzzerfunction,
the buzzer will no longer sound.
Afterstartingtl'e machine,pressthe "Temp.&Spin" buttonfor3seconds andyouwillheara
beep,thenthebuzzerwillno longersound.Torestartthebuzzerfunction,pressthe
"Temp.&Spin"buttonagainfor3seconds.Thesettingwillbekeptuntilthenextreset.
Warning: Afterdeactivating the buzzerfunction, thesoundswillnot be activatedany more.

Bubble Removal Function
Bubble Check Function: Redundant bubbles will occur when there is excessive detergent,
whichwillaffect wash and rinse effects. The procedure will check automaticallyand one
bubble removal procedure will be added automatically to remove bubbles when excessive
bubbles arechecked.

WARNING
After using the washing machine, disconnect from power source and close door to
avoid children playing in the appliance.
Remove any foreign material that may have accumulated in the appliance.
Drain Pump Filter:
The drain filter is used to filter out small pieces of yarn and small foreign material
from the water. Clean the filter periodically to ensure optimum operation of the
appliance.
WARNING
According
to the soil levelwithin the cyclesandthe frequencyof the cycles,you have to inspect
and
cleanthefilter regularly.
The pump should be inspected if the machine does not empty and/or spin;

Electrical Warning
To avoid fire,electrical shock and other accidents, please take note of the following:
Only the voltage indicated in power label can be used. If you are not clear of the voltage
at home, please contact the local power company.
When you are using the heating function, the maximum current through the washing
machine will reach 10A. Therefore, please make sure the power supply units (current,
voltage and cable) can meet the normal load requirements for the machine.
Protect the power cord properly. Power cord shall be fixed well so that it will not trip
people or other things and be damaged. Special attention shall be paid to the socket. It
shall be plugged into the sockets easily and attention shall be paid to the plug location.
Do not make the wall-
mounted socket overloaded or cable extended. Overloading of the
wiring may cause fire or electrical shock. Do not pull out power plug with wet hand.
Toensure your safety, power plug shall be inserted into an earthed three-pole socket.
Carefully check and ensure that your socket is properly and reliably earthed.

The following conditions apply in respect of the warranty given in this certificate:
1. Monaco Corporation Limited (“Monaco”) warrants the following Robinhood products against manufacturing defects and
faulty materials, under normal use and subject to the exclusions in this certificate, for a period of:
Rangehood, Ovens, Cooktops, Dishwashers, Refrigeration, Washing Machines, Clothes Dryers - 24 months from date
of original purchase for domestic
use.
Uniduct – 12 months from date of original purchase for domestic use.
Ironing centre – 12 months from date of original purchase for domestic use.
Sinks sets– 5 years on stainless steel sink including draining bench from date of original purchase for domestic use, 6
months on all stainless steel accessories, including wire rack, colander and tray from date of original purchase for domestic use
Laundry Tub - 5 years on stainless bowl, 24 months on Tap, Cabinet and other components from the date of original
purchase for domestic use.
“Original purchase”, when used in this certificate, means purchase by the customer directly from Monaco or one of its approved suppliers.
2.
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at our option, within the warranty period of any component part
which we at our discretion determine to contain faulty materials or a manufacturing defect in breach of this warranty.
This warranty is subject to terms and conditions set out in this certificate.
3.
The warranty only applies within New Zealand.
4.
The customer must produce the original invoice or other purchase documentation as proof of the original purchase
date.
Warranty exclusions
1.
The warranty does not apply where, in Monaco’s opinion:
The defect is caused by misuse, wear and tear, dirt, fire or accidental damage.
The product has been repaired or serviced by an unauthorised person.
The product was not installed in accordance with our instructions.
The product was purchased overseas or was not designed for use in New Zealand.
The product was not used, cleaned or cared for in accordance with our instructions.
The product was used outdoors.

In addition, this warranty does not extend to damage or defects which in our opinion, directly or indirectly arise from or
are due to:
Exposing the product to acidic or corrosive materials or chemicals such as dyes, solvents, denture cleaner or acetone;
Using inappropriate household cleaning products such as abrasive cream or powder cleansers, furniture polish, bleach
mentholated spirits, drain cleaners, sugar soap, metal pads and strongly alkaline or acidic cleaners;
Heat damage, including from washing the product at high temperatures;
Impact or mishandling the product, including the impact caused by objects scraped along, thrown or dropped on the
Failure to clean or maintain the product as recommended; or
product surface or excessive weight being placed on the product;
Structural or support changes in or affecting the building or the application where the product has been installed;
any other causes specified in the product information as being excluded from this warranty.
3.
Variations with the colour or gloss within the product or any ageing or fading of colour, shine or gloss level over time
are not covered by this warranty. The warranty does not cover visual imperfections or blemishes in the surface and
edges of the product that were not brought to your supplier’s attention at the time you inspected the product.
4.
Costs incurred on installation or removal of a product, or any reinstallation of a product, or any associated costs, are
not covered by this warranty.
5.
Monaco will not be liable for consequential or indirect loss or damage whatsoever and however arising out of or in
connection with the supply, performance or removal of the product, including (but not limited to) loss of profit, loss of
revenue, loss of contract, loss of goodwill or increased cost of workings, even if due to the negligence of Monaco or
any of its approved suppliers, employees or agents.
6.
Charcoal filters and light bulbs are not covered by this warranty

This warranty and the statements contained in this certificate or other documents given to you do not exclude, restrict or
modify the application of any term implied into this warranty by statute, provided that (to the extent any statutory
provision permits Monaco to limit its liability for a breach of an implied condition or warranty) Monaco’s liability for such
breach is limited to the payment of the cost of replacing the product, repairing the product or acquiring an equivalent
product.
8.
Subject to clause 5, our obligations under this warranty are limited to those set out in this certificate, and this warranty
is expressly instead of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness
for a particular purpose and notwithstanding any course of dealing between the parties or custom and usage in trade to
the contrary.
