1.1 Start by removing the side bracket plates. 2 plates on each side of the leg.
(6 pcs M8x16 hex cap screws and 6 pcs M8 locking nuts)
1.2 Remove the leg bracket plates (front and back).
(8 pcs M8x16 hex cap screws and 8 pcs M8 locking nuts)
SET THE TABLE HEIGHT

1.3 Set the height by bolng the leg bracket plates
(front and back) to the required height
(8 pcs M8x16 Hex Cap screws and 8 pcs M8 locking nuts)
Mount the side bracket plates.
(6 pcs M8x16 hex cap screws and 6 pcs M8 locking nuts)
NOTE! Do not mount the leg bracket plates (front and back) lower than the
leg supports placed on the sides of the leg)
1.4 NOTE: Do not place the leg bracket plates (front and back)
higher than the last two holes of the leg construcon.
SET THE TABLE HEIGHT

2.1 Mount the lower frame beams
(16 pcs M8x16 Hex cap screw and 16 pcs M8 locking nuts)
2.0 Place the leg pair with the leg lid facing each other.

2.2 Mount the middle support bracket with the connectors pre - mounted to.
(4 pcs M8x16 Hex cap screw and 4 pcs M8 locking nuts)
NOTE! For a ROLL-X 470 / 175 GO - Mount 3 middle support bracket, the bracket with connectors pre
mounted to shall be installed in the middle of the table as picture.
2.3 Mount the air lter. Make sure to mount the air lter facing the concave side of the middle support bracket.
(2 pcs M5x18 Hex screws and 2 pcs M5 locking nuts)

2.4 Place the rst table console on the same side as the air lter. NOTE! If you have purchased
with lt funcon, make sure that the rst console has the plasc knob and sprint on the right side.
2.5 Lock the rst table console in place
(6 pcs M8x16 Hex cap screws and 6 pcs M8 locking nuts)

2.6 Pull the air hose from the air lter through the holes in the leg bracket plate (front and back).
Connect the air hose to the air pressure regulator.
2.7 Sck the cable holders to the lower frame beam according to picture.
Clean the surface with an alcohol based detergent)

2.8 Mount the compressor shelf.
(4pcs M6x12 Hex screw and 4pcs M6 Locking nuts)
2.9 Place the compressor on top of the compressor shel, no screws needed.
MOUNT THE COMPRESSOR

3.0 Connect the air hose from the compressor to the air lter
3.1 Connect the power cord from the compressor to the control panel socket. See picture with red circle.

3.2 Rout the air hose & electric cable from the control panel around the leg and true the cable holders on the inside and
then to the middle support bracket.
3.3 Place the table top support to the oposite side of the control panel ( around 770mm / 30 In)

3.4 Place the atbed next to the lower frame construcon.
Note! If liing by hand, 4-5 people is recomended.
3.5 Mount the atbed to the same side as the control panel.
(8 pcs M10x20 Hex screws and 8 pcs M10 locking nuts)
The other side of the atbed will rest on the table top support.

3.6 Install the LED Panel
The LED panels have leering on them and the leers should point to the center of the table. Start by sliding in the middle
panel with the 5 pole connecon, slide in the side panels and make sure that the leers are poinng to the center of the
table.
3.7 Slide in the remaning LED panels.

3.8 Connect the LED panel secons. Use the pre-mounted cable connectors.
NOTE! Connect the same colored cables with each other - Red to Red and White to White.
3.9 Connect the side LED panels with the cable connectors.
NOTE! Connect Red to Red and Black to white.

4.0 Locate the electrical cable and spiral air hose inside the glide beam. Turn the glide beam so that the electrical cable and air
hose is on the same side as the air connector and electrical connector on the middle support bracket (see step 2.2, page 6).
Li up the glide beam and slide it in posion.
4.1 Take the second table console and place it on the oposite side of the control panel. See and follow pictures below.

4.2 Posion and bolt the second table console.
(6 pcs M8x16 Hex Cap screws and 6 pcs M8 locking nuts.
Also bolt the secound table console in to the atbed like step 3.5
on page 12.
(8pcs M10x20 Hex screw and 8pcs M10 locking nuts)
4.3 Remove the table top support.

4.4 First remove the Control panel.
Makes sure that the two sprints are locked on both sides of the table.
Remove the M8x20 Hex screw and M8 locking nut with the label ”remove screw” on both sides of the table.
4.5 3 people recomended, pull out the sprints for the lt funcon and turn 90 degrees (le or right) to lock the sprint. Do this
on both sides.
Tilt up the table by liing one side of the table by hand.
Mount the gas dampers with the Pre-mounted M8 locking nut.
When the gas dampers has been mounted, lt down the atbed and lock the horizontal locaon with the sprints.

4.6 (OPTION LED ILLUMINATION) Put the Control panel back on and connect the 5 pole connectors. Lock the cable with cable
es where the red arrow is poinng.
4.7 Place the acrylic sheet on the atbed. Do not forget to remove the blue protecve lm on both sides before pung the
acrylic sheets in posion.
