1. Installthebatteries,asexplainedin‘CareandMaintenance’below.

14. CareandMaintenance

Toinstall/replacethebatteries
•Installbatterieswithcaresoastoavoidbatteryacidleakage.
•Locatethebatterycompartmentontheundersideofthebuzzer.
•UsingaPhillipsscrewdriver,removethescrewsecuringthebatterycompartment
door.Removethedoorandinstallbatteriesobservingthepolarityindicatedinside
thebatterycompartment.Replacethecompartmentdoorandthescrew.
•Donotmixalkaline,standard(carbon‐zinc)orrechargeable(nickel‐cadmium)
batteries.Donotmixnewandusedbatteries.Donotchargenon‐rechargeable
batteries.Removerechargeablebatteriesfromthebuzzersbeforecharging.Donot
short‐circuitthesupplyterminals.
•Removeweakorexhaustedbatteriesfromthebuzzers.Removethebatteriesifthe
buzzerswillnotbeusedforlongperiodsoftime.
•Storeatroomtemperature.
•Toclean,wipethesurfacewithasoft,drycloth.Donotimmerseinwater.

•Checkthatthebatteryhasbeencharged.
•Checkthebatteriesareinsertedthecorrectwayround(+to+,‐to‐).
•Makesurethebatteriesarethecorrecttype–AAA.
•Replacethebatterieswithnewbatteries.
•IntheHIGHLYunlikelyeventofthisproductcausingelectricalinterference,distance
thisproductfromyourTV,radioetc



