TROUBLESHOOTING
Bottle Jack Does Not Hold Pressure After Receiving It, How to Fix It?
Step1 - Please check release valve and ensure the release valve closed tightly.
Step2 - The pressure is still not well maintained after step1, please remove the red plastic cap
located at the bottom of jack (next to the release valve), and rotate no more than 30 degrees
clockwise to increase the pressure of the jack.
Tips:
This is normal if you are able to continue applying pressure (You have to press down handle very
harder), it means that the rated pressure of the jack has been exceeded (overload condition),
and sounds air escaping.
If you can’t fix it after trying, please share a video at support@rositek.com for further support.
