PS400 PISTOL PULL SETTER
DO NOT clamp the handle in a vise or other clamping device !
Also DO NOT stamp the aluminum handle body anywhere
with letter or number stamps. In doing so, the valve box can
be fractured thus requiring a new handle. If marking is
required, it should be done with an engraving tool.

Nose Piece Assembly (sold separately)
When changing the draw bolt, grease the
thrust bearing, draw bolt threads and draw
bolt driver as arrow pointed.

1. Assemble the bearing set & draw bolt (part#2,3,4,5) as above shown figure.

PS series Pull Setter operation manual
When changing the draw bolt, grease the thrust bearing, draw
bolt threads and draw bolt driver. This will prolong parts life.
2. Insert part#1 into Gun Body. Rotate part#1 until slot connects
with Gun Body shown as figure.
3. Install the pre-assembled bearing with part#1
4. Insert part#6 into Gun’s Body hexagon slot.
5. Push Gun’s Body quick releasing ring backward and
push part#6 into Gun Body. Release the quick releasing
ring to complete nose piece assembly.

Notes:
For adjustable clutch type, please turn the torque adjusting cap to designated size of rivet. If necessary, adjust the air
pressure to achieve the performance for all PS series Pull Setter.
Insert the rivet nut into
the prepared hole of
work piece.
Turn the rivet nut onto draw
bolt first and insert rivet nut
into work piece.
Keeping the tool square to work piece. Press the top rocker
trigger (pistol type) or lever (straight type). The tool will stall
out when the rivet nut is completely installed.
Release the top rocker trigger and press the bottom trigger
(pistol type) or depress reverse button (straight type) to
disengage the tool from rivet nut.
