Bottle Jack Does Not Hold Pressure After Receiving It, How to Fix It?
Step1 - Please check release valve and ensure the release valve closed tightly.
Step2 - The pressure is still not well maintained after step1, please remove the red plastic cap
located at the bottom of jack (next to the release valve), and rotate no more than 30 degrees
clockwise to increase the pressure of the jack.
Tips:
This is normal if you are able to continue applying pressure (You have to press down handle very
harder), it means that the rated pressure of the jack has been exceeded (overload condition), and
sounds air escaping.
If you can’t fix it after trying, please share a video with us for the further support.
How to Replace PID Module?
1. Unplug the power cord from the rear of the temperature control box.
2. Turn the temperature control box upside down to access the locking mechanism on the front of

3. Use a dab tool or small flat head screwdriver to depress in on the locking mechanism at the
front of the PID housing face.
4. While depressing the locking mechanism, simply slide out the front of the box, the PID module
from the housing (there will be 2 circuit boards exposed).
5. Install the replacement PID module received (remove it from the included housing first).
