1. Break out the 'knockouts'
as required, in the top and
bottom panel BUT DO NOT
touch the inner panels as
yet.
3. Knock out the positioning
hole
4. Drive a nail into the wall
and hook on the box.
7. Install the conduits so that
they touch the inner panel.
8. Only then push out the
conduit entry openings in the
inner panel.
5. Adjust the box to a perfect
horizontal position with a
spirit level. Mark off the
fixing hoies. Drill the holes
and insert wall plugs.
6. Secure the box to the wall
with screws. Remove the nail
and put the insulating caps
provided over the fixing
screws.
9. Pull in the wires and
connect the earth and neutral
conductors.
10. Install the ÕdinÕ rail
equipment (ready-mounted)
and make the connections.
11. Finally fix the combined masking frame and door securely
into place, using the four screws provided.
(Note that the door may be fitted to the left or right side.)
2. Knock out the fixing points
Flush Installation Instructions
1. Break out the ÔknockoutsÕ
as required in the top and
bottom panel BUT DO NOT
touch the inner paneis as
yet.
3. Knock out the rear plate of
the packing and place it
inside the box.
4. Adjust the box inside the
aperture. Using the box fixing
lugs you will get the right
plaster depth.
4a. Install the conduits.
4b. Cement the box into
place.
7. Pull in the wires and
connect the earth and
neutral conductors. Build in
the pre mounted ÔdinÕ rail
equipment and make the
necessary connections.
8. Separate the masking plate
from the masking frame.
5. Plaster around the box.
When dry, remove the
packing.
6. Only then remove the
knockouts in the inner side
panel.
9. Fix the masking plate to
the base (4 screws provided).
10. Finally fix the combined masking frame and door securely
into place, with the 4 screws provided.
(Note the door may be fitted to the left or right side.)
2. For mounting the box so
that it fits perfectly flush with
the finished surface use the
four lugs provided. Slip
these lugs through the holes
provided in the side panels of
the base.
SUPPLIED COMPLETE WITH 4 FIXING LUGS, EIGHT SCREWS, 4 SCREW CAPS, EARTH BLOCK, NEUTRAL BLOCK & 14
WAY BUSBAR.
