Installation
1. 1nsert memory card
Please insert a microSD memory card intothe memory card slot located at
the top of t he camer a. Be aware of the orientation shown in the picture below
(Electrical contacts
of the memory card should be facing the camera lens side
of the camera.) When the memory card is successfully inserted, you will hear a
'clicking' sound.
A Class 1
0, 8GB or above microSD memorycard is required. The camera
supports up
to 64GB of memory capacity.
2.1nstalling camera mount
Locate a suitable position for the camera install. Utilize the in cluded install film
guide for an easier installation. Unlock the camera mount by flipping up the
locking latch and insertthe camera into the mount. Please note
the orientation
of the camera; The micro SO card slot should be facing up.
After insertingthe camera, secure the camera by pullingdown the latch.
An
audible click should be heard when the camera is secured. Adjust the camera
view angle if required.
Installation
3. Connect the power cable
Plug the car power adapter in to your vehicl es' cigar et te lighter/power port.
Connect the power cable into
the power adapter, and in sert the microUSB plug
into the power port
on the camera.
4. Configure camera via Wi-Fi
Before connecting to the camera's Wi-Fi, please proceed to the App store on
your mobile device, search for"RSC Viewer", and download our mobile camera
app (App Icon shown below). Further instructions
on how to operate the App is
available
on Page 8 of the user manual.

Powering On I Off
The camera is designed to automatically power on when it receives power from
the car power adapter. A start-up sound will play when the camera has started
successfully.
Automatic: When the camera is ON, simply turn OFF the engine or unplug the
power cableand the camera will switch OFF automatically.
Manual:
Switching the cameraOFF manually is required when the vehicle's
power socketprov1des continuous power
after the engine is turned OFF. To turn
the power off manually,press and hold the power button for at Least 5 seconds.
When
the camera has been turned off, all status LEOs will be off.
To turn the camera on manually, press and hold the power button for at least 3
seconds.
Enable/Disable Wi-Fi
To enable the Wi-Fi function, press the Wi-Fi button once. The status LED will
flash bluewhen it is awaiting for a Wi-Fi connection. Once a connection is
made,
the LED will become solid blue.
To turn offWi-Fi, press the Wi-Fi button once. The blue status LED will be off.
Loop Recording
Default: 3 Minutes
The looprecording function allows the camera to continuously record video
footage
on your memory card. When there is insufficient space on the memory
card, Loop recording will automatically overwrite the oldest non-protected file on
the memory card,and replace with a new recording.
Theavailable
settings of 3/5/10 minutes allows you to choose how Long to
record for each videofile.
Emergency file protection
Default: Low
When
the G-sensorisactivated due to a collision, the footage currently recorded
will be automatically locked to avoid being overwritten by Loop recording. Adjust
the G-sensorlevel of the camera to the appropriate setting based on your
driving areas.
Motion Detection
If turned ON. the camera will start recordingwhen cameradetects any
movement within its FOV (Field of view). Once the cameradoes not detect any
movement for 60 seconds, it will stop recording and ret urn to Det ection mode.
Recording
will resume if any newmovement is dete ct ed.
Retrieving your videos
Retrieving using a PC/Mac:
Connect
the camera to a computer usingt he supplied micro USB cab l e. The
camera
will automatically turn on.
The
computer will detect a "removabledisk", sim il arto connectinga USB Flash
Drive
on your computer.
Navigate
to the corresponding fo l der to accessvideorecordings;

Retrieving using Mobile App:
Connect your smartphone to the camer a's Wi-Fi SS ID. After a successful
connection,
tap the ::: icon located at the bottom le ft of the screen. A lis t of
availablevideo
files will be shown on the App.
Firmware Upgrade
Step 1:Download Latest firmware from aur official website, un zip th e fi L a.
Step 2:Copy & Paste or drag &drop the extracted .bin fi le to the root of t he
Micro so card.
Step 3: Insert the Micro SO card into th e camera's card slo t once the tra n sfer is
completed.
Step 4: Connect the camera intoa powers ou rce and then turn the camera ON.
Step 5:The LED indicator will sta rt fl ashing to confirm th e updating progress.
Step 6:Once the upgrade is comp leted, th e camera wi ll au tom at i ca ll y reboot.
Step 7: To verify the installed firm wareversion,access the 'Version' ta b on the
mobileapp.
Step 8:Before using the camera,please reformat the memorycard usingthe
mobileapp.

To ensurea stable firmware upgrade, we recommend formatting the memory
card
prior to the upgrade process.
•
DO NOT unplug or power-off the camera du ringa firmware u pg r ade process,
as it maycause irrepairable damage to th e ca mer a.

Connecting to the camera Wi-Fi:
Before connecting
to the camera'sW i- Fi, please makesuret he camera is
powered on. Navigate
to the W i- Fi connection page on your sma r tphone/table t,
and look
fo r a Wi-Fi SSID name s ta rting with:
