Fault ProbableCause Action
Brewing neon does not light, unit will not
brew
The unit is not switched on Check the unit is plugged in correctly
and switched on
Plug and lead are damaged Call a qualied service technician
Fuse in the plug has blown Replace the plug fuse
Power supply Check power supply
Internal wiring fault Call a qualied service technician
Float switch has failed Call a qualied service technician
Brewing neon is lit but unit will not brew Thermal switch is activated Reset thermal switch(es) and descale
the unit
Element failure Replace the boiler
Water coming from under the unit The overow is operating, the tank is being
over-lled
