In caso di caricamento della macchina su mezzo di trasporto mediante l’utilizzo di rampe, prestare attenzione alla PENDENZA e al punto CRITICO come
indicato nel gurino seguente:

With temperatures of 0°C or below, check and eventually fully remove
water from tanks and hoses at the end of each job or if the machine is
unused for a certain period of time.

Avec des températures inférieures ou égales à 0°C, vérier et, si nécess-
aire, retirer complètement l’eau des réservoirs et des tuyaux associés à
la n de chaque travail ou si la machine doit rester immobile pendant
un certain temps.
!Frostgefahr!
Bei Temperaturen gleich/unter 0°C, das Wasser im Tank und in den Lei-
tungen überprüfen und eventuell vollständig entleeren, und zwar nach
jeder Arbeitsschicht oder wenn die Maschine für einen bestimmten Zei-
traum nicht betrieben wird.
!Let op! Gevaar voor bevriezing
Bij temperaturen van 0°C of lager, moet het water in de tanks en de
bijbehorende leidingen na iedere werkdienst, of wanneer de machi-
ne gedurende bepaalde tijd blijft stilstaan, gecontroleerd worden en
eventueel weggenomen worden.

Le eventuali richieste di intervento devono essere fatte dopo una attenta analisi degli inconvenienti e delle loro cause ed è necessario riferire all’incaricato all’atto della chiamata:
• Ore di lavoro
• Numero di matricola
• Il dettaglio dei difetti riscontrati
• I controlli eseguiti
• Le regolazioni eettuate e i loro eetti
• Allarmi visualizzati (in caso di gestioni elettroniche)
• Eventuali errori di utilizzo
• Ogni altra informazione utile
Indirizzare le richieste alla rete assistenza autorizzata.
Nella sostituzione dei ricambi usare esclusivamente RICAMBI ORIGINALI, collaudati e autorizzati dal costruttore. Non attendere che i componenti siano logorati dall’uso, sostituire
un componente al momento opportuno signica un miglior funzionamento della macchina e un risparmio dovuto al fatto che si evitano danni maggiori.
Before calling in the after-sales service, make a careful analysis of the problems and
their causes When calling, please state:

Always contact the authorised service network only.
When replacing parts, use only ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS, tested and approved by the
manufacturer. Never wait until the components are worn out by use; replacing a
component at the right time means better machine performance and gives savings,
since more serious damage is avoided.

VERZOEKEN TOT ASSISTENTIE EN ONDERDELEN
Eventuele verzoeken tot assistentie moeten gedaan worden na een nauwkeurige
beoordeling van de storingen en de oorzaak hiervan. Bij de aanvraag dient u te-
vens te melden:
• Aantal werkuren
• Serienummer
• Details van het vastgestelde defect
• De uitgevoerde controles
• De uitgevoerde afstellingen en hun resultaten
• Weergegeven alarmen (in geval van elektronisch beheer)
• Eventuele begane fouten bij het gebruik
• Alle andere nuttige informatie
De aanvragen indienen bij een bevoegd servicecentum.
Bij het vervangen van onderdelen alleen gebruik maken van ORIGINELE ONDERDE-
LEN, getest en goedgekeurd door de fabrikant. Niet wachten tot de componenten
geheel versleten zijn, een onderdeel op het juiste moment vervangen betekent
een betere werking van de machine en een besparing omdat grotere schade vo-
orkomen wordt.

Evidenzia la presenza di pericoli che causano rischi residui a cui l’operatore
deve porre attenzione ai ni di evitare infortuni e/o danni alle cose.

Il presente manuale deve essere conservato con cura. Deve essere sempre dispo-
nibile per la consultazione. In caso di deterioramento o di smarrimento richiedere
copia contattando il rivenditore autorizzato o direttamente il costruttore.

1. Questa macchina è destinata esclusivamente come lavasciuga o motosco-
pa. Pertanto, per qualsiasi altro impiego diverso da questa destinazione,
non ci assumiamo alcuna responsabilità per gli eventuali danni risultanti. Il
rischio è a pieno carico dell’utente. In particolare non puó essere utilizzata
come trattore o per il trasporto di persone.
2. Questa macchina deve essere utilizzata per pulire pavimentazioni, piani o
salite con pendenza variabile.
3. IL FABBRICANTE, non si ritiene responsabile di inconvenienti, rotture,
incidenti, ecc.dovuti alla non conoscenza (o alla non applicazione) delle
prescrizioni contenute nel presente manuale. Lo stesso dicasi per l’esecu-
zione di modiche, varianti, e/o l’installazione di accessori non autorizzati
preventivamente.In particolare IL FABBRICANTE declina ogni responsabi-
lità per danni derivanti da manovre errate, mancanza di manutenzione.
Inoltre IL FABBRICANTE non risponde di interventi eettuati da personale
non autorizzato.
4. Questa macchina non è adatta ad aspirare sostanze tossiche e/o inam-
mabili, pertanto è da classicarsi di categoria U.
5. La macchina deve essere utilizzata solamente da personale addestrato ed
autorizzato.
6. Assicurasi che la macchina parcheggiata rimanga stabile .
7. Mantenere lontane le persone e specialmente i bambini durante l’uso.
8. L’apertura della cofanatura per controllo e/o sostituzione di parti deve av-
venire a macchina spenta, vericare che:
• I motori non siano in funzione.
• La chiave di avviamento sia stata tolta.
9. La macchina, durante il trasporto, deve essere ssata all’automezzo.
10. Le batterie devono essere caricate solo in ambiente coperto e ben aerato.
11. Lo smaltimento dei riuti raccolti dalla macchina deve essere eettuato in
conformità alle leggi nazionali vigenti in materia.
AVVERTENZA!
Nonostante le operazioni di pulizia dei del serbatoio soluzione durante
il montaggio e i test di collaudo, alcuni residui plastici di lavorazione po-
trebbero essere ancora presenti nelle prime ore di funzionamento della
macchina.

guidelines it contains and strictly comply with the instructions provided.

which includes a list of the routine procedures to be carried out.

1. This machine is intended solely for use as a oor scrubber-dryer or swee-
per. We therefore decline all responsibility for any damage resulting from
any application other than the intended use. All risks are for the user’s ac-
count. In particular, the machine may not be used as a tractor or for car-
rying people.
2. This machine should be used for cleaning oors, level surfaces or slopes
with variable gradient.
3. THE CONSTRUCTOR shall not be liable for any problems, breakages, acci-
dents, etc. due to lack of knowledge of (or failure to apply) the instructions
in this manual. The same applies in case of changes, alterations and/or the
installation of accessories not authorised in advance. More specically,THE
CONSTRUCTOR declines all responsibility for damage resulting from incor-
rect procedures or lack of maintenance. In addition, THE CONSTRUCTOR
shall not be liable for maintenance carried out by unauthorised personnel.
4. This is a class U machine as it is not suitable for picking up toxic and/or
ammable substances.
5. The machine must only be used by trained, authorised sta.
6. When parked, make sure that the machine remains stable.
7. Keep people and especially children at a safe distance during use.
8. The casing should only be opened to check and/or replace parts with the
machine switched o. Check that:
• The motors are not running.
• The ignition key has been removed.
9. During transport, the machine must be secured to the vehicle.
10. The batteries must only be charged indoors, in a well ventilate environ-
ment.
11. The waste collected by the machine must be disposed of in accordance
with the applicable domestic laws.
ATTENTION!
In spite the water tanks are carefully cleaned during the assemblying
and the end tests, some plastic debris could be still found in the rst
hours of operation.

Ondanks de reinigingswerken van de tank met oplossing, tijdens de montage en het testen, kunnen tijdens de eerste werkuren van de machine nog en-
kele plastic bewerkingsresten aanwezig zijn.

De volgende symbolen zijn bedoeld om de aandacht van de lezer/gebruiker te trekken teneinde de machine correct en veilig te gebruiken. Meer bepaald hebben ze de

schade te vermijden.
Belangrijk!
Deze handleiding moet met zorg worden bewaard. Hij moet altijd ter raadpleging beschikbaar zijn. Bij beschadiging of verlies moet u een ander exemplaar aanvragen.
Neem hiervoor contact op met de erkende verkoper of rechtstreeks met de constructeur.

NORME DI SICUREZZA GENERALI
GENERAL SAFETY REGULATIONS
La macchina descritta nel presente manuale è stata costruita in conformità
alla Direttiva Comunitaria sulle macchine 2006/42/CE (Direttiva Macchine). È obbligo
del responsabile della gestione della macchina attenersi alle direttive comunitarie e
alle leggi nazionali vigenti, nei riguardi dell’ambiente di lavoro, ai ni della sicurezza
e della salute degli operatori. Prima della messa in funzione, eettuare sempre i con-
trolli preliminari.
Indicazioni per lo scarico e il disimballo della macchina
!Pericolo! Lesioni e danneggiamento.
• Non sollevare la macchina con dispositivi di sollevamento ad esempio:
carrelli elevatori, gru ecc,.
• Disimballare la macchina facendo attenzione di non danneggiarla,
NON USARE UTENSILI PER QUESTO SCOPO.
• Dopo aver disimballato la macchina controllare se è completa e fun-
zionante, se così non fosse, è VIETATO usare la macchina. Contattare il

Norme di sicurezza riguardo l’uso della macchina

Oltre alle norme previste dalla legislazione, il responsabile della gestione
della macchina deve istruire gli operatori autorizzati su quanto segue:
• Usare la macchina in condizioni tecnicamente ineccepibili e conformi
alla sua destinazione. L’operatore non deve aver assunto sostanze stu-
pafecenti o essere in stato di ebrezza.
• Durante la fase di lavoro fare attenzione a cose, persone e sopratutto
bambini.
• Non abbandonare la macchina con il motore acceso. Se necessario, pri-
ma ruotare la chiave avviamento su posizione“0”per spegnere il moto-
re, attivare il freno di stazionamento, estrarre la chiave di avviamento.
• Sorvegliare che, la macchina non venga utilizzata da bambini e da per-
sone non autorizzate o con problemi psichici, mentali o sensoriali e da
persone senza esperienza.
• Le protezioni sse e/o mobili compreso il cofano e supporto sedile de-
vono rimanere sempre nella loro sede, correttamente ssate.
• Se, per qualunque motivo, dette protezioni vengono rimosse, disinse-
rite o cortocircuitate, è obbligo ripristinarle prima di rimettere in fun-
zione la macchina.
• L’apertura della cofanatura deve avvenire solo quando i motori non
sono in funzione, e si è tolta la tensione togliendo la chiave avviamento.
• É vietato usare la macchina in ambienti pericolosi, in presenza di vapori
o fumi tossici qualora la macchina fosse priva di cabina chiusa.
• È assolutamente vietato aspirare sostanze inammabili e/o tossiche.
• È assolutamente vietato “toccare” le parti in movimento della macchi-
na; nel caso fosse assolutamente necessario, prima fermare il funziona-
mento della macchina e rimuovere la chiave di avviamento.
• É vietato usare la macchina in ambienti pericolosi, in presenza di vapori
o fumi tossici
• È assolutamente vietato trasportare persone oltre all’operatore.
The machine described in this manual has been constructed in accordance
with the EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC (Machinery Directive). The person in
charge of the machine is responsible for complying with EC directives and local
regulations on the working environment to ensure the health and safety of opera-
tives. Always perform the preliminary checks before starting the machine.
Machine unloading and unpacking instructions
!Danger! Injury and damage.
Do not lift the machine using lifting devices such as forklifts, cranes, etc.
Unpack the machine taking care not to damage it, DO NOT USE ANY TOOL
FOR THIS PURPOSE.
After unpacking the machine, check that it is complete and working. If that
were not the case, using it is FORBIDDEN. Contact the authorised service.
General safety devices
!Caution!
Using the machine in explosion risk areas (such as service stations) is for-
bidden. All safety rules must be complied with.
Machine commissioning must be carried out exclusively by an authorised
and trained operator. The operator or authorised person in charge of ma-
naging the machine must ensure protection against accidental start up by
turning the ignition key to“0” and removing it.
The machine ignition key must be stored in a safe place, that can be acces-
sed only by the operator or the person in charge of managing the machine.
Work clothing
!Caution!
Always wear work clothing that are in accordance to the regulations and do
not endanger the safety of the operator.
Wear tight garments, shoes, gloves and protective headgear.
Do not wear jewellery, necklaces, rings or similar objects.
Safety regulations on machine use
!Danger!
In addition to the regulations envisaged, the person in charge of the machi-
ne must inform the authorised operators of the following rules:
• Only use the machine under impeccable technical conditions, which
conform to its intended use. The operator must not have taken drugs
or alcohol.
• When working, be careful with objects, people and in particular chil-
dren.
• Do not leave the machine with the engine on. If necessary, engage the
parking brake before turning the ignition key to “0” to switch o the
engine, then remove the key.
• Ensure that the machine is not used by children and unauthorised
people or with psychiatric, mental or sensory problems, as well as
unexperienced people.
• The xed and/or moving guards including hood and seat mount must
always be left in place, correctly secured.
• If the guards are removed, disconnected or short-circuited for any
reason, they must be restored before the machine is put back into
operation.
• Open the bonnet only when the engines are not working and after the
power has been cut o by removing the ignition key.
• If the machine is not equipped with a closed cabin, do not use it in
dangerous areas and with toxic fumes and vapours.
• It is strictly forbidden to inhale ammable and/or toxic substances.
• It is strictly forbidden to touch the moving parts of the machine.
Should it be necessary to do so, stop the machine and remove the
ignition key beforehand.
• Do not use the machine in dangerous areas with toxic fumes and va-
pours.
• It is strictly forbidden to carry people other than the operator.

ALGEMENE VEILIGHEIDSNORMEN
De machine beschreven in deze handleiding werd gebouwd in overeenstemming met de communautaire richtlijn betreende machines 2006/42/EG (Machine-
richtlijn). De verantwoordelijke voor het beheer van de machine moet zich verplicht aan de communautaire richtlijnen en aan de geldende nationale wetten houden
wat betreft de werkomgeving, teneinde de veiligheid en de gezondheid van de werknemers te vrijwaren. Voordat u de machine in werking stelt, dient u altijd eerst de

Instructies voor het lossen en uitpakken van de machine

• Til de machine niet op met heftoestellen zoals: vorkheftrucks, kranen, enz.
• Pak de machine uit en zorg ervoor dat deze niet wordt beschadigd. GEBRUIK GEEN HULPMIDDELEN VOOR DIT DOEL.
• Controleer na het uitpakken van de machine of deze compleet is en werkt, zo niet, dan is het VERBODEN de machine te gebruiken. Neem contact op
met de erkende hulpdienst.
Algemene beveiligingen

• Het is verboden de machine te gebruiken in omgevingen met explosiegevaar (bijv. tankstations). Alle veiligheidsvoorschriften moeten worden nage-
leefd.
• De machine mag alleen worden gestart door een geautoriseerde en getrainde operator. De persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor het beheer van de
geautoriseerde machine of de operator zelf moet de bescherming tegen onbedoeld starten garanderen door de contactsleutel in stand “0” te draaien
en deze eruit te halen.
• De contactsleutel van de machine moet op een veilige plaats worden bewaard en is alleen toegankelijk voor de operator of de persoon die de machine
beheert.
Werkkleding

• Gebruik altijd werkkleding die de veiligheid van de gebruiker niet in gevaar brengt.
• Draag nauwsluitende kleding, schoenen, handschoenen en veiligheidshelmen.
• Draag geen sieraden, kettingen, ringen en dergelijke.
Veiligheidsregels met betrekking tot het gebruik van de machine
!Gevaar!
Naast de normen voorzien door de wetgeving, moet de verantwoordelijke voor het beheer de geautoriseerde operators instructies geven wat betreft vol-
gende punten:
• Gebruik de machine in technisch onberispelijke omstandigheden en volgens de voorziene gebruiksbestemming. De gebruiker mag geen verdovende
middelen hebben ingenomen of onder de invloed zijn.
• Let tijdens de werkfase op dingen, mensen en vooral kinderen.
• Laat de machine niet achter terwijl de motor draait. Draai indien nodig eerst de contactsleutel in stand “0” om de motor te stoppen, activeer de parke-
errem en verwijder de contactsleutel.
• Houd er toezicht op dat de machine niet wordt gebruikt door kinderen en onbevoegden of door personen met psychische, mentale of sensorische
problemen en zonder ervaring.
• De vaste en/of beweeglijke beschermingen, met inbegrip van de motorkap en de steun van de stoel, moeten altijd correct vastgemaakt in hun zitting
blijven.
• Indien deze beschermingen om een of andere reden worden weggenomen, uitgeschakeld of in kortsluiting zijn, is het verplicht om deze te herstellen
voordat de machine in werking gesteld wordt.
• De motorkappen mogen enkel geopend worden wanneer de motors niet draaien, er geen spanning meer aanwezig is en de contactsleutel dus werd
verwijderd.
• Het is verboden om de machine in gevaarlijke omgevingen te gebruiken, waar giftige dampen of rook zijn, als de machine niet uitgerust is met een
gesloten cabine.
• Het is absoluut verboden om ontvlambare en/of giftige stoen op te zuigen.
• Het is absoluut verboden om bewegende machineonderdelen “aan te raken”; indien dit absoluut noodzakelijk is, dient u eerst de werking van de ma-
chine te stoppen en de contactsleutel te verwijderen.
• Het is verboden om de machine in gevaarlijke omgevingen te gebruiken, waar giftige dampen of rook zijn
• Het is absoluut verboden om andere personen dan de bediener te vervoeren.

tergipavimento e gomme di tenuta.
• Se si riscontrano problemi all’apparato
frenante. Arrestare la macchina e contat-
tare il servizio di assistenza autorizzata.

• Before every use, check that all devices
and components of the machine are in

• During the starting phase, the operator

switches and the pedals are in neutral po-
sition.
NOTE During the starting up, the accelerator pe-
dal must not be activated.
• The machine can be moved only with the
operator properly seated on the driving
seat.
• Do not use the machine without brushes,
squeegee and sealing rubbers.
• If faults are detected in the braking sy-
stem, stop the machine and contact the
authorised technical service.

Il display ha la funzione di contaore, contagiri, mostra
la diagnostica allarmi (vedere sezione “ ALLARMI IN-
VERTER ACE2”).
Indica lo stato di carica della batteria ed è dotato di
spie luminose (vedere punti da 10 a 18).

ticamente quando la macchina é dotata di “SISTE-
MA LAVANTE”.
Premere sull’interruttore per attivare le ventole
aspirazione polvere quando la macchina è dotata
di“SISTEMA SPAZZANTE.”
4. Vacuümmotoren waterafzuiging,
ventilatoren stofafzuiging en schakelaar
zuigmond
Schakelaars voor de stofafzuiging (veegsysteem) en
de vacuümventilatoren (wassysteem) en zuigmond.
Druk op de schakelaar om de vloeistofaanzuigmoto-
ren te activeren en laat de vloerzwabber automatisch
zakken wanneer de machine is uitgerust met een
“WASSYSTEEM”.
Druk op de schakelaar om de stofafzuigventilatoren te
activeren wanneer de machine is uitgerust met “VEE-
GSYSTEEM”.
