Controls
•The power switch is located at the left-hand side at waist level.
•The vacuum cleaner is fitted with an over temperature safety thermostat to
prevent over heating in case of blockage or clogged filter. In the event of
nuisance shut down, remove the blockage immediately and clean the filter
regularly. In the event of shut down, turn the Power Switch OFF at the
machine and wait approximately 15 minutes for the thermostat to reset.
•The slide regulator on the bent end piece (BEP) controls the airflow at the
nozzle. Opening the slide regulator diverts some air flow from the nozzle to
the BEP regulator.
Adjust the regulator to an open position to reduce suction/airflow when
vacuuming loose coverings e.g., curtains, light mats or loose rugs.
Adjust the regulator to the closed position for full suction/airflow e.g., when
using a Turbo brush or floor tools.
