General Safety Rules
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING! Read all instructions Failure to follow all
instructions listed below may result in electric shock, fire
and/or serious injury. The term “power tool” in all of the
warnings listed below refers to your mains-operated
(corded) power tool or battery-operated (cordless) power
tool.
1) Work area
a) Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered and
dark areas invite accidents.
b) Do not operate power tools in explosive
atmospheres, such as in the presence of
flammable liquids, gases or dust. Power tools
create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.
c) Keep children and bystanders away while
operating a power tool. Distractions can cause you
to lose control.
2) Electrical safety
a) Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never
modify the plug in any way. Do not use any adapter
plugs with earthed (grounded) power tools.
Unmodified plugs and matching outlets will reduce
risk of electric shock
b) Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded
surfaces such as pipes, radiators, ranges and
refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric
shock if your body is earthed or grounded.
c) Do not expose power tools to rain or wet
conditions. Water entering a power tool will increase
the risk of electric shock.
d) Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for
carrying, pulling or unplugging the power tool.
Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp edges or
moving parts. Damaged or entangled cords
increase the risk of electric shock.
e) When operating a power tool outdoors, use an
extension cord suitable for outdoor use. Use of a
cord suitable for outdoor use reduces the risk of
electric shock.
3) Personal safety
a) Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use
common sense when operating a power tool. Do
not use a power tool while you are tired or under
the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A
moment of inattention while operating power tools
may result in serious personal injury.
b) Use safety equipment. Always wear eye
protection.Safety equipment such as dust mask,
non-skid safety shoes, hard hat, or hearing
protection used for appropriate conditions will reduce
personal injuries.
c) Avoid accidental starting. Ensure the switch is in
the off-position before plugging in.Carrying
power tools with your finger on the switch or
plugging in power tools that have the switch on
invites accidents.
d) Remove any adjusting key or wrench before
turning the power tool on. A wrench or a key left
attached to a rotating part of the power tool may result
in personal injury.
e) Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and
balance at all times. This enables better control of
the power tool in unexpected situations.
f ) Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or
jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves
awayfrom moving parts. Loose clothes, jewellery
or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
g) If devices are provided for the connection of
dust extraction and collection facilities, ensure
these are connected and properly used. Use of
these devices can reduce dust-related hazards.
4) Power tool use and care
a) Do not force the power tool. Use the correct
power tool for your application. The correct power
tool will do the job better and safer at the rate for
which it was designed.
b) Do not use the power tool if the switch does not
turn it on and off. Any power tool that cannot be
controlled with the switch is dangerous and must be
repaired.
c) Disconnect the plug from the power source
before making any adjustments, changing
accessories, or storing power tools. Such
preventive safety measures reduce the risk of
starting the power tool accidentally.
d) Store idle power tools out of the reach of children
and do not allow persons unfamiliar with the
power tool or these instructions to operate the
power tool. Power tools are dangerous in the hands
of untrained users.
e) Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or
binding of moving parts, breakage of parts and
any other condition that may affect the power
tools operation. If damaged, have the power tool
repaired before use. Many accidents are caused by
poorly maintained power tools.
f ) Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly
maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are
less likely to bind and are easier to control.
g) Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits
etc., in accordance with these instructions and in
the manner intended for the particular type of
power tool, taking into account the working
conditions and the work to be performed. Use of
the power tool for operations different from intended
could result in a hazardous situation.
5) Service
a) Have your power tool serviced by a qualified
repair person using only identical replacement
parts. This will ensure that the safety of the power tool
is maintained.

SPECIFIC SAFETY RULES FOR POLISHER
WARNING!
5. Never start a tool when its rotating component is in
contact with the workpiece.
6. Never lay a tool down before its moving parts have
come to a complete stop.
7. ACCESSORIES: The use of accessories or
attachments other than those recommended in these
instructions might present a hazard.
8. REPLACEMENT PARTS: When servicing use only
identical replacement parts.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE HANDLING
1. Make sure that the tool is only connected to the voltage
marked on the name plate.
2. Never use the tool if its cover or any bolts are missing. If
the cover or bolts have been removed, replace them
prior to use. Maintain all parts in good working order.
3. Always secure tools when working in elevated positions.
4. Never touch the blade, drill bit, grinding wheel or other
moving parts during use.

The hand held electrirc polisher is suitable for non-profes-
sional use. Any other use other than polishing and light
sanding is strictly forbidden.
Auxiliary handle, Disc base, Wool bonnet, Hex key .
WARNING! Please read and understand this operating
manual before use and keep it for your future reference.
Your power tool should only be passed on together with
these instructions.
1. Accessories must be rated for at least the speed
recommended on the tool warning label. Wheels and
other accessories running over rated speed can fly apart
and cause injury. All the accessory must have a
maximum safe operating speed greater than the “no
load RPM” marked on the tool’s nameplate.
2. Hold tool by insulated gripping surfaces when
performing an operation where the cutting tools may
contact hidden wiring or its own cord. Contact with a
“live” wire will make exposed metal parts of the tool “live”
and shock the operator.
3. Always use auxiliary handle for maximum control over
torque reaction or kick-back. Operation of the polisher
without the side handle could cause loss of control of the
grinder, resulting in possible serious personal injury.
4. Wear proper apparel while using a sander. Face shield
or at least safety goggles, dust mask, leather gloves and
shop apron capable of stopping small wheel or
workpiece fragments.
5. Position the cord clear of the spinning wheel or any
other sanding accessory. Do not wrap the cord around
your arm or wrist. If you lose control and have the cord
wrapped around your arm or wrist it may entrap you and
cause injury.
6. Regularly clean the tool’s air vents by compressed air.
Excessive accumulation of powdered metal inside the
motor housing may cause electrical failures.
7. When sanding chemically pressure treated lumber, paint
that may be lead based, or any other materials that may
contain carcinogens, use special precautions. A suitable
breathing respirator must be worn by all personal
entering the work area. Work area should be sealed by
plastic sheeting and persons not protected should be
kept out until work area is thoroughly cleaned.
Some dust created by power sanding, sawing, grinding,
drilling, and other construction activities contains
chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects or other
reproductive harm. Some examples of these chemicals
are:
• Lead from lead-based paints.
• Crystalline silica from bricks and cement and other
masonry products.
• Arsenic and chromium from chemicallytreated lumber.
Your risk from these exposures varies, depending on how
often you do this type of work. To reduce your exposure to
these chemicals: work in a well ventilated area, and work
with approved safety equipment, such as those dust masks
that are specially designed to filter out microscopic particles.

we recommend you clean and polish a test section on a
flat area first. From this test section you can judge
the strength or cleaning action of your polish.
• Washing will remove loose dirt, scum, road salt, Which
could act as an abrasive and damage paint. Loose dirt,
etc. Will also clog the woolen pad and you will have to
clean it more often.
TIPS
• Apply about two tablespoons of wax (not included)
evenly on the clean foam pad.
• When polishing we recommend doing it in a crisscross
pattern over the surface.
• Do not exert pressure on the polisher, as the tool does
the job by itself. You can only press lightly when working
in corners or angles.
• You should use most care when power polishing
around or over sharp objects and contours. It is very
important to apply the correct pressure.
• Always apply the pad/bonnet flat against the surface.
• Keep the ventilation slots of the machine clean to
prevent overheating of the Engine.
• Regularly clean the machine housing with a soft cloth,
preferably after each use.

with soapy water.Never use solvents such as petrol,
alcohol , ammonia water, etc. These solvents may
damage the plastic parts.
• Place the wool bonnet on the base of the disc and
stretch it until it hooks over the edges.
• Pull the string of the wool bonnet to adjust it and make a
knot.
• After knotting the wool bonnet, insert the remaining string
within it to prevent loosening during operation.
• To remove the wool bonnet , untie and remove it carefully
from the edges.
• To switch the tool on, press the on/off switch trigger (7).
• To switch the tool off, release the on/off switch trigger (7).
• This tool has a lock-on button (5), for continuous operation,
press the lock-on button while on/off switch trigger (7) is
depressed. Depress again to release the lock.
Never press the spindle lock button wíth the
tool running or coasting.
ATTENTION! The disc continues to rotate for a short time
after the tool is switched off.
CAUTION: Use only lower speeds for polishing. If not,
damage may occur to the paint being polished.
Set the desired speed before turning the tool on, using the
speed selector (4)
