ASSUMPTION OF RISK.
SAB HELI DIVISION S.R.L. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR PRODUCTION OR COMMERCIAL LOSS IN
ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE PRODUCT, WHETHER SUCH CLAIM IS BASED IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, OR STRICT LIABILITY.
Further, in no event shall the liability of SAB Heli Division exceed the individual price of the Product on which liability is asserted. As SAB Heli Division has
no control over use, setup, final assembly, modification or misuse, no liability shall be assumed nor accepted for any resulting damage or injury. By the act
of use, setup or assembly the user accepts all resulting liability. If you as the Purchaser or user are not prepared to accept the liability associated with the
use of this Product, you are advised to return this Product immediately in new and unused condition to the place of purchase.
Law:
These Terms are governed by Illinois law (without regard to conflict of law principals).
LIMITED WARRANTY.
SAB HELI DIVISION S.R.L. reserves the right to change or modify this warranty without notice and disclaims all other warranties, express or implied.
(a) This warranty is limited to the original Purchaser (“Purchaser”) and is not transferable. REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE
EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER This warranty covers only those Products purchased from an authorized SAB Heli Division dealer. Third party
transactions are not covered by this warranty. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
(b) Limitations- SAB HELI DIVISION MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ABOUT NONIFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE PRODUCT. THE PURCHASER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY ALONE HAVE DETERMINED THAT THE PRODUCT WILL SUITABLY MEET
THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE PURCHASER’S INTENDED USE.
(c) Purchaser Remedy- SAB Heli Division’s sole obligation hereunder shall be that SAB Heli Division will, at its option, replace any Product determined by
SAB Heli Division to be defective In the event of a defect, this is the Purchaser’s exclusive remedy. Replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of SAB
Heli Division. This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, commercial use, or
modification of or to any part of the Product. This warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, operation, maintenance or attempted repair
by anyone.
IMPORTANT RULES AND MAINTENANCE:
Check before every use that all the screws are correctly tightened.
•
Keep always the threaded holes and every connection between carbon and aluminum (mast and wings to fuselage)
•
clean and greased with Lithium grease code [MHW033] to avoid and prevent oxidation and corrosion due to salt water.
After every use disassemble and wash all the parts with fresh water and dry them using a soft cloth.
•
Do not expose to the sun for long periods of time.
•
Store the foil in a safe and dry place in order to prevent injury and damage.
•
During assembly pay attention that the sand does not enter into the screws or threads.
•
Use adequate protection such as helmet and a floating vest.
•
Do not use any kind of leash.
•
Use the hydrofoil in safety water conditions and within your abilities.
•
Avoid shallow waters with presence of rocks or other solid obstacles.
•
Be aware about the regulations in force of your zone in matters of sailing, surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing.

NEVER USE THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOU ARE AN EXPERIENCED SWIMMER.

ALWAYS USE ADEGUATE PROTECTION SUCH AS HELMET AND A FLOATING VEST.

BE AWARE OF THE REGULATIONS IN FORCE IN YOUR AREA REGARDING SURFING, WINDSURFING AND KITESURFING.

ALWAYS WEAR A SUITABLE HELMET.
•
USE THE HYDROFOIL IN SAFE WATER CONDITIONS AND WITHIN YOUR ABILITIES, MAKE SURE YOU TAKE LESSONS BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT IN THE WATER.

DO NOT USE ANY KIND OF LEASH.

IMPORTANT RULES AND MAINTENANCE:
Before every use check that all the screws are correctly tightened with the right torque as described in this manual.
•
Keep always the threaded holes and every connection between carbon and aluminum (mast and wings to fuselage)
•
clean and greased with Lithium grease code [MHW033] to avoid and prevent oxidation and corrosion due to salt water.
After every use disassemble and wash all the parts with fresh water and dry them using a soft cloth.
•
Do not expose to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight over long periods. Do not expose to temperatures above 100° C / 212° F.
•
Store the foil in a safe and dry place in order to prevent injury and damage.
•
During assembly make sure that the sand does not get into the threads.

Stabilizers screws [MH108]:
Insert 1 flat head screw M6x20mm in the front hole
•
without tightening.
Insert 1 flat head screw M6x16mm in the rear hole
•
without tightening.
Proceed to tighten the screws.
•
Match the fuselage [MH112]:
Insert 1 socket head screw M6x20mm and
•
1 washers
6.2x
9.9 x 1 mm in each hole
without tightening.
Proceed to tighten the screws.
•
Match the fuselage [MH112]:
Insert the two Socket head screws M6x20mm and the two washers
•
6.2x
9.9 x 1mm in the holes without tightening.
Proceed to tighten the screws.
•
Front wings screws:
873 [MH119]:
Insert 1 flat head screw M6x45mm in the rear hole without
•
tightening.
Insert 1 M6x50mm in the front holes without tightening.
•
Proceed to tighten the screws.
•
790 [MH124]:
Insert 1 flat head screw M6x35mm in the central hole without
•
tightening.
Insert 1 M6x30mm in the rear and front holes without
•
tightening.
Proceed to tighten the screws.
•
720 [MH109]:
Insert 1 flat head screw M6x25mm in each hole without
•
tightening.
Proceed to tighten the screws.
•
633 [MH114]:
Insert 1 flat head screw M6x30mm in each hole without
•
tightening.
Proceed to tighten the screws.
•
679 [MH109]:
Insert 1 flat head screw M6x30mm in each hole without
•
tightening.
Proceed to tighten the screws.
•
Board connection:
Insert the proper screws for the board from the upper side.
•
Check that all screws are inside the bushing before tightening.
Proceed to tighten the screws.
•
WARNING
SABFOIL provides a standard deep tuttle 16mm thick, before
•
completing the final assembly please read instruction
carefully:
I) BE SURE THAT THE TUTTLE HEAD MATCHES PERFECTLY WITH YOUR
TUTTLE BOX: If the box of your board is thinner than the tuttle head
you may need to sand the head to ensure it fits perfectly in the
box.
II) Conversely you may need to add a spacer to the tuttle head if
the box is too large.
CHECK THAT THE 2 TUTTLE SCREWS ARE THE CORRECT LENGHT FOR
•
THE THIKNESS OF YOUR BOARD
CHECK THAT THE THREAD ON THE TWO BRASS BUSHINGS IS IN LINE
•
WITH THE CORRESPONDING HOLES BEFORE INSERT THE SCREWS

Mast:
Fuselage:
-Insert the two socket head screws M6x20mm and the
two washers code [MH112] in the holes without
tightening.
-Proceed to tighten the screws.
Front wing 900:
-Insert the three flat head screw M6x25mm
code [MH109] in the holes without tightening.
-Proceed to tighten the screws.

Lithium grease
[MHW033]
-Insert the proper M6 inox screws for the board from the
upper side. Check that all screws are inside the bushing
before tightening.
-Proceed to tighten the screws.
Always keep the threaded holes and every connection between carbon
(mast and wings) and aluminum (fuselage) clean and greased with
"lithium grease" [MHW033] to avoid and prevent oxidation and corrosion
due to salt water.
