explanation for assembly.
WARNING
Cleaning & Packing
- For Cleaning Metal, Plex, & Laminate Parts:
Use a MILD NON-ABRASIVE cleanser and
soft cloth/paper towel to clean all surfaces.
- Keep exhibit components away from heat
and prolonged sun exposure.
Heat and UV exposure will warp and
fade components.
- Retain all provided Packing Materials.
All provided packing materials are for
ease of repacking & component protection.
Disassembly
- For loss prevention, tighten all setscrews
and locks during disassembly

Steps:
1) Attach base plates [1] verticals [2A] & [3A], using bolts.
2) Connect verticals [2A] [2B] and [3A] [3B], using connection bars [B].
See Straight Connection with Knobs detail.
3) Connect horizontals [4A] [4B] and [5A] [5B], using connection bars [A].
See Straight Connection with Knobs detail.
4) Connect assemblies [2A/2B] and [3A,3B] with assemblies [4A,4B] and [5A,5B].
See Corner Connection with Knob detail.
5) Connect angled verticals [6A] to [2B] and [6B] to [3B].
See 2.5”h Angle-Cut Vertical Attachment detail.
6) Attach graphic to Velcro on back of assembled Backwall.

Steps:
1) Connect lights to top horizontals [5A/5B]. See Light Connection detail.
2) Attach header frame assembly [7/8/9] to top horizontals [5A/5B].
3) Attach counter support assembly [10/11] to Vertical [2A].
4) Attach shelf between [10] and [2A].
5) Attach support leg [10A] to curved extrusion [10].
6) Attach flange plate [11A] to top of Curved Extrusion [10].
7) Attach counter top to [11A]. See Counter Top Attachment detail.
8) Attach wings to A10 clamps. See A10 Clamp detail.
9) Attach monitor mount to vertical [2B]. See Monitor Mount detail.
10) Attach graphic to vertical [3B]. See Graphic Attachment detail.

to secure Connectors in place.

plate to Extrusion, using Bolts.

Attach Flange Plate to Curved Extrusion
[10], using screw. Insert Fixed Screws,
located on underside of Counter, into holes
of Flange Plate. Secure with Wing Nuts.

Tighten set screws to secure in place.
Screw standoff into connector. Place
graphic between standoff and cap,
then screw cap to secure graphic.

A10 is in desired location.
3) Insert wing into clamp.
4) Tighten knob on clamp
to secure wing in place.
