Make sure that your first cup of coee is as good as can be by cleaning your Burr Grinder
before its first use. Just follow these simple steps:
Before First Use
1. Always unplug your Burr Grinder after use and before cleaning.
2. Remove Grind Chamber by pulling it out of the unit.
3. Remove Bean Hopper by twisting it counterclockwise until the arrow on the Bean Hopper is
aligned with the unlock symbol on the unit base. Then, pull Bean Hopper out of the unit base.
4. Wash the Bean Hopper and Grind Chamber parts with warm soapy water.
5. Dry all pieces thoroughly.
CAUTION! Never use abrasive cleaners, steel wool pads or other abrasive materials. Unit is not
dishwasher safe.
6. Install the Bean Hopper by aligning the arrow on the Bean Hopper with the unlock symbol
on the unit base and then twisting clockwise. The arrow on the Bean Hopper should now be
aligned with the lock symbol on the unit base.
7. Place Chamber Lid back on Grind Chamber and then install into unit by pushing to lock into place.

How to Use Your Coee Grinder

1. After all parts have been put into place, fill the Bean Hopper with coee beans and place the lid.
2. Adjust the grind size using the Grind Size Selector on the right side of the unit. Align the indicator
to your desired grind size (Figure 1). Your Burr Grinder oers 25 grind settings from coarse to fine.
NOTE: Grind size settings will change the output volume of grounds. Fine will produce less
grounds and course will produce more grounds when the same volume (time) setting is used.
3. Rotate the Grind Time Setting Dial to set the grind time, and get desired amount of grounds
(Figure 2). You can set the grinder time up to 40 seconds.
4. Press On/O Button to start the grinding process.
5. The unit will automatically stop when the selected time has been reached.
NOTE: You may also stop the grinding process at any time by pressing the On/O Button again.
6. Remove the Grind Chamber and use the grounds as needed.
7. Use the cleaning brush, located on the bottom of the Bean Hopper Lid, to remove dust from
the unit's chamber exit chute located behind the removable Grind Chamber.

This product should not be disposed of with other household wastes. To prevent possible harm
to the environment or human health from uncontrollable waste disposal, it should be recycled
responsibly.
1. Ensure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet before cleaning it.
2. Always clean the product immediately after each use.
3. Wash the Lid in warm, soapy water; then rinse and dry completely.
4. Wipe clean the inside of the Container and Motor Housing with a soft, damp cloth;
then thoroughly dry them.
5. Do not immerse the Motor Housing in water or other liquids.
6. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads to clean the product.
7. Do not sharpen the grinding wheel or apply oil to it.
8. Store the product in a cool, dry place.

controleer of de slijpschijven gestopt zijn.
15. Wanneer u de stekker van het product uit het stopcontact trekt, zorg er dan voor dat u
de stekker vastpakt en niet het netsnoer.
16. Rechtstreeks aan het netsnoer trekken kan schade veroorzaken.
17. Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact voordat u onderdelen verwijdert.
18. Gebruik het product nooit als het netsnoer of product in enige zin beschadigd is.
19. Dit product is geschikt voor huishoudelijk, niet commercieel gebruik.

Voor het eerste gebruik
Zorg ervoor dat je eerste kopje koe zo lekker is als maar kan. Dit doe je door je koemolen
schoon te maken voor het eerste gebruik. Volg deze eenvoudige stappen:
1. Haal altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact na gebruik en voor het schoonmaken.
2. Verwijder de maalkamer door deze uit het apparaat te trekken.
3. Verwijder het bonenreservoir door het tegen de klok in te draaien totdat de pijl op het
bonenreservoir uitgelijnd is met het ontgrendel symbool op de basis van het apparaat. Trek
vervolgens de bonencontainer uit het apparaat.
4. Was de onderdelen van de bonencontainer en de maalkamer met warm water.
5. Droog alle onderdelen grondig af.
Let op! Gebruik nooit schuurmiddelen, staalwol pads of andere schurende materialen. Het
apparaat kan niet in de vaatwasser.
6. Installeer de bonencontainer door de pijl op de bonencontainer uit te lijnen met het
ontgrendel symbool op de basis van het apparaat en vervolgens met de klok mee te draaien.
De pijl op de bonencontainer moet nu uitgelijnd zijn met het vergrendel symbool op de basis
van het apparaat.
7. Plaats het deksel terug op de maalkamer en installeer het in het apparaat door de
vergrendeling op zijn plaats te duwen.

Hoe gebruik je de koemolen

1. Nadat alle onderdelen op hun plaats zijn gezet, vul je het bonenreservoir met koebonen en
plaats je het deksel.
2. Stel de maalgraad in met de keuzeschakelaar voor de maalgraad aan de rechterkant van het
apparaat. Zet de indicator op de gewenste maalgraad (Figuur 1). Je koemolen heeft 25 maal
instellingen, van grof tot fijn.
Opmerking: De instellingen van de maalgraad veranderen het volume van de gemalen koe.
Fijn produceert minder maalgoed en grof produceert meer maalgoed bij dezelfde volume-instelling.
3. Draai aan de knop voor het instellen van de maalduur om de maalduur in te stellen en de
gewenste hoeveelheid gemalen koe te verkrijgen. Je kunt de maalduur instellen tot 40 seconden.
4. Druk op de Aan/Uit knop om het maalproces te starten.
5. Het apparaat stopt automatisch wanneer de geselecteerde tijd is bereikt.
Opmerking: Je kunt het maalproces ook op elk moment stoppen door nogmaals op de
Aan/Uit knop te drukken.
6. Verwijder de maalkamer en gebruik het maalsel indien nodig.
7. Gebruik het reinigingsborsteltje aan de onderkant van het bonenreservoirdeksel om stof te
verwijderen uit de uitgang van de kamer achter de verwijderbare maalkamer.

Dit product mag niet samen met ander huishoudelijk afval worden weggegooid. Om mogelijke
schade aan het milieu of de volksgezondheid door ongecontroleerde afvalverwijdering te
voorkomen, moet het op verantwoorde wijze worden gerecycled.
1. Zorg ervoor dat de stekker uit het stopcontact is gehaald voordat u het product schoonmaakt.
2. Reinig het product altijd onmiddellijk na elk gebruik.
3. Was het deksel in een warm sopje en spoel en droog het apparaat.
4. Veeg de binnenkant van de container en de motorbehuizing schoon met een zachte,
vochtige doek. Droog ze vervolgens grondig af.
5. Dompel de motorbehuizing niet onder in water of andere vloeistoen.
6. Gebruik geen schuurmiddelen of schuursponsjes om het product schoon te maken.
7. Slijp de slijpschijf niet en breng er geen olie op aan.
8. Bewaar het product op een koele, droge plaats.
