Dear Customer,
Some provisions in this user manual are unified for refrigerating products of different types
(for a refrigerator, refrigerator-freezer or freezer). CAREFULLY READ THE INSTRUCTION
MANUAL.
The Manufacturer shall not be held liable for damage arising from the failure to observe
the instructions contained in this manual.
Keep this manual for future reference, or to pass it over to the next user.
GUIDELINES CONCERNING THE SAFETY OF USE
General information:
The appliance is a two–compartment refrigerator-freezer and is intended to be
used in household and similar applications such as: staff kitchen areas in shops,
offices and other working environments.
The refrigerator compartment is designed for the brief storage of fresh food. The
freezer compartment is designed for the freezing and long-term storage of food
products.
General safety requirements:
–Do not cover the ventilation holes at the top and on the sides of the appliance.
–Do not use any mechanical means or electrical devices to hasten the thawing
process when cleaning the freezer compartment.
–Do not use electrical appliances inside the food storage compartments of the
appliance, unless they are of the type recommended by the manufacturer.
–If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer,
manufacturer service agent or a similarly qualified person, in order to avoid a
hazard.
–Disposal of the appliance should be according to national rules.
–The appliance can’t be disposed of by burning.
–Do not damage the appliance refrigeration system. It contains the refrigerant gas
R600a. If the refrigeration system is damaged:
•Do not use any open flame.
•Avoid sparks―do not turn on any electrical appliances or lighting fixtures.
•Immediately ventilate the room: air the room in which the appliance is
placed for a few minutes (the size of the room for a product containing
isobuthane / R600a must be at least 4 m3) to avoid damage to the
cooling system.
–The appliance should be used only for freezing and storing foodstuffs.

–This appliance is not designed for the storage of explosive substances such as
aerosol cans with a flammable propellant.
–It is prohibited to store petrol and other flammable liquids near the appliance.
Children and vulnerable people safety:
–Do not allow children to play with the appliance or to plug it in or unplug from the
electricity supply socket. Do not allow children to play with the packaging material
from the appliance.
–This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
–Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without
supervision.
Requirements for the connection to the mains:
–The appliance should only be connected to an earthed socket installed in
accordance with the regulations. Make sure that the supply voltage corresponds
with the voltage marked on the rating label. This product complies with all binding
CE labelling directives. The earthed electrical socket by which the appliance is
connected to the mains should be in an accessible place. It is a legal requirement
that the appliance is properly earthed. The manufacturer will not be held liable for
any damage or injury which may result from the failure to fulfil this requirement.
–To avoid the exposure to danger, always have faulty cable be replaced only by
the manufacturer, by our customer service or by qualified person and with a cable
of the same type.
–It is forbidden to readjust or modify any parts of the unit. It is crucial not to
damage the capillary tube visible in the compressor recess. The tube may not be
bent, straightened or wound. If the capillary tube is damaged by the user the
guarantee will be void.
–Do not use adapters, multiple sockets and two-wire extension leads. If it is
necessary to use the extension lead, it must be equipped with a protection ring
and a single socket and must have a VDE/GS safety certificate.
–If an extension lead is used (with a protection ring and safety certificate), its
socket must be located at a safe distance, away from the sinks, and must not be
in a place where it could be flooded by water or waste water.
–When positioning the appliance, be careful that the electrical cord isn’t squeezed
in order to avoid its damage. Do not store heavy objects such as cooling devices,
furniture or other domestic devices next the appliance in such a way that they

could squeeze and damage the electrical cord. This can cause a short circuit and
a fire.
–Make sure that the plug of the electrical cord is not squeezed by the back wall of
the appliance or otherwise damaged. A damaged plug can be the cause of a fire!
Do not try repair the appliance on your own. Always contact an authorized
technician. To avoid the exposure to danger, always have faulty cable be
replaced only by the manufacturer, by our customer service or by qualified
person whit a cable of same type.
Requirements for safe use:
–Pull the plug out from the mains socket before each maintenance activity. Do not
pull on the cord, but hold the body of the plug instead.
–If the appliance is unplugged (for cleaning, moving to another place, etc.), it may
be repeatedly switched on after 15 min.
–The mains cable must stay below the level of the mains plug.
–It is forbidden to use a technically damaged appliance.
–Do not place any switched on electrical devices on top of the appliance because
this may cause ignition of plastic parts.
–Do not place any dishes with liquids on top of the appliance and do not keep
flowers in vases or other liquid-filled vessels on the appliance.
–Do not place heavy objects on the top of the appliance.
–Do not remove or touch items from the freezer compartment if your hands are wet
or damp.
–Do not use water spray and steam to clean the appliance.
The appliance should be transported in the vertical position. The
manufacturer will not be responsible for any damage of the appliance that
results from non-compliance with the instructions for transportation.
The manufacturer guarantees reliable operation of the refrigerator when
the relative air humidity not greater than 70 per cent and the ambient
temperature is: +16 TO +32 DEGREES CELSIUS - Climate class N;
+16 TO +38 DEGREES CELSIUS - Climate class ST;
+16 TO +43 DEGREES CELSIUS - Climate class T.
INSTALLATION AND OPERATING CONDITIONS OF
THE APPLIANCE
Positioning:
•This appliance can be installed in a dry, well ventilated indoor where the ambient
temperature corresponds to the climate class indicated on the rating plate of the
appliance.

Do not install this appliance in areas that are too humid or too colds, such as the
construction appendices, garages or wine cellars. Place the appliance away
from heat sources such as kitchen stove/oven, radiators, or direct sunlight. The
appliance must not touch any pipes for heating, gas or water supply, or any
other electrical devices.
Minimum distances from the heat sources:
- from the electric gas and other ovens - 30 mm,
- from oil or coal fired ovens - 300 mm,
- from built-in ovens - 50 mm
If there is no possibility of ensuring the above- mentioned distances, provide an
appropriate insulation board
•Do not cover the ventilation holes at the top of the appliances –it must be a good air
circulation around the appliance. There should be a gap of at least 10 cm between the
top of the appliance body and any furniture that may be above it (see fig 2, page 1.). If
this requirement is not followed, the appliance consumes more electrical energy and its
compressor may overheat.
•The appliance must stand on a level surface and must not touch the wall. If necessary,
regulate the height of the appliance by adjusting the levelling feet: by turning them
clockwise –the front of the appliance rises, by turning them counter clockwise –it comes
down. If the appliance is tilted slightly backward –the doors will close by themselves.
•If the appliance is placed in a corner, a gap must be left between the appliance body and
the wall so that the freezer compartment door can be opened enough to pull out the
frozen product drawer (see fig. 3, page 1).
Preparing for operation:
•It is recommended to prepare the appliance for operation with a helper.
•Remove package. Lift the appliance away from foamed polystyrene base. Tear off
adhesive tapes. Remove all red-coloured parts from the shelves and coloured adhesive
tapes from the door trays. When placing, moving, lifting the appliance, do not
hold the door handles, do not pull the condenser at
the rear part of the refrigerator and do not touch the
compressor unit.
•Take two supports 1from the bag and insert them into the
guides 2at the top back part of the appliance (see fig.).
The appliance should not be connected to the mains
until all packing and transport materials aren’t removed.
First use:
•Before using the appliance for the first time, the interior and all internal accessories
should be washed with lukewarm water and some neutral soap to remove the typical
smell of a brandnew product, then dried thoroughly.
Wait at least 4 hours before connecting the appliance to the
power supply. This is to allow the oil to flow back in the compressor. If
this is not done, the appliance compressor may fail.
•When first starting-up or after a period out of use, before putting the products in the
compartment let the appliance run at least 2 hours.

DESCRIPTION OF THE APPLIANCE, BASIC PARTS

TEMPERATURE REGULATION
The temperature in the refrigerator compartment is controlled using the thermostat knob 1(fig. 1,
page 1) by turning it to one side or the other. The temperature indication in digits is shown beside the
thermostat knob 1.
The temperature is regulated on a scale of seven digits:
0= Compressor is switched off. WARNING! Electric current is not switched off.
1= highest temperature (lowest cooling)
7= lowest temperature (highest cooling)
The temperature in the refrigerator compartment may vary depending on ambient
temperature, the amount of foodstuffs, the temperature of the foodstuffs, and how often the
appliance doors are opened and closed. Therefore we recommend:
•locate the appliance away from heat sources,
•do not put hot foodstuffs in the refrigerator compartment –they must be cooled down
to room temperature,
•the appliance door must not to be left open, the appliance door should not be open longer than it is
necessary to take out or put in foodstuffs.
If the room is cool, the appliance cools less. The temperature in the appliance may therefore
rise. Use the thermostat wheel to set a lower temperature.
FREEZING OF FOODSTUFFS
The thermostat knob should be set to 7. Fresh foodstuffs prepared for freezing and cooled to room
temperature should be placed in one layer at the bottom of the freezer. After 24 hours, move the
frozen foodstuffs onto the wire shelf 8(see fig. 1, page 1). When the products are frozen, the
thermostat wheel should be set at its earlier position.
•DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM QUANTITY OF FROZEN PRODUCTS INDICATED IN THE Product
data sheet (Product Fiche).
•Leave a gap of not less than 3 cm between the foodstuffs being frozen and the upper partition.
•Do not place unwrapped foodstuffs in the freezer sections.
•Fresh food for freezing should not touch already frozen foodstuffs.
•Do not refreeze partly thawed products.
•Do not freeze foodstuffs that are warmer than the room temperature.
•Do not freeze liquid foodstuffs in glass vessels or bottles. Do not freeze carbonated
beverages.
•Strictly observe the frozen foodstuffs validity dates indicated by the manufacturer on the their
packaging.

•WE RECOMMEND THAT FROZEN FISH AND SAUSAGE SHOULD BE STORED IN THE FREEZER
COMPARTMENT NOT LONGER THAN 6 MONTHS; CHEESE, POULTRY, PORK, LAMB –NOT MORE
THAN 8 MONTHS; BEEF, FRUIT AND VEGETABLES –NOT LONGER THAN 12 MONTHS.
DEFROSTING, CLEANING AND CARE
THE REFRIGERATOR COMPARTMENT DEFROSTS AUTOMATICALLY. Drops of ice that form on the
back wall of the refrigerator compartment thaw during the time the compressor is not working and
the thaw water runs down the thaw water runoff channel to the tray on top of the compressor (Fig.
1), where it evaporates.
FREEZER COMPARTMENT should be thawed not less than twice a year or when a layer of ice thicker
than 5 mm forms in it. Do the actions below in the order they are listed:
WARNING! Turn the appliance off and pull the plug out of the electrical socket.
•Remove foodstuffs from freezer compartment.
•Leave door of appliance open. When the ice melts, clean and wipe dry the surfaces and fixtures of
the refrigerator and freezer compartments.
•Close the appliance door. Plug in and turn on the appliance.
REGULARLY CLEAN THE APPLIANCE.
Remember that before defrosting the appliance and cleaning the back part of the
appliance body you must disconnect the appliance from the electrical energy
supply socket by pulling the plug out of the electricity outlet.
•Protect the appliance inner surfaces and plastic parts from fats, acids and sauces. In case of
accidental spills –immediately clean with warm soapy water or dishwashing detergent. Wipe dry.
•Regularly clean the hermetic gaskets of the doors. Wipe dry.
•At least once a year clean dust away from the back part of the appliance body
and the compressor. A soft brush, electrostatic cloth or vacuum cleaner may be
used for cleaning.
•Regularly clean the thaw water channel space in the refrigerator with a special
cleaner for that purpose (see fig.).
•DO NOT use detergents containing abrasive particles, acid, alcohol or benzene
for cleaning the appliance inner and outer surfaces. DO NOT use for cleaning
cloths or sponges that have coarse surfaces intended for scrubbing.
•If the appliance is to be left switched off for an extended period, leave its doors
open.
CHANGING THE INTERIOR LIGHT BULB
When changing the interior light bulb (fig. 6), do
the actions below in the order they are listed:
1. Unplug the appliance from the mains by
pulling the plug out of the electricity
supply socket.
2. Push the interior light bulb lid 4retainer 5
with a flat screwdriver and with your other
hand pull it toward yourself.
3. Replace bulb with another 15 W bulb of the
same type with an E14 lamp holder.
4. When you have changed the light bulb,
replace the lid and push —the lid will snap
into position.
5. Plug the appliance into the electricity supply
socket.

OPERATION PROBLEMS AND THEIR SOLUTIONS
(TROUBLESHOOTING). What if…
•The appliance is plugged in to the mains but it does not work and. Check that your house
electricity supply installations are in order. Check that the plug is correctly inserted into the
electricity supply socket.
•The noise has become louder. Check that the appliance is standing stable on a level place. To
make it level, regulate the front feet. Check if the appliance is not touching any furniture and that
no part of the refrigeration system at the back part of the appliance body is touching the wall. Pull
the appliance away from any furniture or walls. Check that the cause of increased noise isn’t due
to bottles, cans or dishes in the appliance that might be touching each other.
•Water has appeared at the bottom of the refrigerator compartment. Check whether a
thaw water channel space isn’t blocked. Clean the thaw water channel space with a cleaner
intended for that purpose.
•Water has appeared on the tempered glass shelves. Food items or dishes in the refrigerator
compartment are touching the back wall of the compartment. Do not let food items or dishes touch
the back wall.
•Moisture dripping from under the glass shelves. If you placed many containers with liquids on
the shelf, moisture can condense and drip onto the shelf below. Move some containers with liquids
onto other shelves.
•Water has appeared under the appliance. The thaw water collection tray has slipped off the
compressor. Place the tray on top of the compressor.
•When the appliance door is opened, the rubber sealing gasket pulls out. The gasket is
smeared with sticky foodstuffs (fat, syrup). Clean the sealing gasket and the groove for it with
warm water containing soap or dishwashing detergent and wipe dry. Put the rubber sealing gasket
back into the place.
•High temperature in appliance, the compressor operation pauses are short. Ascertain
whether the appliance doors are shutting tightly, whether the door wasn’t kept open longer than
necessary when taking out or putting in foodstuffs or whether a large amount of warm food was
placed in the appliance.
•The top of the appliance has condensation on it. The ambient relative air humidity is above 70
%. Ventilate the room where the appliance stands and if possible remove the cause of the humidity.
Remarks on the appliance operating noise. As the appliance operates and goes through
the freezing cycle, various noises will be emitted. This is normal and is not a sign of any
malfunction.
•As the refrigerant circulates around the refrigeration system, it causes sounds like murmuring,
bubbling, or rustling. Louder sounds like popping or clicking may be heard for a short time as the
refrigerator’s compressor switches on.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION INFORMATION
This appliance is marked according to the European directive 2002/96/EC on Waste
Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE). By ensuring this product is disposed of
correctly, you will help prevent potential negative consequences for the environment and
human health, which could otherwise be caused by inappropriate waste handling of this
product. This symbol indicates that once the appliance is no longer needed, it cannot be
disposed together with other miscellaneous municipal waste. Disposal must be carried out
in accordance with local environmental regulations for waste disposal. For more detailed information
about treatment, recovery and recycling of this product, please contact your local authority, your
household waste disposal service or the retailer where you purchased the product.
If you decided to scrap the appliance, make it impossible to use in order to prevent possible
misadventure. Pull out the electric plug from the electricity supply socket and then cut off the cord.
Tear off the gasket. Break the door lock if any. Do not dismantle the appliance yourself. Pass it
on to recycling companies.

die Gefahr der Beschädigung des Geräts und des damit verbundenen Verlusts des
Rechts auf Garantieleistungen.
Der Hersteller haftet nicht für die Schäden, die Folge der Nichteinhaltung inder
vorliegenden Gebrauchsanweisung angeführten Prinzipien sind.
Wir empfehlen ihnen, die Gebrauchsanweisung bis zum Ende der Betriebszeit
aufzubewahren und sie im Falle eines Verkaufs des Geräts an den neuen
Eigentümer weiterzugeben.
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Allgemeine daten:
Das Gerät ist ein Kompressor Kühlgerät, Welches für kurzfristiges aufbewahren
Von Lebensmitteln im Kühlteil sowie Langfristiges aufbewahren im Gefrierteil
geeignet ist.
Das Gerät ist dazu bestimmt, im Haushalt und ähnlichen Anwendungen
Verwendet zu werden, z.B.: in Küchen für Mitarbeiter in Läden, Büros und
ähnlichen Arbeitsumgebungen, in landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben, von Kunden in
Hotels, Motels und Weiteren typischen Wohnumgebungen, in
Frühstückspensionen.
Das Gerät ist nicht für den gewerblichen Einsatz bestimmt, auch nicht für den
Gebrauch im Catering und ähnlichem Großhandelseinsatz.
Allgemeine Sicherheitsanforderungen:
WARNUNG! Belüftungsöffnungen der Geräteverkleidung oder des Aufbaus
nicht mit Einbaumöbeln verschließen.Es muss eine ausreichende Luftzirkulation
gewährleistet sein.
WARNUNG! Kühlkreislauf nicht beschädigen. Austretendes Kältemittel kann zu
Augenverletzungen führen oder sich entzünden.
WARNUNG! Zum Beschleunigen der Abtauung keine anderen mechanischen
Einrichtungen oder sonstigen künstlichen Mittel, z.B. Heizgeräte, o.ä.
verwenden als die in dieser Anleitung beschriebenen.
WARNUNG! Keine elektrischen Geräte (z.B. Eisbereiter usw.) im Innenraum
betreiben, die nicht in der Anleitun beschrieben sind.
Vor dem Anschließen des Gerätes ist zu überprüfen, dass das Gerät und die
Netzanschlussleitung keine Transportschäden aufweisen. Im Falle einer
Beschädigung darf das Gerätnicht in Betrieb genommen werden.

Sind Reparaturen oder Eingriffe am Gerät erforderlich, müssen diese von einem
autorisierten Kundendienst durchgeführt werden, um Sicherheitsbestimmungen
zu beachten und Gefährdungen zu vermeiden. Dies gilt auch für den Austausch
der Anschlussleitung.
Das Kühlsystem des Geräts nicht beschädigen. Verwendetes Kühlmittel
R 600a. Falls das Kühlsystem beschädigt ist:
•Kein offenes Feuer verwenden.
•Funkenschlag vermeiden, keine elektrischen sowie Beleuchtungsgeräte
einschalten.
•Den Raum sofort durchlüften: Im Falle einer Beschädigung des
Kühlkreislaufs muss der Raum, in dem das Gerät aufgestellt wurde,
einige Minuten gut durchgelüftet werden (Das Gerät mit Isobutan
R600a benötigt einen Raum von mindestens 4 qm Fläche.)
Bei Verkauf, bei Übergabe oder Abgabe zur Wiederverwertung ist auf das
Treibmittel Cyklopentan in der Isolation sowie das Kältemittel R600a
hinzuweisen. Weitere Angaben zur fachgerechten Wiederverwertung
entnehmen Sie bitte dem Abschnitt „Entsorgung“.
Das Kühlgerät nur zur Aufbewahrung von Esswaren verwenden.
In diesem Gerät keine explosionsfähigen Stoffe, wie zum Beispiel
Aerosolbehälter mit brennbarem Treibgas, lagern.
Sicherheit von Kindern und Personen mit eingeschränkten Fähigkeiten:
Kinder nicht mit dem Kühlschrank spielen oder ihn ans Netz anschließen oder
den Stecker ziehen lassen. Kinder nicht mit der Verpackung spielen lassen.
Das Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren sowie von Personen mit reduzierter
physischen, sensorischen oder mentalen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an
Erfahrung und/oder Wissen benutzt werden, wenn siebeaufsichtigt oder
bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes unterwiesen wurden und die
daraus resultierenden Gefahren verstanden haben.
Reinigung und Benutzer-Wartung dürfen nicht durch Kinder ohne
Beaufsichtigung durchgeführt werden.
Voraussetzungen für den Anschluss an das Stromnetz:
Das Gerät nur an eine vorschriftsmäßig installierte Schutzkontaktsteckdose
anschließen. Die Netzspannung muss der auf dem Typenschild des Gerätes
angegebenen Spannung entsprechen. Das Gerät entspricht den Richtlinien, die
für die CE-Kennzeichnung verbindlich sind.

Das Gerät erfüllt die VDE –Norm. Der Hersteller lehnt jede Haftung für
eventuell entstandene Schäden ab, deren Ursachen auf das Nichtbefolgen
dieser Vorschrift zurückzuführen sind.
Keine Adapter, Mehrfachstecker oder zweiadrige Verlängerungskabel ohne
Nulleiter verwenden. Sollte ein Verlängerungskabel nötig sein, muß es der
VDE/GS –Norm entsprechen.
Vor dem aufstellen ein defektes kabel unbedingt durch ein neues vom selben
typ wie das vom hersteller des kühlgeräts verwendete ersetzen, um schaden an
gesundheit und eigentum zu vermeiden.
Um jegliches risiko auszuschliessen, darf ein schadhaftes netzkabel nur vom
hersteller, dessen wartungsmeister oder einer entsprechend ausgebildeten
person ausgewechselt werden.
Netzspannung und -frequenz müssen mit den in Angaben in der Tabelle über
die allgemeinen Eigenschaften des Kühlschranks übereinstimmen.
Beachten Sie bitte beim Aufstellen des Kühlgeräts, dass dieser das Netzkabel
nicht beschädigt. Nichts Schweres wie Kühlgeräte, Möbel oder andere
Haushaltgeräte auf das Stromkabel stellen, um dieses nicht zu beschädigen.
Andernfalls könnte dies zu einem Kurzschluss und zu einem Brand führen.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Rückwand des Kühlgeräts den Netzstecker nicht
berührt oder letzterer in irgendeiner Weise beschädigt ist. Ein defekter
Netzstecker kann zu einem Brand führen!
Sind Reparaturen oder Eingriffe am Gerät erforderlich, müssen diese von
einem autorisierten Kundendienst durchgeführt werden, um
Sicherheitsbestimmungen zu beachten und Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
Dies gilt auch für den Austausch der Anschlussleitung.
Sicherheit und Warnungen:
Nach dem ausschalten des geräts (zur reinigung, zum aufstellen an einem
anderen platz usw.) Dieses erst nach mindestens 15 minuten wieder ans netz
anschließen
Vor jeder Wartungsarbeit ist der Netzstecker aus der Steckdose zu entfernen.
(Nicht am Kabel, sondern immer am Netzstecker ziehen)..

INBETRIEBNAHME UND BETRIEBSBEDINGUNGEN
DES GERÄTES
Aufstellung:
•Das Gerät in einem gut belüfteten und trockenen Raum aufstellen, dessen
Umgebungstemperatur der Klimaklasse entspricht, für die das Gerät ausgelegt ist. Die
Klimaklasse ist auf dem Typenschild (im Innenraum oder auf der Rückseite des Gerätes)
und im Produktdatenblatt dieser Gebrauchsanweisung ersichtlich
ACHTUNG! Der Kühlschrank darf nicht in ungeheizten Räumen oder auf
dem Balkon betrieben werden. Das Gerät nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe einer
Heizquelle (Kochherd, Heizkörper, direkte Sonneneinstrahlung) aufstellen.
Der Kühlschrank darf nicht in Kontakt mit Heizungs- Gas- und
Abwasserrohre geraten sowie elektrische Geräte nicht berühren.
Mindestabstände zu Wärmequel- len:
- zu Elektro- oder Gasherde u.ä.: 3 cm,
- zu Öl- oder Kohlebeistellherde: 30 cm,
- zu Einbaubacköfen - 5 cm
Wenn sich dieses jedoch nicht vermeiden lässt, muss eine Isolierung zwischen
Wärmequelle und Gerät verwendet werden.
•Die Lüftungsöffnung an der Oberseite des Kühlschranks darf nicht abgedeckt werden,
eine ungehinderte Lufzirkulation muss gewährleistet sein. Der Zwischenraum zwischen
der Oberseite des Kühlschranks und einem darüber befindlichen Möbel sollte mindestens
10 cm betragen (Siehe Abb. 2, Seite 1). Andernfalls steigt der Stromverbrauch des
Kühlschranks an oder der Kompressor kann sich überhitzen.
•Der Kühlschrank ist unbedingt auf einer ebenen Oberfläche aufzustellen. Regulieren Sie,
falls nötig, die Höhe durch Drehen der Stützfüße: durch Drehen im Uhrzeigersinn hebt
sich der Vorderteil des Geräts, durch Drehen im Gegenuhrzeigersinn senkt er sich. Wenn
der Kühlschrank ganz leicht nach hinten geneigt steht, gehen die Türen von selbst zu
•Falls der Kühlschrank in einer Ecke aufgestellt werden soll, belassen Sie einen seitlichen
Abstand von mindestens 50 mm (Siehe Abb. 3, Seite 1).

Vorbereitung des Geräts:
Wir empfehlen, für die Vorbereitungsarbeiten eine weitere Person heranzuziehen.
•Die Verpackung entfernen. Den Kühlschrank von der Schaumstoffunterlage nehmen.
Klebebänder entfernen. Entfernen Sie alle roten Teile von den Ablageflächen und die
Stütze des unteren Deckels Zum Aufstellen und Verschieben des Gerätes dürfen
nie die Türgriffe, die Kondensatorröhrchen oder die
Kompressoreinheit benutzt werden.
•Nehmen Sie die zwei Streben (Siehe Abb.) und setzen Sie
diese in die Führungen im oberen Teil der Rückwand ein.
Das Gerät nicht ans Netz anschließen ohne vorher alle
Verpackungs- und Transportelemente entfernt zu
haben. Entsorgen Sie die Verpackungen fachgerecht.
Beim ersten Einschalten:
•Beim ersten Einschalten des Gerätes werden Sie möglicherweise einen leichten
„Neugeruch“ bemerken. Dieser Geruch verschwindet, sobald das Gerät zu kühlen
beginnt.
Vor dem Anschluss an das Stromnetz muss das Kältegerät mindestens 4
Stunden stehen, sonst kann der Kühlschrankkompressor schadhaft werden.
Achtung: Nach erster Inbetriebnahme, der Reinigung oder einer längeren Betriebspause
werden die voreingestellten Temperaturwerte nach circa 2 Stunden erreicht.

TEMPERATURREGULIERUNG
Die Temperatur im Kühlabteil wird durch Drehen des Temperaturdrehreglers 1 (Siehe Abb.
1) in der einen oder anderen Richtung eingestellt. Die Temperatur wird durch die Skala
neben dem Temperaturdrehregler angezeigt.
Die Temperatur kann auf einer siebenteiligen Skala reguliert werden:
0= der Kompressor wird abgeschaltet. Das Gerät ist noch am Stromnetzanges
chlossen.
1= höchste Temperatur (geringste Kühlung)
7= niedrigste Temperatur (stärkste Kühlung)

DIE TEMPERATUR IM KÜHLFACH KANN ABHÄNGIG VON
UMGEBUNGSTEMPERATUR, MENGE UND TEMPERATUR DER NAHRUNGSMITTEL,
HÄUFIGKEIT DER TÜRÖFFNUNG SCHWANKEN. Deshalb empfehlen wir Folgendes:
•Stellen Sie den Kühlschrank möglichst nicht in der Nähe von Wärmequellen auf;
•Stellen Sie keine Esswaren in den Kühlschrank, die wärmer als die
Umgebungstemperatur sind;
•Lassen Sie die Kühlschranktüren nicht offen stehen; Halten Sie die Kühlschranktüren
nicht länger offen, als es für das Herausnehmen oder Hineinstellen der Produkte
erforderlich ist.
BEI NIEDRIGER RAUMTEMPERATUR KÜHLT DER KÜHLSCHRANK WENIGER STARK,
DESHALB KANN DIE TEMPERATUR IM KÜHLSCHRANK ANSTEIGEN. Stellen Sie in
diesem Fall die Temperatur mithilfe des Temperaturreglers niedriger.
AUFBEWAHRUNG VON NAHRUNGSMITTELN IM
GEFRIERFACH
Sie den Temperaturdrehregler auf Stufe 7 ein. Legen Sie die zum Einfrieren vorbereiteten,
bis auf Zimmertemperatur abgekühlten frischen Nahrungsmittel in einer Reihe auf den
Boden des Gefrierfachs. Legen Sie nach Ablauf von 24 Stunden die eingefrorenen
Esswaren auf den Metallrost um 8(Siehe Abb. 1). Drehen Sie nach dem Einfrieren der
Produkte den Temperaturdrehregler auf seine ursprüngliche Position zurück.
•ÜBERSTEIGEN SIE DIE MAXIMALE EINFRIERMENGE NICHT: IN DEN MODELLEN SIND
DIES 2 KG IN 24 STUNDEN.
•Halten Sie einen Zwischenraum von mindestens 3 cm zwischen den Gefrierprodukten
und der Zwischenwand ein.
•Legen Sie keine unverpackten Nahrungsmittel ins Gefrierfach.
•Frisch einzufrierende Waren dürfen nicht mit bereits gefrorenen Waren in Berührung
kommen.
•Frieren Sie keine Waren von höherer als der Außentemperatur ein.
•Frieren Sie keine flüssigen Nahrungsmittel in Glasbehältnissen oder Flaschen ein.
•Beachten Sie unbedingt das vom Hersteller angegebene Haltbarkeitsdatum der
eingefrorenen Waren.
•FISCH UND WURST EMPFEHLEN WIR FÜR NICHT LÄNGER ALS SECHS MONATE
EINZUFRIEREN, KÄSE, GEFLÜGEL, SCHWEINEFLEISCH, SCHAFFLEISCH NICHT LÄNGER
ALS ACHT MONATE, RINDFLEISCH, OBST UND GEMÜSE NICHT LÄNGER ALS 12
MONATE.
ABTAUEN, REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE
DIE KÜHLKAMMER taut automatisch ab. Die sich hinten in der Kühlkammer bildenden
Eistropfen schmelzen während der Betriebspausen des Kompressors, das Schmelzwasser
fließt durch die Tauwasserauffangrinne ins Tauwasserverdunstungsgefäß auf dem
Kompressor und verdunstet dort.
Trauen Sie DAS GEFRIERFACH mindestens zweimal jährlich ab, damit die Dicke der
Eisschicht 5 mm nicht überschreitet Gehen Sie zum Abtauen wie folgt vor:
ACHTUNG! Schalten Sie den Kühlschrank aus, ziehen Sie den Netzstecker.
•Nehmen Sie die Kühlprodukte aus dem Gefrierfach.

•Lassen Sie die Gefrierfachtür offen. Wischen Sie nach dem Abtauen der Eisschicht die
Oberflächen des Gefrierfachs und das Zubehör trocken.
•Schließen Sie die Gefrierfachtür. Schalten Sie den Kühlschrank wieder ein.
REINIGEN SIE DEN KÜHLSCHRANK REGELMÄSSIG.
Vergessen Sie nicht vor oder dem Reinigen des hinteren Teils des
Gehäuses das Gerät vom Netz zu nehmen.
•Bewahren Sie die Innenoberflächen des Geräts und alle Kunststoffteile vor Fett, Säure,
Soßen. Falls Sie unabsichtlich davon ausgießen, reinigen Sie die betroffenen Flächen
sofort mit warmem Seifenwasser oder Spülmittel. Reiben Sie sie anschließend trocken.
•Reinigen Sie die Türdichtung regelmäßig. Reiben Sie sie trocken.
•◄REINIGEN SIE REGELMÄßIG DIE ABFLUSSÖFFNUNG DER
TAUWASSERAUFFANGRINNE MIT DEM DAFÜR VORGESEHENEN
REINIGUNGSINSTRUMENT (Siehe Abb.)
•Wischen Sie mindestens einmal im Jahr den Staub ab, der sich an der
Kühlschrankrückwand und auf dem Kompressor angesammelt hat. Zur
Reinigung eine weiche Bürste, elektrostatische Tücher oder den
Staubsauger benutzen.
•Für die Innen- und Außenreinigung KEINE, körnigen, säure-, alkohol-,
oder benzinhaltigen Putzmittel verwenden. Bei der Reinigung KEINE
Scheuerlappen oder Schwämme mit rauher Oberfläche verwenden.
•Wenn sie das Kühlgerät für längere zeit ausschalten, lassen Sie die Tür offen.
WECHSELN DER GLÜHLAMPE DER INNENBELEUCHTUNG
Zum Wechseln der Glühlampe der Innenbeleuchtung (Siehe Abb. 6) gehen Sie bitte wie
folgt vor:
1. Schalten Sie den Kühlschrank durch
Ziehen des Netzsteckers aus.
2. Drücken Sie mit einem flachen
Schraubenzieher leicht auf den Halter
des Deckels der Innenbeleuchtung und
ziehen Sie mit der anderen Hand den
Deckel zu sich.
3. Falls die Glühbirne nicht brennt, ersetzen
Sie sie durch eine vom selben Typ: 15 W
mit E14 Gewinde.
4. Setzen Sie nach dem Auswechseln der
Glühbirne den Deckel wieder ein und
drücken Sie leicht darauf, bis er
einrastet. Schließen Sie den Kühlschrank
wieder ans Netz an.
STÖRUNGEN UND DEREN BEHEBUNG. WAS, WENN...
•Der ans Stromnetz angeschlossene Kühlschrank nicht funktioniert. Überprüfen
Sie, ob die Elektroinstallation bei Ihnen zu Hause in Ordnung ist. Überprüfen Sie, ob der
Stecker richtig in die Steckdose gesteckt wurde.

•Der Lärmpegel des Geräts ansteigt. Überprüfen Sie, ob das Gerät stabil und
waagrecht steht. Zur Regulierung bedienen Sie sich der vorderen Stützfüße des Geräts.
Überprüfen Sie, ob zwischen dem Kühlschrank und anderen Möbeln oder den Teilen an
der Hinterseite des Geräts und der Wand ein Zwischenraum ist. Ziehen Sie den
Kühlschrank weg von den Möbeln oder der Wand. Überprüfen Sie, ob die lauteren
Geräusche nicht von Flaschen, Dosen, Geschirr im Kühlschrank stammen, die sich
gegenseitig berühren.
•Wasser auf dem Boden des Kühlfachs. Überprüfen Sie, ob die Abflussöffnung der
Tauwasserauffangrinne nicht verstopft ist. Reinigen Sie die Abflussöffnung der
Tauwasserauffangrinne mit dem dafür vorgesehenen Reinigungsinstrument.
•Wasser auf den Ablageflächen aus vorgespanntem Glas. Im Kühlfach
aufbewahrte Esswaren oder Gefäße stehen in Berührung mit der Rückwand. Stellen Sie
keine Esswaren oder Gefäße direkt an die Wand.
•Wasser unter dem Kühlgerät. Das Tauwasserverdunstungsgefäß ist vom Kompressor
gerutscht. Stellen Sie das Becken auf den Kompressor zurück.
•Beim Öffnen der Kühlschranktüren quillt das Gummidichtungsband hervor. Die
Dichtung ist mit klebrigen Nahrungsmitteln (Fett, Sirup) verschmutzt. Reinigen Sie die
Dichtung und die Vertiefung für die Dichtung mit warmem Seifenwasser oder Spülmittel,
reiben sie beides trocken. Setzen Sie die Gummidichtung wieder in die Vertiefung ein.
•Hohe Temperatur im Kühlschrank, Betriebspausen des Kompressors kurz.
Achten Sie darauf, ob die Kühlschranktüren sich gut dicht schließen lassen, ob nicht die
Türen beim Herausnehmen oder Hineinstellen von Produkten länger als erforderlich offen
gelassen wurden, ob nicht zu viele und zu warme Esswaren in den Kühlschrank gestellt
wurden.
•Die Oberfläche des Kühlschranks beschlägt sich. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit in der
Umgebung beträgt mehr als 70 Prozent. Lüften Sie den Raum, in dem das Kühlgerät
steht, beseitigen sie falls möglich die Ursache für die Feuchtigkeit.
Anmerkungen zum Betriebsgeräusch des Geräts. Die vom Kühlschrank
während des Betriebs verbreiteten verschiedenen Betriebsgeräusche sind normal
und deuten nicht auf einen Defekt hin.
•Das Plätschern, Gurgeln und Rauschen kommt vom Kühlmittel, das durch das Kühlsystem
des Geräts zirkuliert. Ein kurzes, lauteres Aufheulen oder ein Klicken hört man, wenn der
Kompressor des Geräts sich einschaltet.
ENTSORGUNG
Geräte, die mit diesem Symbol gekennzeichnet sind, müssen getrennt vom
Hausmüll entsorgt werden. Diese Geräte enthalten wertvolle Rohstoffe, die
wiederverwertet werden können. Eine ordnungsgemäße Entsorgung schützt die
Umwelt und die Gesundheit Ihrer Mitmenschen. Ihre Gemeindeverwaltung bzw.
Ihr Fachhändler gibt Auskunft über die ordnungsgemäße Entsorgung. Das
Kältemittel und das Treibmittel in der Isolation muss fachgerecht entsorgt
werden. Beachten Sie, dass die Rohre des Kühlkreislaufes bis zur fachgerechten
Entsorgung nicht beschädigt werden dürfen.
Machen Sie ausgediente Altgeräte vor der Entsorgung unbrauchbar:
•Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose.
•Trennen Sie den Stecker vom Netzkabel.
•Entfernen oder zerstören Sie evtl. vorhandene Schnapp- und Riegelschlösser.

•Dadurch verhindern Sie, dass sich spielende Kinder im Gerät einsperren
(Erstickungsgefahr!) oder in andere lebensgefährliche Situationen geraten. Kinder
können Gefahren, die im Umgang mit Haushaltsgeräten liegen, oft nicht erkennen.
Sorgen Sie deshalb für die notwendige Aufsicht und lassen Sie Kinder nicht mit dem
Gerät spielen.
