Adjust the heights of desks and chairs appropriate to
your height.

rightanglewhenyouplaceyourhandoverthekeyboard
whilesittingdownonachair.

comfortablyplacedontheoor.
■ Donotusethecomputerwhileyouarelyingdown,but
onlywhileyouaresittingdown.

Keep the monitor or LCD away from your eyes by at
least 50cm.
